About: Hi there! I’m a caring person who truly enjoys spending time with animals—especially cats. I graduated from Teachers College, Columbia University, and I’m currently a PhD student studying the pedagogy of caring. While my research focuses on human education, I find that the same spirit of empathy and attentiveness naturally extends to how I care for pets. I study remotely from home, so I’m around most of the time to keep my furry friends company and make sure they feel loved and secure. At home, I’ve created a cozy and playful space for my pets. I have 3 dogs, a 2 year old Bull Terrier female named Koko, an almost 2 year old Cockapoo named Nala and a handsome boy named Zane that is a Bernedoodle Pit-Bull mix. I’m a homeschool mama with a flexible schedule. I homeschool my kids so I have a very flexible schedule. I am available during the week as well as the weekend. I only my be unavailable for services between 5pm-7pm as I may be taking my kids to extracurricular activities. I have 2 dogs at home so I welcome pets that get along with other animals. I have a 1.7 acre unfenced yard and love walks in my neighborhood and playtime in my yard. My dogs are crated during the night and when I am not home. I welcome pets that sleep in the crate during the night but also can accommodate well trained sleepers that need a bed or sofa. I can train your pup with simple commands and can give a bath as needed (for extra cost). I do have a dog kennel outside that I can use to let the pets I care for safely run around and play with each other.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
