I am doing part time work while going through school, so I welcome caring for pets as an opportunity to provide quality love and attention to them. About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and grew up with my first dog, a Pit Bull and Chocolate Lab mix, who was with me from birth until I was 16. I helped care for her throughout her life and developed a really special bond with her. I also have a new dog who is mostly Pit Bull, and I take care of him regularly. I’ve also cared for friends dogs and currently walk a Golden Retriever multiple times a week throughout the summer. I’m comfortable with different personalities and love building a genuine connection with every dog I meet. I’m currently a student but have a pretty flexible schedule where I have much free time during the week and full availability on the weekends. I want every pet to feel safe and comfortable while they’re in my care. I follow each owner’s instructions and keep their normal routine as much as possible. I’m very attentive and make sure pets get the care, attention and love they need. I also treat every client’s home with the same respect I would want for my own.

“Heather was absolutely amazing! Our senior cat recently started on insulin shots twice a day and we were nervous about leaving him. We were put at ease as soon as we met Heather. She came twice a day promptly at the times he needed his meds and cared for him as if he was her own pet! We got updates and photos at each visit and it seems like our old kitty fell into a nice, relaxed routine with her😊. She did an amazing job keeping his days as “normal” as possible for him and she went way above and beyond keeping his entire space (and ours) tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate for a minute to use Heather’s services again when we travel. I felt very comfortable having her in my home and with my pet. Thank you!”

For cats: * Feed and refresh water. * Scoop the litter box. * Give them playtime/attention if they want it. * Check that they are acting normally. * Make sure doors/windows are secure. 🏠 Before I leave * Double-check food and water. * Make sure pets are safely inside. * Clean up any messes. * Follow your instructions for lights, doors, thermostat, etc. * Send a quick update and photo so you know your pet is doing well.

About: I’ve had pets since I was a kid. Dog, cats, a bunny, all types. I currently have one adorable cat named Callie. I love any animal! I am very active but also easy going. If your dog needs a short walk, a cuddle, play time, or a full blown hike I can accommodate any need. I am very reliable and punctual as well. I am a nurse (of people haha) obviously very different but I am comfortable with meds if that is something that is necessary as well. I am willing to learn how they are administered. I learn quickly and can adapt to your pet’s needs and routine. I am a part time nurse so I can be home with my kids. I have a very open schedule and will do my best to accommodate your pets needs. I will adapt to any routine your pet has in your home. I can feed them, go for walks, play fetch, cuddles, change litter boxes, whatever they may need.

About: I'm the go to girl for washing up our puppers, and even climbing in the tub just to set them at ease. I go the extra mile to make sure animals are comfortable and happy. I currently have all the freedom to play with your pup, walk them, and care for their needs. So please fill my calendar with puppy play dates! I would like to fully understand the routine the client has for their pet prior to make sure it does not get disrupted and allows the pup to stay at ease.
