“Ben has been absolutely amazing with our dogs! He’s been working, most notably, with our most nervous dog Griswold. Typically Gris is very timid and is slow to trust new people. Ben came over for a meet and greet one evening and we got to know him and he got to meet Griswold and our other two dogs as well. Ben started walking Gris the next week and worked with Gris very patiently when he backed away and ran up our basement stairs. He knew not to corner him and bribed him with treats (this dog looooves to eat) and Ben never got frustrated, he totally understands our dogs needs and nuances. Im so grateful that we’ve found someone our dog can trust now. Ben is absolutely amazing and flexible with our schedule (he’s even dropping in on them Xmas eve!) I could not have asked for a better person to be in our dogs daily life and get Gris the exposure he so desperately needed. Thank you, thank you, thank you Ben!!!”

I love that our most shy dog took to her immediately and she was very good with taking special care with him. About: Special needs pets are my specialty. With over 10 years experience in the veterinary office and a previous 5 years in Kennel/Shelter medicine, there isn't a pet sitting request I can't handle! Over the years, I've owned and/or cared for pets with multiple health issues, including, diabetes, thyroid disease, kidney disease multiple cancers, heart conditions, urinary issues (both incontinence and blocking), along with pregnant and nursing moms (dogs and cats). The majority of my pet care is done in your home as I try to keep your pet's time/environment/schedule with me as consistent as you have it. My schedule is quite flexible as I've recently decided to take a sabbatical from the veterinary office to recharge and reprioritize. I look forward to meeting you and to caring for your furbabies.

“Lauren watches our two dogs for us everytime we go on vacation. Lauren is trustworthy and caring and the dogs are very happy everytime she comes to visit them. One of our dogs is a runner and we trust that Lauren will make sure he doesn’t get loose. She has cared for our dogs multiple times over the past two years and will continue to have her care for our pets as needed. Would recommend her to anyone who needs dog sitting/walking needs!”

About: Hello!! My name is Meghan and I have always had a passion and love for all animals. I have my own fur baby currently, she is a little over a year old poodle mix. I love her with my whole heart and treat all other animals with the same love and respect. I grew up with around animals and have cared for pets of all sizes, and I have experience giving oral medication as well as topical medications to both cats and dogs. I have personally raised a puppy so I have plenty of experience with the babies! Feel free to reach out with any questions about myself or my availability! I look forward to meeting you & your fur babies! I currently work part time so my schedule is super flexible and open. I am able to drop in to check on your pets as well and go on walk of all lengths. While I do not currently provide pet sitting in my own home- I am able to easily crate pets in their own space as well as follow all care instructions for them before and after taking care of them.
