Both of us have been caretakers for pets practically our whole lives, including senior pets and pets with special needs, in addition to small animals like rodents and birds. About: In the midst of taking care of other dogs as a pet sitter I've always found myself with cats also being a brother/sister. About: I’ve had a passion for animals my entire life! In fact, I always thought I’d be a vet but ended up going into human medicine instead. Growing up, my family had a Brittany spaniel named Dixie. About: I can be with your dog almost 24/7 because I work from home. We have a fenced in yard. I have trained 2 adult dogs to do multiple tricks, not take food, not run, and be good with children. Along with 10 plus years of things I have forgotten. I have experience with puppies and would prefer not to watch them. (negotiable) I have twins, and I think two human babies are easier than one puppy. I work from home, have a flexible schedule, a fenced in yard, and live in a suburban neighborhood where I can safely walk your dog/s. We have been dog owners for 15 years until our last baby passed in January at the age of 14. We have 10-year-old twins who love dogs and would love to play with yours, so your dog must be friendly with children. My family has always had dogs since I can remember. I got my first dog, Ruby, named after the children’s show Max and Ruby, when I was 4 years old. I have loved caring for dogs ever since. Ruby is even still kicking at 18 years old! I now have a second dog, a 2 year old Husky who loves to play. I’ve trained many dogs, older and puppies since I can remember. Your pet will have full run of the house - I don't use crates unless a crate is part of your pets usual routine. I have a large yard that is NOT fenced. All boarders will have to be walked on a leash. It is important that all pets are leash trained.

About: Hi! I’m Karsyn, and caring for animals has always been a huge part of my life. I’ve been a dedicated dog mom to my Mini Australian Shepherd for the past 5 years, and before him I grew up with dogs my entire childhood. I truly treat my pets like my children, and I’ll care for yours with that same level of love, patience, and attention! When my dog was a puppy, I enrolled him in training classes, which taught me so much about dog behavior, body language, and positive interactions. That experience gave me a better understanding of how dogs communicate and how to make them feel comfortable, safe, and happy. One of my absolute favorite parts of pet sitting is sending photos of your pets to you! I basically turn into the pet paparazzi and love snapping pictures throughout our time together. If you want one update, I can do that. If you want one million pictures, I can absolutely do that too;) I know how hard it is to be away from your furry family member, so I love sending lots of updates to give you peace of mind, and hopefully a few photos worthy for your camera roll! I have experience with dogs of all sizes and have no breed restrictions. If your pup is a strong puller, that’s no problem-I’m confident handling energetic dogs on walks as well! I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else, and my goal is always to make both you and your pet feel comfortable, cared for, and excited to book again! I work full-time Monday-Thursday and have full availability for pet care Friday-Sunday. Occasionally I can come evening during the week after work when need be I don’t offer boarding in my home, but I’d love to care for your pet in the comfort of theirs! My goal is to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible while you’re away. Expect lots of love, playtime, and PLENTY of photo updates. I have a slight obsession with taking pictures of animals so If you want one picture, I can do that. If you want one million… I can definitely do that too! 📸🐾

I work from home and my schedule is flexible, so I have plenty of time and flexibility in my schedule to make sure your dog gets the proper time. I will always treat your pet with love and respect like it's my own. I take the care of my own pet extremely seriously, so I understand how important they are to you. I am happy to respect any specific wishes you have for them in your time away.
