“Even though we only needed him for one day, we are very pleased with the service he provided to our two kitties. Flynn and Izzy, being true scaredy-cats, ran and hid under our bed as soon as he arrived. Gary then cleaned out the litter, fed them, and checked on their water. He stuck around for a little while to see if the cats would come out of their hiding places. They do not normally come out from there when anyone is at the house. But Flynn eventually came out to the living room to investigate! Izzy popped out of the bedroom, but kept her distance at the end of hallway. Gary got pictures of both and sent them to us, relieving our fears that the kitties would be terrified. Thank you, Gary, for your patience with them. We truly appreciate it.”

About: My partner Jack and I love caring for pets! Both of us have been caretakers for pets practically our whole lives, including senior pets and pets with special needs, in addition to small animals like rodents and birds. Whoever you need help with, we’re more than capable. We are so excited to get to know your pets. With us, your pets will get all the attention and exercise they need during your busy day. We are both very attentive to your pets needs and do our best to make them feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. We know just how important your companion is to you, so safety is taken into consideration at all times. We keep dogs on leashes at all times when letting them go outside. I work as a barista at a coffee shop and Jack is an employee at Pitt. Together our schedules allow us to have at least 1 person home for most of the day. On rare occasions when neither of us are home, at most we are away for 3-4 hours. We have a large yard with a lead and 2 cats. Our house is moderately sized, with room for playing and relaxing. We are attentive to feeding schedules and potty breaks.

About: In the midst of taking care of other dogs as a pet sitter I've always found myself with cats also being a brother/sister. About: I have been watching animals as my full-time profession for over 12 years. I am very loving, nurturing, patient, trustworthy, organized and dependable, which helps me succeed in my speciality of watching the animals out of their homes. However, I do have a very friendly shih-tzu in my home that allows me to watch dogs in my home as well. Half of my yard is fenced in, and the other 1/2 has two leads in case there are dogs that may need separated. I also will walk them daily for exercise. At the meet and greets, I go over a plan where we set the number of hours I can be gone for my walks and visits, and I work within the time frame requested. However, if your pets need let out, fed, etc any where under six hours, I will need to adjust my pricing. I have to honor my regular customers as well. I have worked with all sizes of dog, administer medications, insulin injections, seizure experience, and am known to be very strong, and able to handle the larger breeds. About: I recently relocated from Johnstown to McKeesport and am looking forward to meeting all the new pups in the area! I have been dog sitting for the past few years now and absolutely love it! My family has always had dogs since I can remember. I got my first dog, Ruby, named after the children’s show Max and Ruby, when I was 4 years old. I have loved caring for dogs ever since. About: This account is shared by two people! Alex and Hickory both have 10+ years of pet owning experience, including casual pets, breeding, and show animals. Animals are a large part of both of their lives, and one of the many things that bring them purpose in life. At 19 and 20 years old, both sitters have above average experience for their ages. Hickory is certified in dog training, animal husbandry, and herpetology. Alex is not certified, but has plenty life experiences and volunteer hours at animal shelters such as South Hills Pet Rescue. What animals can we care for? : Dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, fish (both saltwater and freshwater), bearded dragons, geckos, snakes. What animals can we NOT care for? : Monitor lizards, birds, farm animals, bite risk pets, pets needing injected medication. Both sitters are working part time, and have plenty of time to care for your pets. If anything were to come up, owner and calendar will be updated. We own two dogs with PTSD, and are currently in the process of adopting a stray cat with dead tail. Our pets are fed breakfast and dinner, given oral medication, and are given ample time to play outside. Our aquatic pets are fed once daily with fasting on Sundays, and their water is tested and changed weekly.

About: Hi! I’m Karsyn, and caring for animals has always been a huge part of my life. I’ve been a dedicated dog mom to my Mini Australian Shepherd for the past 5 years, and before him I grew up with dogs my entire childhood. I truly treat my pets like my children, and I’ll care for yours with that same level of love, patience, and attention! When my dog was a puppy, I enrolled him in training classes, which taught me so much about dog behavior, body language, and positive interactions. That experience gave me a better understanding of how dogs communicate and how to make them feel comfortable, safe, and happy. One of my absolute favorite parts of pet sitting is sending photos of your pets to you! I basically turn into the pet paparazzi and love snapping pictures throughout our time together. If you want one update, I can do that. If you want one million pictures, I can absolutely do that too;) I know how hard it is to be away from your furry family member, so I love sending lots of updates to give you peace of mind, and hopefully a few photos worthy for your camera roll! I have experience with dogs of all sizes and have no breed restrictions. If your pup is a strong puller, that’s no problem-I’m confident handling energetic dogs on walks as well! I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else, and my goal is always to make both you and your pet feel comfortable, cared for, and excited to book again! I work full-time Monday-Thursday and have full availability for pet care Friday-Sunday. Occasionally I can come evening during the week after work when need be I don’t offer boarding in my home, but I’d love to care for your pet in the comfort of theirs! My goal is to keep their routine as normal and stress-free as possible while you’re away. Expect lots of love, playtime, and PLENTY of photo updates. I have a slight obsession with taking pictures of animals so If you want one picture, I can do that. If you want one million… I can definitely do that too! 📸🐾
About: I have taken care of two large breed dogs for over a year. I brought them into my home when they were puppies, and cared for them as they grew into adult dogs. For dog walking, I am able to walk one or two dogs at one time. When walking my own dogs, sometimes I would like to go for a little run just to make sure the pups get the exercise they need. For dog sitting, I like to let the pup(s) out for plenty of bathroom breaks. I will do everything I can to ensure that your pet is well-taken care of. I will be sure to provide a good amount of playtime for your pet to make sure he or she is having a good time! I'm currently working a shift evening schedule on Thursday-Saturday, so I have plenty of time during the traditional work week to look after your pets! I have a fenced yard and would love to spend time with your dog or cat! I would love to play games with your pet, take them on walks, and will be incredibly watchful over them to make sure they don't get into trouble.

About: I have a true passion caring for animals of all kinds. I actually want to go back to school to become a zoologist or a veterinarian. Animals have always been a passion which is why I genuinely love rover. I have a little hamster who I adore and even take care of my roommates dog when she goes on vacation at times. About: I have been taking care of my friends miniature american bulldog named Yoshi for around a month at a time for the past year whenever she allows me to take him because he is so sweet and I have the time to train and walk him. I also have a bike path right behind my house so Yoshi enjoys his walks and seeing people that can give him scratches and belly rubs. I have 2 Guinea pigs that stay caged and don’t enjoy any fun activities with me so I enjoy the excitement of a dog I work from home, I have a skin care business making natural soaps so I am always home and available to go on routines walks. I’m also a mason and teaching myself carpentry and the goal is to build luxury dog homes so if you’re happy to have your dog be a model for my dog homes then it will be greatly appreciated and I will make a fun activity out of it for us. I also keep a large box of milk bones for good doggies. I prefer to spend as much time possible doing whatever your furry bestie enjoys that makes them temporarily not miss you but I do have a small back yard with an in ground leash and easy access to look out my window and watch if there’s any dogs who enjoy sitting outside for long periods of time, otherwise there’s lots of attention given and plenty of fun walks. Yoshi also loves car rides if that’s something your pet also enjoys and we’re going to start being regulars at the dog park since everyone loves him there and he loves everyone right back. So if your dog has never experienced a dog park yoshi will gladly assist in making him or her comfortable
