In my home, your dog will have plenty of company—my own dog and my roommate’s dog are both friendly and love having a new playmate around. We live near a park, so the dogs get plenty of chances to run, explore, and burn off energy. I also keep everything organized with a shared board where I track each dog’s walk times, potty breaks, and feeding schedule. This helps ensure your pet stays on a consistent routine and receives attentive, reliable care. About: I’ve grown up with dogs and animals my whole life, so caring for them feels very natural to me. I was raised with Springer Spaniels and have hands-on experience with walks, feeding, playtime, administering medication, and bathing. I genuinely love being around animals and am very intuitive to their needs and energy. Whether your pet is playful and active or more calm and sensitive, I meet them where they are and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while adapting to their routine. I treat every animal like they’re my own and always aim to create a calm, loving environment while you’re away. I work from home doing marketing for small businesses, so my days are naturally calm, flexible, and centered around being present. This allows me to give pets lots of attention, walks, and a consistent routine throughout the day. I genuinely enjoy creating a peaceful, comforting environment whether that means playtime, getting outside, or just relaxing together! On Fridays, I work at a local herbal apothecary from 12–6pm (until it closes on April 20th), and on Saturdays I’m at a bakery from 10–2pm. On those days, I’m still available mornings and evenings for walks, feeding, and quality time. I’m very mindful of keeping each pet’s routine steady so they feel safe, at ease, and cared for. I take the time to understand each pet’s routine, personality, and any specific needs so I can care for them in a way that feels familiar and comfortable. In a client’s home, I’m very respectful of your space and stick closely to your pet’s normal schedule such as feeding, walks, medication, and overall routine. I pay close attention to their behavior and energy so I can respond to their needs in a thoughtful, attentive way. If caring for pets in my home, I maintain a clean, peaceful environment with lots of supervision and care. I have a side yard for fresh air and easy walks, and I also love taking dogs out for a change of scenery whether that’s a car ride to a nearby park or a walk along the path at Lake Hopatcong across the street from my apartment! Safety is always top of mind, from secure spaces to attentive handling during walks and outdoor time. I’m also very communicative and happy to send photo and video updates so you feel connected and at ease while you’re away :)

About: I have been a veterinary technician for the last 19 years. I have spent the majority of that time working at a small animal practice, but also worked at an emergency and specialty practice for 4 years during that time as well. During my career, I have dealt with numerous c-sections, geriatric, diabetic, and renal patients. Meaning that, injections, SQ fluid, oral meds, etc, are not a problem.. I have also done pet sitting on the side for many years during this time as well. I have always had a love for animals. I currently own a 9 year old mixed breed dog, as well as a cat, and chinchilla. I have had many pocket pets over the years as well. I currently work full time, overnights only, on the front end of the week. I plan accordingly, to make sure the pets needs are met before and after work shift, and spoil them extra on the days I’m off. I adjust to whatever needs the pet requires, and make our schedules work in sync so that there are no issues with bathroom breaks, or feeding/medications.

About: I have been pet-sitting for my neighbors, boss, and co-workers since 2010. While I occasionally board pets in my home, I usually provide pet/house-sitting in the customer's home. I walk/feed/brush dogs, administer oral medication if indicated, and spend time playing with them. I also take in mail, water plants, and take out trash/recycling. I only look after pets from a single household and I work from home so your pet(s) will have all the attention they need and deserve. I have experience with dogs, both young and old. Whether they need medication or potty pads, I’ve got it handled! I live in a quiet subdivision that makes for great walks, and I have a fenced in yard. NO pets are unsupervised at any time outside. I take great pride in the fact you can rest easy and know your pet is in great care! I work from home and my schedule is relative flexible. I have time to take dogs out 3 times a day (or more if required). This also allows me to get some play time in throughout the day. I do not make commitments to others when I am watching your pets, so they will always have supervision I have a fenced in yard and I live in a quiet subdivision. I have a small friendly dog that likes to keep to herself (cat friendly as well). And I have large and medium crates, if your pets prefers to sleep in one as well as plenty of space if you prefer to provide your own.

About: We are a loving and lively household where we will snuggle and play fetch with your pup, take them to the dog park, and keep them happy and occupied. My husband and I have a very active goldendoodle, Bell, who is 9 years old. Neither of us remember a time when there wasn't a dog in the house growing up! Staying active with our doodle is an integral part of our daily routine and we would love to have even more walks, games of fetch, and tricks + treats to look forward to! We LOVE to love on your pet! In our home you can expect a minimum of two 20-minute walks a day, plus more upon request and some leash time in our back yard if they like to hang out and observe the world. Through my remote working life and surf-travel, I've been able to take up some rewarding housesitting and pet sitting opportunities for both friends and strangers in NYC, California, and Mexico City. I'm very comfortable caring for pets with medications or special needs, and always treat every furry friend with the same love and attention as my own. I once did a month-long stay for a very large Irish Greyhound in Rockaway Beach, NYC and it was an exceptional experience.
