At our meet and greet Kristi came in and instead of sitting on the couch, she sat our floor to be at our dogs level. As she told us about herself she showed constant attentiveness to our furry animals giving lots of pets and snuggles. Kristi is a great mix of calm, confident, intuitive and intelligent. She’s very good at her attention to detail as our animals require a little more maintenance being on a raw food diet. While we were away we received almost daily updates on how the animals were doing with cute stories and pictures. Our kitties whom rarely sleep with us, found comfort sleeping beside her which says a lot! We had a bad experience before with a different animal sitter which you think would make us feel uneasy being away for so long, but honestly we never worried when Kristi was there. We KNEW our home and animals were in the best care. After we returned home I had neighbors calling me with how impressed they were telling me how they always saw her walking our pups (even when it was super cold outside). We feel like we found a gem and feel so lucky to have found Kristi. Without a doubt I highly recommend her!”

About: I have enjoyed and cared for dogs all my life and spent many years participating in Agility training and trials with my Blue Heeler/GS Pointer. I have raised puppies and tended to them throughout their long lives. I am a sucker for a white-faced senior dog! I met my husband over 30 years ago when he was a veterinarian and I was a veterinary technician. If your pet needs medication I am happy administer it for you. I am retired and I have many free days and nights for pet sitting and dog walking. I am flexible and happy to accommodate your schedule. Your dog is welcome in our home and on our furniture, and will be treated as one of our own. I have solid fencing on 3 sides of my backyard, with a metal fence on one side. (4 feet high with 3 3/4 inches between the vertical rails.) I will supervise your dog in the yard or take them outside on a long lead, as needed. I appreciate clear instructions on how you would like your pet cared for, and I will follow them respectfully. Does your dog have a favorite toy? Are there specific training guides you would like reinforced? Do they prefer to play alone or with other dogs? Just let me know what they need and I will be happy to accommodate them whether at your home or mine.

About: I grew up with 4 dogs, 3 cats, and a plethora of other pets (a snake, chickens, quails, and a hamster to name a few). And all this in the suburbs of Los Angeles! In high school I walked dogs before school and often did house sitting on the weekends and breaks. It was a good gig for a kid and now I’m getting back into it as a side hustle while I finish school. I love to get to know people’s cute pets! I’m in school and I work part time, but my schedule on both accounts is very flexible. I will squeeze you in morning, noon, or night! I also have extra availability during weekends and holidays. I’m responsible and integrity is of the utmost importance to me. When it comes to care for your animals, the client is king. I will follow any and all instructions EXACTLY. Attention to detail is my super power, especially if I am taking care of your furry friends while you are away! About: For the last 7 and a half years I've been a dog trainer professionally for a local company, I love what I do im hoping I can help you and your pups meet the goals you have. Currently this is my full time job so your animals will always have my attention while in my care, typically my days start at 6 am with the first bathroom opportunity then breakfast given around 7 am after breakfast a potty walk through the neighborhood/ parks. Once back some down time/ play time depending on if your dog is here for training the first training session of the day will take place by 9 am. Lunches dropped between 12 and 1 pm unless spefic time requested. After lunch another potty break before relaxing and other training sessions. Dinner dropped to the dogs around 5 pm with a chance to potty roughly within 20 minutes of eating, around 7 pm last neighborhood walk of the night followed by last training session of the day around 8pm then relaxing and playing until bed time around 10pm with a final chance to go potty before bedtime. ( I will give other chances if unused or seems needed) For boarding dogs i have a fenced yard with a dog door so dogs may come and go when they need if i am o ly watching one at a time, no dogs outside unsupervised or with other dogs especially if they do not know each other. No nose to nose interactions with out owners permission and only in a safe structured environment. For dogs here for training the are allowed in the back yard off leash to do their business but I will also walk them on leash through the neighborhood while doing out training sessions.
