Even though it was a short turnaround time (I made the request Saturday morning for services starting on Monday), Cat came to our house that same day to meet Koko and discuss what I was looking for in drop-in services. Over the past week, Cat has been an excellent communicator, has consistently arrived on time, and has really catered her care to Koko's preferences (e.g., playing ball with her in our yard, convincing her to eat something at lunchtime even though she's picky).
