It was such a relief to feel like my dog was in such good hands and I didn't have to worry about him. Kade followed all instructions to a tee and worked around the hot weather to take care of Joe in the safest way possible.”

She was prompt to squeeze in a meet & greet, which went great as she made good effort to connect with our four-legged family member. Scheduled her for several check-ins over couple days while we were gone. She was more than generous with her time and efforts to engage with my dog. We loved getting the updates, pics and videos with the Rover app. Lila's updates were informative and put our minds at ease. “We reached out to Jessica, because she seemed like a fit for our elderly dog with high medical needs. She was warm, accommodating, and she would have been the perfect fit had our dog not passed away before she could begin providing him care. She had not previously injected a dog, but she was a trooper - coming over for a visit, and gave Ricky insulin with ease. I also felt safe giving her a key to my home. I have already told my best friend (who has three dogs) about her, and while we are heartbroken by the circumstances, we remain hopeful we will encounter her through our dog loving friends who consistently need the kind of support I am confident she provides.
