This is my first time using Rover so I was pretty nervous about switching things up, but Kelsey did a great job with taking care of our dog Machi. It helped to know she has worked as a veterinary nurse before since Machi has medication and an inhaler that can be confusing and since she is brachycephalic we wanted someone that understood the extra risks that meant with heat and walks. Machi seemed really happy when we dropped off and picked up and we even got a cute clay paw print magnet 🥰Machi made during her stay. Overall it felt like we left Machi with a trusted friend so we would definitely use Kelsey again in the future ❤️
My boy had a wonderful time at Kim’s home. I felt so happy that he was being treated and cared during our vacation. My boy had an unexpected medical issue a couple of days before boarding and needed some medical attention and Kim took great care of it! Thanks Kim!
We are so glad to have found Megha to look after Spock during our extended travel period. She kept us updated with daily photographs and reports. She was very patient and understanding of his nervous disposition and contacted us to discuss solutions when there were concerns. He was treated as part of the family and got on well with Autumn and other dogs. We felt at ease knowing the Spock was in good hands.

Karina sent me pictures daily of my baby, Dany. She seemed happy and well taken care of. Dany looked well groomed and clean when I picked her up, the same as she did when I dropped her off. Dany seemed to have made friends during her visit which is always a plus as she is an only child. I would definitely use Karina again to watch Dany.
Stuart and his family are exactly what Churchill needed. After a horrible experience with another Rover pet sitter I thought that Churchill would never want to stay with another sitter. He came back happy and back to his old self and I credit that to Stuart, his wife and adorable kids to giving him a lot of love and attention. I will definitely be using this terrific family again.

My dog’s stay with Matthew and fiancée was wonderful. My pup thoroughly enjoyed her stay at their inviting home, which is perfectly suited for a dog’s enjoyment. Their home has lots of space to run around and explore in the backyard with a secure fence, and a beautiful small lake. I received daily pictures and check-ins, alleviating any potential worries. My pup got along very well with their Shiba Inu Maple and their friendly cat. I can’t recommend them enough and will certainly be a repeat customer.
