• About Me Hi, I’m Amber — a lifelong dog lover, proud rescue mom, girl mom, and full-time IT professional who works from home! • Family-Friendly Environment I’ve been a dog owner for most of my life and currently have a 8-year-old rescue dog named Jody. He’s easygoing and doesn’t mind sharing his space with other dogs. I also have a toddler who loves animals, so your pup will be around a warm and friendly family. • One Dog at a Time One thing that sets me apart is that I only board one dog at a time. This allows me to give your furry family member my full attention and personalized care. From belly rubs to playtime, your pup will feel like they’re at home! • Meet & Greets at My Home All meet and greets are held at my house, so you and your dog can get comfortable with the environment, meet Jody and my family, and ask any questions before the stay begins. • Spacious & Safe Setting I have a large, fenced-in backyard where dogs can run, play, and soak up the sun. I keep a clean house and live in a safe neighborhood. • Home-Like Comfort I like to keep dogs on their regular routines as if they were at home. I do not crate dogs but if your pup feels comfortable in their crate, please feel free to bring it! • Reliable & Flexible I’m happy to accommodate special or last-minute requests—just ask! Amber is fantastic and we highly recommend her services. She recently watched our dog Jozi for 6 days while we were away on vacation and our pup had the best time. Amber took great care of her taking her on walks, lots of rubs and attention, and of course sending us pictures and videos so we could keep up to date with her daily activities (Jozi may have had a better vacation then we did). There were several primary reasons we picked Amber to watch our pup: 1. She worked remotely like we do and our pup can get anxious alone. 2. She has a great dedicated backyard space and 3. She and her pup Jodi were so kind when we met them for our meet n greet and we knew she would take great care of our girl. Thank you Amber - it's a great feeling to know we have someone we trust for our next trip our of town.
Amber is absolutely wonderful! She effectively communicates, and most importantly she will give phenomenal care to your fur baby. She also sends pics as an extra plus…highly recommend
Amber was amaaaaazing with my pup! She gave regular updates and sent all sorts of pictures—he had a BLAST! She’s my go-to sitter from here on ☺️
Amber is the best. I don’t think I would be comfortable with anyone else keeping our fur baby other than Amber.
Amber was a great sitter for our Shzi-Poo Bentley. She was very friendly and warm, with a nice spacious home. I will be using her services the next time I am in the Acworth area. I highly recommend.

I’m also off on weekends, which gives me even more dedicated time to spend with my dog and my toddler. Pet care is naturally built into our daily rhythm — whether it’s morning cuddles, midday outdoor play in the backyard, or winding down together in the evening. Because of this flexibility, I can usually accommodate special routines, preferences, or last-minute requests

A typical day with me is filled with movement, play, and plenty of love! I enjoy going on daily walks or runs, so your pup will get plenty of exercise and fresh air. We’ll also spend time playing fetch in my fenced-in backyard, which gives them space to burn off energy and just be a dog! I love spoiling dogs with toys and interactive play, making sure they’re mentally stimulated as well as physically active. On nice, sunny, and dry days, I like to take them to the local dog park (with your permission, of course) so they can safely socialize and explore new environments. Whether it’s an energetic play session or just cuddling up for some quiet time, I make sure every pet feels happy, safe, and loved.
