“My fur baby is not easy to interact with due to her anxiety issues. Kelsey was understanding and patient during Jackie's first visit as daycare and her subsequent five day boarding stay. I could tell by Jackie's body language, in the pictures I received, that she was not as traumatized as I feared she would be. This was her first boarding alone, as we had recently lost her brother. Though I know that I will need to continue to work on socializing Jackie, I truly believe that Kelsey's patience and kindness will help with that immensely. My family is used to having others spend days with us at a time and we love to snuggle in bed together. I’m a teacher so I’m free all summer long to be with your babies. I have a dog that is my morning girl. She will get up at 5 am and we go get breakfast and go outback for potty break. We go out at 8 am for a walk and usually have the doggy dog open for them to go outback back for the bathroom during the day. I will do a final walk at around 8pm and get everyone all the night time routine of dinner and meds and greenies. I have a fenced back yard. It’s very large and I teach any new dog to use the doggy door. I love snuggling during the day on the couch with them or in bed. We sometimes go out to the park and really just want for their needs.

I acquired these skills during 10 years of K-9 protection handling and training education and practice along with 15 years of bodywork with a concentration in myofascial release. I can take pets on short notice for as long as necessary. Your dog(s) will not interact with other dogs while in my care, unless previously discussed. The interior of my 2500 sf home has the space and configuration to allow up to 4 dogs to be separated into their own "living" spaces. Having two of may own, I will only take two dogs as a time. About: I work from home and would love to host and care for your fur babies while you are at work or away on vacation. I have loved animals of all types my entire life. My husband and I formerly rescued and fostered multiple rat terriers and placed them in loving homes through an organization called New Rattitude. About: I have always lived in a home that had at least one dog at any given time. While in college, I fostered 5 dogs of various sizes and ages, as well as 2 cats. About: I have taken care of all kinds of animals from dogs to cats and even rats. I have pet-sat for neighbors and family since I was 15 and have recently gotten a new cat since moving to college. I have also dealt with animals with special needs including my family dog that has seizures and another family dog that is deaf, blind and has to receive insulin injections after every meal. About: I've taken care of all different kinds of dogs and cats. I have expirence with training dogs and love to go on walks. I'm experienced with pets with anxiety and keeping clean food and water bowls with a clean environment. I'm currently working part-time and will have plenty of time to care for your babies! I have no problem being up early or late. I have lots of space in my place with multiple cat towers, toys and running space. I have a lot of hiding spaces and an extra room if needed

Though I know that I will need to continue to work on socializing Jackie, I truly believe that Kelsey's patience and kindness will help with that immensely.
