About: I have always had numerous animals(Dogs, cats, etc) growing up that I was responsible for. Also I’ve watched/taken care of Friends and family members animals. I love going on walks and always down for a little furry friend! I currently work full time since I am an assistant manager but I am willing to do drop ins/walks before and/or after I go into work. Work schedule: M-F 8:30-5:30pm and Sat Off(Most of the time, if I do work then it would be 8:30-12pm) I always have Sundays off Also typically if I am working on Saturday then I have Thursday off during the week This depends on the dog/cat but I will do my best to keep your animals safe and comfortable. I would definitely want a meeting before booking with owner that way the animal has at least seen me before and is not scared or threatened in their own home. I will definitely ask the owners questions about their animals: favorite toys/blanket, favorite treats, any quarks they have, if they need to be crated, favorite exercise etc.

About: I've been an animal lover my whole life and have grown up around both cats a dogs. I have hands-on experience caring for senior dogs. My dog, Phoebe, was diagnosed with lymphoma in October of 2025, and I helped care for her by giving her medication, bathing her, taking her on multiple walks each day, and making sure she was as comfortable as possible. She passed away in May, and I miss our daily walks and spending time with her. That experience taught me patience, compassion, and the importance of paying close attention to a pet's individual needs. I currently have three cats and regularly care for all of them. I'm comfortable bathing cats, trimming their nails, and recognizing when they need extra attention or a little space. When I was nine years old, my family adopted a kitten that had been abandoned by its mother, and I helped bottle feed and care for him, giving me experience with very young kittens as well. This summer, I have a very flexible schedule and am available for walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting throughout the day. Caring for pets is something I truly enjoy, so I'm happy to work around your pet's routine, whether they need early morning walks, midday check-ins, evening visits, or multiple visits throughout the day. About: Things to know about me: 1. I’ve been dog-obsessed since before the age of 5. I’m now 40(ish), and still have to control my natural and immediate impulse to pet every dog I see. And cats…and goats. Mostly dogs. 2. I have extensive experience with dogs of all kinds. I spent years volunteering at the SPCA. I’ve fostered, dog-sat, socialized and walked all kinds of dogs - large to small, long to short, elderly to puppies. I’ve been bitten more times than I care to admit, and I’ve still NEVER met a dog I don’t like. 3. They belong indoors, in the bed, and on the furniture. They deserve the cheese tax and also the chicken tax. There’s no such thing as a bad dog. I said what I said. In short, if you’re in or around the Dayton area and you need a walker or a day-sitter, I’ll be happy to. And I’ll love your dog like they’re my own while I’m with them. I’m currently available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. throughout the day. I’m occasionally available on weekends during the day, although that availability is a little more infrequent. I’m available to walk and play with your dog, let them out, give treatos or feed as needed, and work on leash training and basic commands if needed.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I can remember. From family, friends, neighbors and even teachers, they have relied on me to feed, medicate, walk, groom, play and love their babies like my own. Every animal is different, but always loved! I’m currently and fortunately a stay at home mom so my schedule is pretty open! During the school year, I’m available after 9am and could work afternoon needs around pick up times. School is about to be out, so my schedule would be open! I’m not doing in home services due to my rescue having a bad past and still working on trusting other dogs. In clients homes, I’d make sure to follow all requests, communicate what happened during the visit and have the utmost respect for their home/pet(s).

I am quite familiar with various breeds and their unique traits. Some of the breeds I have cared for are as follows: Akita, American Eskimo, Australian Shepherd, Bernedoodle, Bichon Frise, Border Collie, Boxer, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Chow Chow, English Bulldog, Frenchie, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Greyhound, Golden Retriever, Jack Russell Terrier, Labradoodle, Labrador Retriever, Pug, Newfoundland, Rat Terrier, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Sheltie, Toy Poodle, Welsh Corgi. I cared quite often for a dog with congestive heart failure who needed medicine & needed monitored for his breathing & risk for fainting. I’ve also cared for blind dogs and older dogs with dementia. Some of the dogs I’ve watched take medicine or have dietary supplements and restrictions. I’ve never had any pet emergencies while pet-sitting for others, but did have to take my family dog on an emergency run in her final days which resulted in her passing from old age at 16 years. I mention this to say, if an emergency would ever arise while pet sitting- I am familiar with the process to get the dog help. I have MedVet info saved to my phone so you can rest easy knowing I am prepared for any out of the ordinary circumstances any time of day or night. I also like cats & have done cat sitting on a more rare occasion, including homes with a cat and dog, or only cats. I have lived with a cat who was very close to me in recent years so I am familiar with their behaviors and needs. I’ve also administered medication to a cat with FIV although it is a bit tricky. I am a very clean and cut healthcare professional that loves to care for animals on the side, your dogs and cats will come home happy and healthy. I work part time in healthcare, if the time you need is during one of my workdays, I may have to reject the booking depending on what it is. Other than that, pet care fits well into my life. About: My mother has a dog sitting business called Your Place or Mine that I help her with regularly. I got on Rover to make some extra money while I'm in college. Furthermore, I've owned and taken care of dogs my whole life. Even now I have two of my own dogs. Since my Mom's more experienced with watching animals, she may help me with jobs from time to time. I work part-time and also go to school part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to stay with your pet(s) and check on them. I'll check on your pet(s) periodically and care for them as I'm instructed. I also have prior experience caring for older animals and animals who take oral medications or shots.

About: I have been caring for animals since I was a small child. I’ve cared for fish, frogs, Guinea pigs, cats, dogs, etc. I have plenty experience dog sitting and dog walking a variety of breeds, ages, and plenty of fun quirks. I’m currently available Tuesdays and weekends, and I’m happy to work with pet parents looking for consistent weekly care, especially midday drop-ins. Building a routine and getting to know your pet’s personality is my favorite part of pet sitting! I always make sure the fur babies have fresh water and food if need be. About: I've had dogs ever since I was 10, but my experience with them goes far beyond that. When I was a little kid, before I ever had a dog, I would go to this read with a dog program called "Paws to Read." I would spend countless hours reading to the dogs and befriending them, along with a cat or two here and there. When I was 10, I got my first dog, a husky, and gave him a wonderful life. He had quite a few medical issues and behaved older for his age because of it, so I know how to provide senior pet care. He has since passed, but my two current dogs, one pitbull and one pitsky, remind me every day how important pets are to me. I've had them both for eight years now, during which we've taken numerous car rides, walks, enjoyed outside and inside playtime, movie nights, and anything a dog could dream of. Now, while I've never had a cat because of the majority of my family being allergic, I never turn away from a cat. I'm a regular at the Gem City Catfe, where I play with the cats often and have gone so often that they are comfortable with me. I keep cat and dog treats on me in case I come across a stray, because all cats and dogs deserve to feel some love. I've also dog-sat and house-sat for a few friends before, so I know how to handle situations like pets not getting along, bathroom accidents, and being a bit of a picky eater. Currently, I am a full time student and work full time at UDRI (UD's Research Institute) from 8:30am - 3:30am. During the summer I won't be taking any in person classes, just two online. But when I return to UD for my final year, I will be taking classes again and may be slightly more limited. When it comes to my pets and caring for clients pets, the comfort of the pet is most important to me. Personally, my two dogs don't get along with each other very well, so they typically have to be separated. Even so, I always make sure to treat them both equally and give them lots of love! If I take one for a car ride and ice cream, I bring ice cream back for the other and take the other for a car ride later that week. If my client has dogs similar to mine, who need to be separated, I would be sure to treat them equally and split my time with them according to my client's requests. Given single-pet households, I'd spend a lot of my time with them! In my downtime, I'd make sure to sit with them while I work on coursework. I'd be sure to take them on walks and go for potty breaks. And of course I'd make sure we get a lot of play time in and lots of love!
