About: Hi! I’m Haley, and I’ve had a love for dogs for as long as I can remember. I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 12 years old, and for the past 2 years I’ve had the privilege of working as a professional dog groomer. Every day, I get to build trust with dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities—from playful puppies to sweet seniors and even nervous or anxious pups. Being a groomer has taught me so much about canine behavior, patience, and creating a calm, positive environment where every dog feels safe and loved. I know that every pet is unique, and I take the time to earn their trust while making sure they’re happy, comfortable, and well cared for. I understand that leaving your furry family member with someone else can be difficult. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness will always come first. Since I provide care in your home, I do everything I can to keep your pet’s routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I’ll carefully follow your feeding schedule, walking routine, medication instructions, and any special requests to make sure your pet feels safe and loved while you’re away. As a professional dog groomer, I’m experienced with dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. I understand canine body language and know how to safely handle nervous, energetic, shy, or senior dogs with patience and kindness. About: My mother has a dog sitting business called Your Place or Mine that I help her with regularly. I got on Rover to make some extra money while I'm in college. Furthermore, I've owned and taken care of dogs my whole life. Even now I have two of my own dogs. Since my Mom's more experienced with watching animals, she may help me with jobs from time to time. I work part-time and also go to school part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to stay with your pet(s) and check on them. I'll check on your pet(s) periodically and care for them as I'm instructed. I also have prior experience caring for older animals and animals who take oral medications or shots.

About: I've been an animal lover my whole life and have grown up around both cats a dogs. I have hands-on experience caring for senior dogs. My dog, Phoebe, was diagnosed with lymphoma in October of 2025, and I helped care for her by giving her medication, bathing her, taking her on multiple walks each day, and making sure she was as comfortable as possible. She passed away in May, and I miss our daily walks and spending time with her. That experience taught me patience, compassion, and the importance of paying close attention to a pet's individual needs. I currently have three cats and regularly care for all of them. I'm comfortable bathing cats, trimming their nails, and recognizing when they need extra attention or a little space. When I was nine years old, my family adopted a kitten that had been abandoned by its mother, and I helped bottle feed and care for him, giving me experience with very young kittens as well. This summer, I have a very flexible schedule and am available for walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting throughout the day. Caring for pets is something I truly enjoy, so I'm happy to work around your pet's routine, whether they need early morning walks, midday check-ins, evening visits, or multiple visits throughout the day. In the fall, I'll only have two in-person college classes, which will still leave me with plenty of flexibility to provide dependable care. I'll always make sure your pet gets the time, attention, exercise, and companionship they deserve, and I'll do my best to accommodate your scheduling needs Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I know that every pet has their own routine and personality, so I will take the time to follow your instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, favorite toys, and any special care they may need.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I can remember. From family, friends, neighbors and even teachers, they have relied on me to feed, medicate, walk, groom, play and love their babies like my own. Every animal is different, but always loved! I’m currently and fortunately a stay at home mom so my schedule is pretty open! During the school year, I’m available after 9am and could work afternoon needs around pick up times. School is about to be out, so my schedule would be open! I’m not doing in home services due to my rescue having a bad past and still working on trusting other dogs. In clients homes, I’d make sure to follow all requests, communicate what happened during the visit and have the utmost respect for their home/pet(s).

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats both for over six years now and have two pets of my own. One dog and one cat. From going on walks to playing fetch, to just simply hanging out on the couch with your furry critters, I would love to do any and all of the above! I currently offer drop in visits and overnight stays, reach out with any questions! I am currently employed so I am currently unavailable from 12-4pm Wednesday and Friday. I prefer to do most of my work during the day but am open to night visits as well. I can not watch animals at my own home but am more than happy to come watch them at yours! I can do short visits all the way to overnights.

About: I've had dogs ever since I was 10, but my experience with them goes far beyond that. When I was a little kid, before I ever had a dog, I would go to this read with a dog program called "Paws to Read." I would spend countless hours reading to the dogs and befriending them, along with a cat or two here and there. When I was 10, I got my first dog, a husky, and gave him a wonderful life. He had quite a few medical issues and behaved older for his age because of it, so I know how to provide senior pet care. He has since passed, but my two current dogs, one pitbull and one pitsky, remind me every day how important pets are to me. I've had them both for eight years now, during which we've taken numerous car rides, walks, enjoyed outside and inside playtime, movie nights, and anything a dog could dream of. Now, while I've never had a cat because of the majority of my family being allergic, I never turn away from a cat. I'm a regular at the Gem City Catfe, where I play with the cats often and have gone so often that they are comfortable with me. I keep cat and dog treats on me in case I come across a stray, because all cats and dogs deserve to feel some love. I've also dog-sat and house-sat for a few friends before, so I know how to handle situations like pets not getting along, bathroom accidents, and being a bit of a picky eater. Currently, I am a full time student and work full time at UDRI (UD's Research Institute) from 8:30am - 3:30am. During the summer I won't be taking any in person classes, just two online. But when I return to UD for my final year, I will be taking classes again and may be slightly more limited. When it comes to my pets and caring for clients pets, the comfort of the pet is most important to me. Personally, my two dogs don't get along with each other very well, so they typically have to be separated. Even so, I always make sure to treat them both equally and give them lots of love! If I take one for a car ride and ice cream, I bring ice cream back for the other and take the other for a car ride later that week. If my client has dogs similar to mine, who need to be separated, I would be sure to treat them equally and split my time with them according to my client's requests. Given single-pet households, I'd spend a lot of my time with them! In my downtime, I'd make sure to sit with them while I work on coursework. I'd be sure to take them on walks and go for potty breaks. And of course I'd make sure we get a lot of play time in and lots of love!

About: I will happily care for your pet in the comfort of their own home. Whether your pet wants to lay around or go for a hike, we can do that! I have experience training a dog of my own, so I can maintain your usual basic training/rules if needed. I have a great deal of experience giving medication, both liquid and pills to cats and dogs. I am also open to more than just cats and dogs! I have cared for birds, reptiles, frogs, fish, and more. I’m currently working 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. I understand if this does not work for your pets needs, but I assure you I deeply enjoy caring for animals and your pets are a priority to me. It would be amazing to be able to support myself pet sitting, you can help me achieve that! I will care for your pet in your own home. I will abide by the rules of your home and look after your pet like they were my own.

About: I grew up on a farm so I have had pets around my entire life. Dogs, cats, horses, goats, hamsters, rabbits etc. I consider my pets my children. I have experience with giving medications and wrapping wounds as well I typically have free time at lunch, in the evenings and on weekends. I always make sure my own pets have food, water and shelter. Due to having 2 dogs in my home I can only come to others homes. I am quite familiar with various breeds and their unique traits. Some of the breeds I have cared for are as follows: Akita, American Eskimo, Australian Shepherd, Bernedoodle, Bichon Frise, Border Collie, Boxer, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Chow Chow, English Bulldog, Frenchie, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Greyhound, Golden Retriever, Jack Russell Terrier, Labradoodle, Labrador Retriever, Pug, Newfoundland, Rat Terrier, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Sheltie, Toy Poodle, Welsh Corgi. I cared quite often for a dog with congestive heart failure who needed medicine & needed monitored for his breathing & risk for fainting. I’ve also cared for blind dogs and older dogs with dementia. Some of the dogs I’ve watched take medicine or have dietary supplements and restrictions. I’ve never had any pet emergencies while pet-sitting for others, but did have to take my family dog on an emergency run in her final days which resulted in her passing from old age at 16 years. I mention this to say, if an emergency would ever arise while pet sitting- I am familiar with the process to get the dog help. I have MedVet info saved to my phone so you can rest easy knowing I am prepared for any out of the ordinary circumstances any time of day or night. I also like cats & have done cat sitting on a more rare occasion, including homes with a cat and dog, or only cats. I have lived with a cat who was very close to me in recent years so I am familiar with their behaviors and needs. I’ve also administered medication to a cat with FIV although it is a bit tricky. About: Hello, I LOVE dogs. Literally spending time with any dog would probably be my favorite thing to do. I’m great with all different personalities types too, how to calm, respond, care for all different types of dogs. Cats are cool too! I definitely know how to care for cats, I’ve had so many growing up and helped my mom with hers for my whole life. I have one black pug right now. She is my best friend in the world, great with other dogs, kids, everyone. I live in an apartment so I can’t board any dogs at my house right now, but i definitely can go to other people’s homes or walk dogs! My husband lives with me too and can take care of my pug if I’m out on the job for some time!
