“Valerie was absolutely wonderful!!! She FAR exceeded my expectations! She responded to my request within an hour and had excellent communication with me the entire time. My son is out of town and she went to his apartment to check on his cat, Luna. Luna is extremely shy and rarely comes out for anyone — she barely comes out for me — but Valerie was so patient and gentle with her. She stayed with Luna, sent me photos and updates, and even cleaned out a very unpleasant litter box that I truly didn’t expect anyone to deal with. That alone meant so much. You can immediately tell she has a genuine love for animals and such a kind, caring soul❤️. Valerie is recently retired and clearly does this because she truly loves animals, and it shows in the level of care she gives. I cannot say enough good things about her!! About: As a dedicated vet assistant, I have immersed myself in understanding animal well-being. I handle a variety of different animals varying in shapes and sizes at work. I am well educated on animal temperaments and proper care. For eight years, I was the primary caregiver for a senior dog with a heart condition. He sadly passed away in October of 2023 after living a long happy life of 20 years! Prior to having my little dog Prince, I have had various pets throughout my entire life, everywhere from puppies to birds to reptiles. I now share my home with my two rescued cats, Doja and Marble, and a rescue dog named Abe! Abe is friendly and loves to play with other dogs. I have a large gate in the home to separate the cats from the dogs, so there will be no stressors for any of the pets who stay with me. Having cared for animals with diverse medical conditions and temperaments, I am adept at recognizing signs of discomfort or distress, and I am well-prepared to handle unexpected situations with care. About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was 10. I had 2 family dogs growing up, and I was the neighborhood dog sitter! I have lots of experience and I am eager to make your furry family feel safe and comfy while you’re away! I work a full time job, so I am pretty available on afternoons and weekends. About: I’ve taken care of animals since I can remember. From family, friends, neighbors and even teachers, they have relied on me to feed, medicate, walk, groom, play and love their babies like my own. Every animal is different, but always loved! I’m currently and fortunately a stay at home mom so my schedule is pretty open! During the school year, I’m available after 9am and could work afternoon needs around pick up times. School is about to be out, so my schedule would be open! I’m not doing in home services due to my rescue having a bad past and still working on trusting other dogs. In clients homes, I’d make sure to follow all requests, communicate what happened during the visit and have the utmost respect for their home/pet(s).

About: My family has owned dogs my entire life and I got my first cat when I was 10. My friends and family know me as someone who is passionate about every type of animal and have trusted me with the care of their own loving companions for 9 years. I currently work part-time and have a very flexible schedule so I can easily provide services as short and sweet as walks and drop ins, to services like house sitting and boarding after communicating with you about what will work for both of our busy human schedules and what works best for your fur babies. While I don't have a fenced yard, I live in a very dog friendly community where potty breaks are short walks with my own dog Maggie who will be your dog's best friend and playmate. After that there are snuggles on the couch with my cat Coraline.

With over 6 years of pet-sitting experience, I’ve learned that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs. I take the time to get to know each one so they feel comfortable, understood, and well cared for. I’m available for pet sitting and drop-ins, and can provide care outside of my work hours. I work Monday through Friday from 8–4, with an hour lunch break. I’m typically able to provide potty breaks about every 4 hours, including the midday visit during my lunch break (weekdays). About: I’ve had dogs since I was in middle school and have had a Lab, a Lab/Pit mix, and a Yorkie, so I’m used to all different sizes and personalities. My Lab/Pit mix is very energetic and anxious sometimes, so I’ve learned a lot of patience and how to handle dogs that need extra attention and care. I love taking dogs on walks, playing with them, and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I’ve also helped friends and family by letting their dogs out, feeding them, and checking on them while they were away. I think dogs deserve a lot of attention, time outside, and love, not just being stuck in a cage all day. I’ll treat your pets like my own and make sure they feel safe and happy while you’re away. I’m currently home for the summer and work part time, so I have pretty flexible hours and am home most of the time. Pet care already fits naturally into my routine because I spend a lot of time taking care of and playing with my own dogs every day. I’m available for walks, drop ins, feeding, and playtime depending on the day and what is needed. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for based on their normal routine and personality. I know every dog is different, especially dogs that are anxious or high energy, so I try to make sure they feel comfortable and stress free while their owners are away. In a client’s home, I’ll follow feeding schedules, walk routines, and any instructions carefully. I also make sure dogs get plenty of attention, exercise, bathroom breaks, and playtime throughout the day.

About: I will happily care for your pet in the comfort of their own home. Whether your pet wants to lay around or go for a hike, we can do that! I have experience training a dog of my own, so I can maintain your usual basic training/rules if needed. I have a great deal of experience giving medication, both liquid and pills to cats and dogs. I am also open to more than just cats and dogs! I have cared for birds, reptiles, frogs, fish, and more. I’m currently working 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. I understand if this does not work for your pets needs, but I assure you I deeply enjoy caring for animals and your pets are a priority to me. It would be amazing to be able to support myself pet sitting, you can help me achieve that! I will care for your pet in your own home.
