“Amanda was absolutely amazing. We met with her before hand and ended up talking for 2 hours ? She was very good and slow with my very skittish dog. He’s always nervous with people. She sent pictures everyday and always showed up on time. She administered meds and injections every night as well. This was the first time using a pet sitter and She really gave me peace of mind that my babies were all taken care of. She even made sure my one cat(Mr Houdini) didn’t get out, lol. About: I have had dogs at home my whole childhood, where I had my first exposure to taking care of them. I have been partially responsible for my childhood dog's care for about 7 years. More recently, I have been a trainer for future service dogs through the organization 4 Paws for Ability. I have had formal training on how to care for and do training with puppies, adult dogs, and service dogs. My professional experience in taking care of dogs started about 2 years ago. For my first year of this I had full time responsibility of a service dog in training named Curry. I trained Curry from 12 weeks old to 1 year old, when he was accepted into the Advanced Training program at the 4 Paws facility! Any dog that I care for is properly supervised to ensure their safety and happiness. If you wish, I also training exercises while your dog is in my home. I am currently in medical school at wright state and usually have class for 3-5 hours on weekdays. I am otherwise flexible and available on some weekends. I will care for your pet by giving them lots of attention and snuggles. I will make sure that all of the dog's needs are met and take them for walks according to their energy levels.
