“Valerie was absolutely wonderful!!! She FAR exceeded my expectations! She responded to my request within an hour and had excellent communication with me the entire time. My son is out of town and she went to his apartment to check on his cat, Luna. Luna is extremely shy and rarely comes out for anyone — she barely comes out for me — but Valerie was so patient and gentle with her. She stayed with Luna, sent me photos and updates, and even cleaned out a very unpleasant litter box that I truly didn’t expect anyone to deal with. That alone meant so much. You can immediately tell she has a genuine love for animals and such a kind, caring soul❤️. Valerie is recently retired and clearly does this because she truly loves animals, and it shows in the level of care she gives. I cannot say enough good things about her!! I work full-time as a CNC machinist on first shift (Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm), which allows me to provide pet care in the evenings and overnight. During the day, I can accommodate pets who are comfortable being crated for up to 8 hours, and I’m also happy to leave pets uncaged if they are well-behaved and safe in the home. After work, I’m available for walks, playtime, and lots of attention to make sure your pet feels loved and cared for. When caring for pets in my home, I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved ❤️ with plenty of playtime in my fenced yard, walks to the nearby park, and lots of cuddles. I stick closely to each pet’s normal routine, including feeding schedules, medications, and any special care instructions, so they feel right at home. When I care for pets in a client’s home, I treat their space with the same respect I would my own, making sure pets are well-fed, exercised, and given attention while also keeping the home secure and tidy. In either setting, my goal is to provide a stress-free, happy experience for both pets and their people.

About: As a dedicated vet assistant, I have immersed myself in understanding animal well-being. I handle a variety of different animals varying in shapes and sizes at work. I am well educated on animal temperaments and proper care. For eight years, I was the primary caregiver for a senior dog with a heart condition. He sadly passed away in October of 2023 after living a long happy life of 20 years! Prior to having my little dog Prince, I have had various pets throughout my entire life, everywhere from puppies to birds to reptiles. I now share my home with my two rescued cats, Doja and Marble, and a rescue dog named Abe! Abe is friendly and loves to play with other dogs. I have a large gate in the home to separate the cats from the dogs, so there will be no stressors for any of the pets who stay with me. Having cared for animals with diverse medical conditions and temperaments, I am adept at recognizing signs of discomfort or distress, and I am well-prepared to handle unexpected situations with care. About: I’ve been around animals all my life and I feel grateful for it. For years, I’ve been trusted to watch and take care of family and friends’ pets (babies)! I am a college student with classes mid morning. MWF I have 10-11 and TTh 9:30-12:15 so I’m pretty available. I want to be a comfortable / trusted person with your pets and also getting a dose of furry friends while I’m away at school. I can meet whatever needs makes you and your pets comfortable. If there are any specifics of care your pets require, I want to help.

About: My family has had a variety of pets over the years especially when my daughter was younger: turtle, fish, guinea pigs, cats, and dogs. I currently have one small dog of my own: a female maltipoo named Daisy. I've taken care of many of our friends pups of all sizes both in our house and theirs. I walk/run my dogs in our neighborhood. Would love to take care of your fur baby for you! Very reliable and trustworthy! I know being away can cause anxiety for your pets and I'll do my best to make them comfortable. Okay with giving medications if necessary. I'm here for you and your pets! I work remotely full time. I let them out as needed in my home or in yours. I get a normal routine of your dog’s schedule and keep it the same. I have done weekends in people’s home. Most services have been in mine. I have a big backyard so it’s easy to let them out.
