“Valerie was absolutely wonderful!!! She FAR exceeded my expectations! She responded to my request within an hour and had excellent communication with me the entire time. My son is out of town and she went to his apartment to check on his cat, Luna. Luna is extremely shy and rarely comes out for anyone — she barely comes out for me — but Valerie was so patient and gentle with her. She stayed with Luna, sent me photos and updates, and even cleaned out a very unpleasant litter box that I truly didn’t expect anyone to deal with. That alone meant so much. You can immediately tell she has a genuine love for animals and such a kind, caring soul❤️. Valerie is recently retired and clearly does this because she truly loves animals, and it shows in the level of care she gives. I cannot say enough good things about her!! Furthermore, I've owned and taken care of dogs my whole life. Even now I have two of my own dogs. Since my Mom's more experienced with watching animals, she may help me with jobs from time to time. I work part-time and also go to school part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to stay with your pet(s) and check on them. I'll check on your pet(s) periodically and care for them as I'm instructed.
