About: We are a family of animal lovers! Our home is located on 1.5 acres, with a large securely fenced backyard allowing for plenty of supervised play. We have one small pup in our home that enjoys other small pups, and two outdoor/indoor cats that both enjoy other pups but also know when to keep their distance or stay hidden. We also have a 7 year old daughter that absolutely adores all animals (and offers plenty of playtime!), and a growing baby girl! Growing up, my husband and I both always had animals in our home and have continued that in our home now. My husband and I have both adopted several dogs into our family while also caring for dogs, cats, and horses of friends and family. We have experience with all ages, including senior animals that require extra care such as medication administration and mobility considerations and puppies working on potty training and their need for increased supervision. We also have experience caring for pups with intervertebral disc disease, arthritis, anxiety, heart disease, and bladder issues. We look forward to helping your family care for your fur babies! We can ensure your pet will feel part of our family while you’re away, with all the cuddles, playtime, and love! Of note- with young children in our home, we can only accept pups who have either been boarded in the past and tolerate new environments well or who have frequent exposure to young children in their own home with no signs of aggression. We appreciate your understanding and would love to set up a meet and greet when possible prior to booking! My husband and I both work remotely from home, ensuring someone is home each and every day to provide care in our home daily. We are available to provide frequent play and bathroom breaks and are happy to have your pup snuggled up beside us while we work. We are happy to learn your pet’s routine to help ensure they are their most comfortable . We are also happy to provide playtime, cuddle time, extra love and care. We do request a copy of your pet’s most recent vet records to ensure we’re keeping everyone healthy and safe while in our care!

My backyard, enclosed by a sturdy wooden privacy fence, allows the dogs the freedom to roam. It is a joy on nice sunny days when I can leave the back door open for them to come and go. I strategically use crates to provide each dog with their personal space in our home while ensuring their safety. When I'm not able to supervise them completely or when I leave the house, all dogs are safely crated. Not all dogs get along perfectly, and even friends can get a little too rowdy, crates serve as a refuge and never as a form of punishment. I am committed to maintaining a clean environment. Each crate is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between uses. I consistently vacuum the floors and wipe away nose prints from the windows, and scooping the messes in the back yard creating a welcoming and hygienic space for all!

About: Animals have been a big part of my life for many years. I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes, as well as cats, horses, birds, reptiles, and other farm animals. Having owned dogs ranging from 4 to 125 pounds, I’m comfortable with a wide variety of breeds, temperaments, and care needs. About: I worked at a vet clinic for a couple of years. I also worked at a dog training facility for a year. I know it’s hard to leave your fur baby behind but I can promise you that they will be safe and definitely loved! I just had a baby and not able to work in the moment. So I’m up early in the morning and up late at night so I’m very flexible! Well I will have to have my baby with me ( just a warning). But I normally treat them as my own. I will walk them every 2-3 hours then I’m there. If the owner has any schedule I follow the schedule or any instructions. I do normally send pictures and videos of the fur baby to the owner and keep them updated with everything.

About: I’ve grown up with animals! I’ve always had a cat to take care of! I got my first kitten when I was around 5 years old! ever since I’ve had an amazing connection with all animals but especially cats more than anything. I have watched over dogs many of times. I can handle a big dog but I am mainly used to small/medium dogs ahah:) I’ve currently have dealt with puppies and them being sick! I have learned many new things along the way! I am so excited to learn more things about animals as I watch over them. I have only ever pet sit once through rover, but I can assure you I have plenty of experience and knowledge when it comes to animals! Your dog/cat would be so lucky to have me watch over them:) I currently have no full time job! which gives me more time for your fur babies.. About: Hi I’m Liz and I absolutely love animals! When I was younger I was always wanting to help out any animal I could find. I grew up with cats and a dog but once I got married my husband was allergic to cats so I never got to own my own cat. But I foster dogs on the side! I don’t work with any agencies, I just help certain life or death situations or senior pups who were denied proper care. I currently own 7 dogs ranging from all ages puppy to senior. I also own what most people call “difficult” breeds Akitas, Shibas, huskies, German Shepherds, Pomeranians, and Samoyed! I have a few puppies in training at my house and would love to share my knowledge of dogs with others! If you have training questions I’d love to help you and get you on the right track! I can’t wait to meet your pup! I’m currently working full time but I get off at 3-4pm each day and I am off Saturday and Sunday. I have a lot of wiggle room and would love to accommodate any way I can! I want to care for your pet in the same manner you do! About: My experience pet-sitting (before I joined Rover in 2019) began at age 14 and has consisted of taking care of neighbors and family friends' dogs, eventually getting gigs through personal referrals. Helping others look after their animals and taking care of them as my own while making a few extra dollars is the perfect gig for me! Dog-walking/sitting: I'm pretty active and love the outdoors, so I'm more than willing to take your fur baby on short or long excursions outside. Some of my favorite memories are taking my family's dogs on long walks and spending time with them at the lake. Cat-sitting: I love both cats AND dogs for very different reasons. Dogs are awesome because they're friendly, energetic, and man's best friend! Cats are so different in that they are sooo relaxing, hands-off compared to dogs, and relatively independent. Other animals: I have little experience in this arena but would love to take care of any other pets you may have! I'd love the opportunity to take care of your pets while you're away! :) I work full-time from home when not traveling for my job. Because I love animals and travel too much to have some of my own, pet sitting is the perfect, flexible gig for me! About: I have always had a strong love for animals. I own animals of my own, and they are like children to me. I love meeting new animals and getting to know them. I am a very active person and playful. I have so much love to give out to all animals! I have had a lot of experience taking care of furry friends. I am a student in college, but I'm looking for easy ways to earn money. I thought I would put myself put there for others to know that I am here to help with animals, so I could have a fun, easy, and flexible job to help me make a better living for myself to get through school. I also have been volunteering at Pickens Animal Shelter for awhile now, so I have met numerous different types of furry friends. I am very patient and have experience with frighened, nervous, and even agressive animals that just need more compassion. I also have experience with taking care of livestock, including llamas! Unfortunately, I'm not able to have fun with furry friends 24/7, but I am still flexible and usually don't have issues working out schedules that are needed. For overnight booking, I definitely prepare to be there majority of the time. I love my let's very much and they are a good mix between inside and outside dogs. I pretty much give them free will to pick. They always sleep with me at night. I have lots of land to play on. In a client's home, I will follow any instructions or rules they ask. Otherwise, I try and do what is best for the pets and make them comfortable and I have no problem cuddling and sleeping with them too!
