Growing up, I participated in dog obedience training with my county’s 4-H program. This experience allows me to promote a safe and nurturing environment while allowing the dog to have a positive experience.

About: I got my first dog when I was only 6 years old, since then, I care about all the dogs so much & help my family & my friends with their dogs, cats or any other animals - even horses - they need help with. I can help with puppies & seniors, I can care about them in health & sickness. My dogs are my children, they are my family. I spoil all my babies from playing in the pool or giving them a ride in a special pet stroller - & spoil them to death. I have 1/4 acre, almost fully fenced yard, but I also have invisible fence. Plenty toys & my dog to keep company & play with. I have mini pool to cool them off & pet stroller if they are tired or too old to walk. You need just bring your baby & the food & I will provide love, care & everything else they need. I work 2-3 days a week for only few hours. Sometimes I help with my grandchildren or I need to run out for an hour to do extra special chores to care about other animals. Besides this, I am always home. I enjoy playing & cuddling with dogs & cats, they are the best friens & family. If I am at your house - your rules, if we are at my house - also your rules but my little guests are always allowed to be on my sofa or sleep on my bed.

“Always very happy with the care our dogs get from Autumn. This time the weather was less than ideal for coming out and servicing a dog. Autumn still provided the care our dog needed. Our dog is large and can be rambunctious, but not a problem for Autumn to handle. Thanks again! 😊”

I have volunteered in a vet clinic for 1 year and I have 1 year experience with pet sitting /dog walking . I have built a relationship that would last a life time with my clients and their pet owners . I am very responsible and hardworking and dependable. You will be very satisfied with my work and how much I truly enjoy taking care and looking after your love ones . About: I've owned many animals over my life, cats, dogs, horses, chickens, lizards. I've taken my dogs to animal chiropractors, trained my horse and distributed meds accordingly to my senior animals. I've also pet sit for my older siblings on many occasions. I understand that the needs of every animal is different and needs to be attended to. I am currently trying to apprentice in a very competitive field and pet sitting is my in between job while I look for better positions. I live on a small farm, before my dogs passed I walked them twice a day, I have bout toys and boxes to entertain my cats, handled my lizard with care and an appropriately sized tank, and trained my horse slowly and it has really kept him healthy in his old age. Animals in my care will receive the attention, exercise and safety they need. I have a very open schedule as I am not yet employed but have applied at pharmacies. I also work a couple shifts at the Cold Stone and get to bring home ice cream oftentimes. I feed them and change their water every everyday, play with them, search for enriching toys for them to play with. With. Sometimes I put on TV for them and my girl cat likes when I rock her.

“I’ve used Rover in the past and after an initial meeting, have had great luck with dog walkers. Michelle is even a step above those walkers. Her kindness and patience in allowing my timid dog to get used to her slowly, over a few visits, was such a relief. Michelle’s a rockstar! 😊”

“Estefanny knows her stuff around dogs! She handles my Dog Coco very well and she follows through all the instructions as discussed. She has been good with communicating her time and her schedule. I found her at the very last minute a night before I needed a walker, and she agreed to take on the responsibility. I would definitely recommend her as a dog sitter for you!”

About: I have taken care of my own pets (Dogs, cats and even bunnies) sense I was 6. I started watching friends and families pets at just 10. I am a huge animal lover and have never met a dog I couldn’t win over ❤️ I have a bunny named Ella who has just turned 4. She is honestly sometimes the reason i wake up in the morning. Her basic needs are similar to that of a dog and a cat. I believe than an animal is an equal member of the family. They are the babies that comfort and bring smiles to the family. That being said if they want attention, they will get as much attention as they want when I am around. I am all about routines when it comes to food and treats however, I also think it is important to switch things up now and than (such as a walking route) to make the day exciting for them.
About: I’ve taken care of and loved dogs and cats of all ages and sizes. From puppies/kittens to seniors and in between. And all sizes! I also have experience with special needs dogs, including my own collie who had lower jaw removal surgery. I’ve had 2 cats in this time from when they were young to seniors. I recently adopted 2 young cats who love people. For dogs, I’ve adopted dogs of all different ages with various health needs. I only occasionally go into the office and work from home Mon - Fri. I’m used to having multiple animals so I’m comfortable with whatever their schedule may need. I want to follow the routine you have created and anything else to make sure they feel comfortable in my home or yours. They will get lots of love and attention from me during our time together!

- 95% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
