She was very responsive to our request and was able to accommodate our change in pick up time. I can tell her and her family treated Jax like one of their own because he adapted so quickly! And I can tell he had a lot of fun because he instantly went to sleep. We’ll definitely book Elisa again if we need another sitter when we’re back in town!”

I come from a family of care-takers, nurses and teachers, so naturally, I love taking care of people and what better way to do that than ensure their pets are cared for, too! I will make sure your precious doggies and pets are loved and taken care of just like it was my own dog or pet. There’s nothing like the peace of mind, knowing your beloved fur-baby is getting the attention, food, water, bathroom breaks, belly rubs, butt scratches, and exercise he or she deserves while you’re away or at work. I’ll be sure to give your dog and/or cats lots of love! One of my proudest memories is when my dog graduated “Puppy Manors Class”. I am happy to know what you’d like to work on with your dog in terms of behavior and training, and help in any way I can - or, follow any commands and training strategies you already have in place. Cesar Millan is one of my favorite dog trainers, for the way he is able to understand dogs and speak their language. Something interesting I’ve learned from him is that dogs actually DO have a sense of time, “Your dog does have a sense of time — and misses you when you’re gone. If you think your dog knows when it’s time for dinner or a walk, you’re right! Dogs pick up on our routines and habits, and they also sense how much time has passed. One study showed how dogs responded differently to their owners being gone for different lengths of time.” I understand the value and importance of a reliable pet care taker - our animals depend on us and miss us just like humans do with their friends and family, that’s why I know how important having a reliable and loving pet sitter is. About: I’ve grown up surrounded by and caring for all kind of animals (even monkeys). Family, friends, colleagues, and strangers, have relied on me to care for their dogs, cats, and more for years; Knowing that I will love their pets like I love my own, my clients have confidence and trust when booking with me! As a full-time stay-at-home mom, I’m home the majority of the day and able to provide consistent care and attention. I intentionally only accept one additional dog at a time so each pet receives plenty of supervision and individualized care I have one dog, Ollie, that loves to play and keep every guest company. I am in a two story duplex with a small unfenced yard, but have an outdoor lead for potty breaks and plenty of areas for walking in my neighborhood. If necessary, for separation/calm down time, I have a baby gate available that can break up my kitchen and living room and I also have a spare room upstairs. There will be no instances where our pets are left alone unmonitored for the safety of both parties.

We have been looking for someone to watch her regularly for church on Sundays though and I’m so glad we found Madelyn! We drop Molly off in the morning and pick her up a few hours later and we know she’s in good hands. Madelyn provides prompt communication and takes good care of our girl!”

“Lourdes “Luli” was a stellar and responsive caretaker of my 8 mo, high-energy Australian Shepherd puppy. I was a bit nervous to be her first Rover client, but felt immediate comfort on the meet and greet. She and her delightful, well-behaved pup, Tito, were exemplary hosts. She took all my concerns in stride and made sure that my puppy had a safe, enriching and engaging experience. She sent lots of photos documenting his play and nap time with his new buddy. Luli was flexible about the drop off when my schedule unexpectedly changed and was always quick to return texts. My dog came back happy and relaxed and literally pulled me to her doorway each day of our stay. Her home was immaculate and puppy safe, with a small secure, enclosed yard for play. I have nothing but the highest regard for Luli, and her professionalism and warmth towards both me and my dog! She clearly is a dog whisperer and my dog, very attached to us, but eager to be left with Luli, confirms this. I have no reservations about emphatically recommending her!”

About: I’ve had large breed dogs since I was a child. I currently own a German shepherd. have experience with cats and ferrets as well. My home is very clean and organized. Your pet will be super safe and loved I work part time early mornings. Your baby will be cared for and walked before and after my 4 hour shift. I’m free everyday by noon I have a big yard surrounded by hedges. I am very careful and would never endanger your pet because mine is like my child. I have been trained to the De-escalate situations.

About: Having cared for 13 dogs and 4 cats (yes, we keep count), we've seen it all. Daily exercise and even bathing is quite familiar to us. Leo has hands-on experience with animal shelters, and I have biological based experience with both nutritional needs and animal anatomy, and we both can provide basic training. We currently have a year-old golden retriever and a tabby! We've dealt with a couple lovable (but difficult) pets and can deal with issues like stubbornness, biting, and basic potty training. Leo works from home, and I'm a commuter-basically, there's always someone home! We are both the "outdoorsy" type and frequent the devil's hop yard, as well as hike through our property. As STEM majors, animals keep us sane! We can also transport your pets (we have the seating and everything). Our property has a spacious (but secure) 100-acre forest, perfect for supervised walks and exploration! At home, our pets—a friendly Golden Retriever and a sweet Tabby—ensure your furry friend will never feel lonely. We can also provide crate time if needed for safety or comfort, and (given our flexibility) tailor care routines to meet each pet’s needs!
