But if I ever need to run some errands, depending on what they are, your dog can accompany me in a car ride or stay in your home, where it’s safe. When I arrive at your place, I make every effort to earn your dog's trust and make them feel more at ease. Usually your dog should already recognize me from our meet and greet. But if we have met or not, the first thing I do is take your dog on a walk, just to ensure them that I’m their care taker while you are gone, that would 100% make them comfortable with me. When we return, that is when I start giving rubs, treats, and cuddles. (yes I allow your dogs to sleep on my bed, if you are okay with them on your furniture). I am a pet parent myself to an anxious rescue puppy, so I understand how important it is to find someone you trust with your animal. I previously cared for a senior dog who needed daily medication, so I am comfortable and experienced giving medications to both cats and dogs. I’m currently a doctoral student and do most work from home so my schedule is very open and flexible. I am available everyday of the week and open schedule for timing. I do not have a backyard, however I live next to Midtown park that has a dog park that very few dogs attend and so your furry friend will have many opportunities to run around! I do have one anxious dog that will be kept away from your pet if needed. However, your pet will have access to the 2 bedroom apartment and their own room to sleep in.

I stay in Houston most of the year and have work majority of the day Fri-Sat but my availability is pretty flexible. About: I've been around all sizes of dogs my entire life. In the past 5 years cat were added to that and I couldn't have been happier. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
