“Chelsea has been such a wonderful addition to our regular schedule ! She is friendly, reliable, timely, and detail oriented. She promptly fills us in on any important happenings throughout her visits. Most importantly she takes such good care of our Sadie girl, and we are so thankful 🙂”

“Denise was so easy to work with and fit me in last minute. My dog really took to her and she doesn’t usually warm up very quickly. I would definitely recommend and use her again in the future”

“We recently traveled out of the country for our longest trip we've made since getting our cat, so I was little nervous to leave her. Thanks to Karen, I knew I had nothing to worry about! Karen sent regular updates, pictures, and messages that showed our cat was doing well and having a good time. When we arrived home, our cat was calm and relaxed, as further testament to Karen's pet sitting. I strongly and enthusiastically recommend Karen for your animal caring needs!”

“I was going to be longer then expected and didn’t want to leave my new puppy in her crate for so long. I reached out to Emma last minute to see if she was able to take my new puppy out for a walk/potty and she was able. Emma was great and very kind. She sent me pictures and update. She brought peace of mind and I didn’t feel bad leaving Cookie so long. Emma thank you for your help.”

“I’ve booked Olivia several times for check-in’s and she is very reliable and always comes through for us in a pinch! Great communication and of course Sully loves her - Thanks Olivia!”

“Kirsten was awesome with my cats. They are both shy and or particular. She had them coming out to great her, playing and asking for pets. She clearly cares about animals and took great care of my babies. Would recommend and engage her services again!”

About: My family has had pets my entire life, including large breed dogs such as huskies and bully breeds, cats, reptiles, and amphibians. I frequently pet sit for family and friends, which ranges from stopping in for potty breaks on a long work day or in-house pet sitting for up to a week at a time. I am a freelancer so my schedule is super flexible and I am looking forward to making your fur babies a consistent part of it! I follow client instructions to the T: always on time, no unapproved snacks (no need for upset bellies!), and following the pets' lead when they take a little extra time to warm up

About: I have been taking care of dogs for family, friends, and Rover for years and am excited by every opportunity I get to spend with them! I've been a dog owner myself for over 5 years. I can easily adjust my sitting style for dogs with a lot of energy or ones that are a little more relaxed. I am happy to sit in and give belly rubs or take them out on a long walk with me! My home has a fenced in backyard and there are plenty of places to walk near me. I typically work full time during the week at a non-profit theatre, I'm always happy to meet in person before we make final arrangements. I love taking care of dogs and I'd be happy to spend some time with the dog in your life!
“I always know I can trust Kristie to take great care of my two dogs! She is timely and an excellent communicator. She has done an amazing job with drop-in visits to give my dogs potty breaks and playtime!”

About: I have always loved dogs! To be honest I can't pass one when I am out for a walk or a drive without saying hello or waving. Dogs are amazing creatures, providing both loyalty and unconditional love to their humans. While I have a great deal of respect for any person who has made the commitment to give a dog in need a forever home, I understand that not all dog lovers can be present 24/7. With that being said, I hope you and your dog will pick me to be your stand-in human. Whether at work or away for the day, I promise your dog lots of love and fun exercise! We’ll be the walk of the town! I am a school-based occupational therapist and am off for the summer, so I’m free morning, afternoon, and evening 7 days a week! I’m a lover of all animals domestic and wild. Your dog (or cat) will have my undivided attention and be treated with the care and respect they deserve, just as I have cared for my own pets.

We have a fenced yard where your fur babies can enjoy the outdoors or run around. We have two Australian shepherds that are very energetic and love to play! Per request, your pet could be crated if asked.

I know you have a ton of questions and worries and you want to feel confident about your pups well-being. I’ve got you covered! Because I know firsthand how much worry is involved in trusting another person with your pet, I strive to be what I would want in a dog sitter for my dogs. Whether your dog needs encouragement to finish their dinner, or a specific walking route to ease their anxiety, I’ve got you covered!
About: I've been dog sitting since I was 12 years old and have been around dogs my entire life. While I've never owned my own dog, I initially watched my cousin's dogs when they were out of town, but eventually started watching dogs for family friends and within the last 10 years watched my friend's dogs when they've been out of town. Most dogs I would take on walks or let them out to run around in the yard if it's fenced in (if the area isn't great for walking). I will always take care of your dog like it's my own. I work full time Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm so would be available after 5pm or on the weekends if I'm not travelling. I'm originally from Pittsburgh PA and still go back home on some weekends or will visit NYC for a day to visit friends or family. In my clients home I would either take their dogs on a walk around the block (if the area is decent enough) or can let the dogs out in the yard if it's fenced in. I'm very careful when walking dogs and always remember to pick up after them.
About: I have worked at a dog kennel for the past 3 years and absolutely love caring for animals! I recently graduated with a degree in Animal Science, and working with and learning about animals has always been a passion of mine. I have experience caring for and walking dogs of all different sizes, personalities, and needs. I would love the opportunity to provide your pets with the same love and care I give my own! I'm currently working part time at a dog kennel, so i'm available most weekdays and some weekends for your pet's needs! Due to varying shifts, my general availability is between 12-3 and 7-11. I will always prioritize your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness. I will be attentive, responsible, and careful to follow each of your pet’s routine and their instructions. My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of all sizes and breeds for as long as I can remember! I currently have 2 dogs and 2 cats of my own. Seniors are my favorite and I love puppy and kitten time too! Meds or special foods….no problem! I work in education and have 2 daughters, one away at college and the other in High School. I am available to walk or hang out with your pet during the week after school and on weekends! I’m very knowledgeable in giving pets meds and living with dogs with epilepsy. I love giving walks, giving snuggles and giving treats! I will always treat your pet like my own💞

Christina M. is an experienced long time pet owner who loves her job. My Beagle/ Jack Russel Terrier adores her when she walks him. She is always on time and contacts me with any concerns or questions. If your looking for a responsibile caring pet person I highly recommend booking Christina M.
Cortney was a god send. She did a last minute drop in with my anxious little guy Gavin and I couldn’t be happier. She was so patient and attentive to him. Let him out to wee, gave him fresh water and even left puss and boots on for him lol She will definitely be my go to from now on!

This is my first time using Rover and Amelia did amazing with my puppies I have an 8yr old and a 7month old puppy I reached out last minute and she was more than happy to help my dogs LOVED HER! my 8yr old is a picky eater and he ate just fine while she was around. She followed all my instructions and took them out to the yard plenty of times 🥺! She also sent pictures and video updates which felt much more reassuring of course my first time and I was terrified to let some one in my home and around my babies she did amazing will be booking again soon. THANK YOU AMELIA!! 🐾

Lexi did a fabulous job with our pups. Our pup Kali needs insulin shots twice and day. My husband was traveling and I am unable to do it, due to neuropathy in my hands. Lexi was more than happy to help, Kali warmed up to her right away and our other dog loved her too! Lexi was always on time for both shots a day, once in the morning and once at dinner time. We most definitely would have Lexi back again. Becky G

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
