“Elenor does an amazing job, we’ve used her twice now and she is very detail oriented with her Check In Messages, very personable, and will work with you when needed I will continue to use her EVERY TIME!!”

“Marissa came to the rescue and watched my kitten Donny when I was unexpectedly admitted the hospital this past week. I recently moved to Arlington and all of my family and close friends aren’t local, so you can imagine how anxious I was to quickly find somebody nearby to take care of my fur baby. She was very responsive, followed all of my instructions and sent lots of pics when she was with him, all of which put me at ease. I came home to a very happy cat and I know part of that is because he was in good hands while I was away. I am so grateful for Marissa’s help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, thoughtful, respectful pet sitter!”

“Kaity did a wonderful job with drop in visits for our two pups! She was prompt, spent time with the girls playing, and even helped with cleaning up a nervous “tinkle”! I would highly recommend Kaity’s services and will definitely book again. Thank you, Kaity!!!”

About: Hello! My name is Amanda and I am that weird dog lady - who brought my husband, Kevin, along for the ride. My clothes are always covered in white fur from one of my fur children, it is my favorite accessory. I have two English Cream Golden Retrievers and have a rescue terrier mix. I have had dogs my entire life but had my very own dog by 10 years old. I have 2 acre fenced lot located in Wake Forest, I absolutely love to watch my 3 dogs and two human kiddos enjoy the outdoors! We would love to help watch your pups at a affordable rate while you vacation. I have potty trained, given medication to, and loved many puppies in my life. Please reach out to me if you have any questions! My family and I look forward to meeting with you! My husband and I both work full-time jobs, we rotate our days working remotely. We wouldn’t have any schedule conflicts with our ability to safety care for your pup. We will be boarding dogs in our house. We are a huge animal loving family, this means our pups and yours will be included in our everyday life.

“Eva was very professional and wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond to my texts when I had “first timer” concerns. My dog seems to have done very well with Eva. We will definitely use to watch Hazel again!”

“We just moved to Raleigh in June and needed to find a dog sitter. I came across Leah's profile, reached out to her and set up a time for us to meet her and for her to meet our chocolate lab Kona. After talking with her and watching her with Kona, we felt very comfortable with her watching our fur baby. She has been super responsive, flexible and overall very caring! We have used her a couple of times now and plan to have her watch her in the future!”

About: My family raised me to love and respect animals of all kinds.. but I am not a fan of the reptile family (sorry!). I helped train a family dog during my high school years and became a foster mom/adoption advisor for a rescue in 2006. I have helped about 30 dogs find their furever homes! Personally, I have 5 dogs and 2 cats in heaven, and 3 dogs here with me now. I do provide pet sitting services for friends and neighbors with dogs, cats, and furry caged critters (i.e. guinea pigs, bunnies). I am experienced with dogs of all ages (puppy to senior) and varying temperaments (i.e. fearful puppy mills rescues, timidity with hearing/sight challenges, incontinence) and use positive reinforcement for training. I am currently unemployed, but have worked remote since 2020. I am out and about almost daily throughout the week, but usually not away for more than 6 hours at a time. Due to having three dogs of my own, I can only do overnights in my home. When providing drop-in services, I will do my best to honor the requests of the pet parents. At my home, I have 2 kennels. My cockers share one, but my mutt runs the house when I am not home. There is a gate across the hallway near the front door to prevent door dashing, and another across the utility room which provides a "buffer zone" should I come in through the garage. I have a 6' fenced yard, where dogs can run freely and enjoy themselves as the weather allows. I feed 2x daily, so no free-feeding.. but I can accomodate separate feed times and locations if needed.

About: I have always loved animals since I was a small child. I grew up helping to take care of my family's dog as well as pet sitting for friends and neighbors. I worked at an animal rescue through college as an animal care team member and adoption counselor. After I graduated, I started out working in animal hospital as a kennel and day camp assistant. I worked my way up in the veterinary hospital field from kennel to day camp to veterinary assistant and I have been professionally working with animals for the last 15 years. I have experience with dogs, cats and some pocket pets. I work with outpatient appointments and assist in surgeries at my current animal hospital and oversee all surgery appointments as their Surgery Coordinator. I can give medication, both oral and injectable. I have experience taking care of special need animals as well as pets with chronic diseases, such as diabetes and kidney disease. Working with animals has taught me how to understand their behaviors as well as their needs, both medically and mentally. I can take care of young puppies and kittens to older senior pets. I have experience caring for pets of all sizes and breeds as well. I work full time in Raleigh at a local animal hospital but offer visits before work, after work and a little later in the night for a last minute potty breaks, medications or cuddles if needed during the week. I also have afternoon availabity on weekends for additional visits or walks as well. I enjoy spending time with the pets I care for as if they are my own so they have my all of my attention while we’re together. I am currently working full time at a local animal hospital so I am available in the mornings and evenings. I spend time with my current clients before I head to work in the morning and after leave work in the late afternoon or early evening, and I can do a late night visit as well. On weekends and occasionally during the week when I am off of work, I can also offer an early afternoon visit as well. I currently offer home visits and dog walks. I make sure to take time to understand the needs that your pet. I will provide updates and photos to each client as well while I am with their pet.

About: I have dog-sat, cat-sat, and walked dogs of all ages and sizes since I was a kid, for friends, family members, and neighbors. I am willing to travel outside my town to provide services. I am also very comfortable with caring for more exotic animals, as I grew up spending my summers learning to ride horses on a farm with goats, chickens, pigs, rabbits and the like. Rural locations are very acceptable to me, as I have no phobia of insects or snakes. I have plenty of time every day of the week to care for pets, including early mornings and late nights. Many weekday mornings I will be unavailable for up to 3 hours total, usually from 8-11 AM. I also work part-time Monday evenings. I can care for your dogs just as I do my own, with plenty of exercise and attention as needed. I am used to “moody” animals that may want some space, and can keep less social pets safe on walks in busy neighborhoods. I am also very comfortable being as hands-on as necessary with pets; I can crate/collar/bathe as needed.

“I have been extremely pleased when I come home to a happy Pup! Mae has been wonderful with in-depth updates and pictures! Would highly recommend to anyone needing a sitter. You know when you can come home and tell that your furry child had been taken care of? Mae is that person 100%. Very excited to book with her again in the future.”

“Olivia did a great job taking care of our gang and we look forward to using her again in the future. Great with dogs and cats alike. My dog, Lyla is usually skittish with new people but she went right up to Olivia and felt comfortable right away which is very important”

About: Hello! I've had dogs my whole life! I've taken care of dogs with special needs, little and big and given meds. I hope to be able to help you and give your furever pets so much attention! I’ve been a foster dog mom and loved it. ❤️ I believe pets always become a family member and I promise I will treat them as my own. I'm very active and love the outdoors. Also, if your pup likes cuddles and love I have lots of that to give. If you have a puppy that would like a playmate I have the pawfect playmates. My husband works from home and I’m a stay at home mom. We crate train our dogs and would like the dog I’m sitting for to be in a crate when we are gone as well. For the most part we are home throughout the day and if we aren’t when you book I will let you know in advance. I won’t accept to take any dogs when we are more busy and gone more. Please be sure your dog is kid friendly as we have an active 1 year old. I spoil my boys and I’m a dog obsessed mama! We like to play in our fenced in backyardI look forward to being at home with them.a

“I recently had the pleasure of having Carlee as our dog sitter, and I couldn't be happier with her service. Carlee is incredibly attentive and caring, making sure our furry friend felt loved and safe while we were away. She followed all our instructions perfectly and even sent us regular updates and pictures, which gave us peace of mind. Our dog was happy and healthy when we returned, and it was clear that Carlee had taken excellent care of him. I highly recommend Carlee to anyone in need of a reliable and loving dog sitter!”

About: I’ve taken care of so many animals from dogs and cats, to turtles, chickens and hermit crabs ! I do great with administering medicines, and teaching tricks! I have night classes every Monday and Thursday 6-8, and work Wednesday 8am-1pm and Friday 8am-3pm. Other than that I am completely open! And as long as you’re fine with it, I have no issues pet sitting days I have those obligations as long as the time works out on both ends ! I will make sure in your home that your pets have a great time. From playing catch, taking a walk, or just cuddling up on the couch. Your pets will have the time of their life !

About: As long as I can remember I’ve been raised with pets! There has never been a time in my life when we didn’t have at least one dog and cat. That being said, I’ve been caring for animals all of my life! I started petsitting more seriously when I was about 13 or 14 years old. Professionally, I used to work in an animal hospital as an animal care technician, which entailed a variety of tasks; daycares, boarding, baths, and more. I’m also signed up as a volunteer at Saving Grace! I’m free Sunday through Thursday at any time! The only days I have restrictions are on Friday and Saturday. Friday and Saturday: Morning - 2:00pm ** I am a waitress, so I don’t typically get off until 10:30pm. ** We have a lot of pets so I don’t intend to pet sit in home. I’m able to administer meds, though I may need a refresher on how to do insulin for diabetic fur babies! As long as you’re comfortable, I typically hang out with your fur baby as much as possible. If I have the day free, I could easily spend the whole day just hanging out with your pet!
