“This was my dog's first day at dog day care and it was only for a couple hours just to try it out. But everything went very well. Chang updated me with pictures shortly after dropping my dog off to assure me he was doing well. When I picked him up he was happy to see me but also seemed like he would have followed Chang back to her house if she wanted him to. So that was very comforting to see that he liked her. I will be a repeat customer.”

“Valerie and her son were absolutely incredible!! We made the request last minute and she was able to accommodate us which was so sweet. She’s great with communication and flexible as well. Most importantly, she kept in touch with us throughout the day, kept Wilson active and playful, and gave us a very detailed report at the end of the day. We are so lucky we found Valerie, would highly recommend!!”

“Sarah is absolutely wonderful with our 6 year old dog, Meeko. Meeko absolutely adores being at her house to play fetch all day long and take long walks in the woods. I would highly recommend Sarah for all of your dog sitting needs! She treats Meeko just like she would her own dog. Meeko has an absolute blast every time he stays at Sarah’s!”

“Amy is simply amazing! My little one jumps out of my arms to go to doggy day care with her. She loves all of the dogs so much and it shows. We would never use anyone else.”

“Caitlin & Conor were wonderful hosts! Their dog Stone was so sweet and very playful. My dog came out very happy and was pleased to hear that both pups played chase together, which is not common for my pup. I could tell he really enjoyed his stay and we cannot wait to bring him back:) They were so nice, very welcoming, and very easy to communicate with!!!!”

I treat each dog like they were my own and give them the best care possible while their owners are away. I also have experience dealing with smaller dogs that are aggressive with other dogs I work full time from home so I am able to give the dog any attention it needs and will be able to take them outside frequently. I will treat your pet like it is my own whlie they are with me. I have no issues with the dog sitting on furniture or sleeping on the bed. I will request that you provide a crate for when I have to leave the home
“Melissa was amazing. Jake and I received an amazingly warm welcome when dropping off. My dog has anxiety issues and Melissa and her crew were wonderful. They took Jake on walks, took him to the park and he was so happy. Truly one of the best experiences Jake and I have had. So incredibly wonderful.”

About: I am a patient and caring dog owner who has been surrounded by pets my whole life. They are a complete part of our family! I currently work from home with my own 2 small dogs (under 10 pounds) in the house. In the past, I have had Labrador Retrievers and a Viszla. All have been rescues. In recent years, I was heavily involved in a senior dog rescue and fostered a wide variety of dogs. Many of the dogs had supplemental needs, requiring additional care. This included strict medication schedules, teaching blind dogs to navigate their surroundings, teaching dogs with special needs to learn confidence and better mobility, and even one from a hoarding situation that needed to completely learn socialization skills and how to walk on grass! Your dog will be completely pampered and showered with affection during the time we are together. Your dog will be treated like a royal guest! We have plenty of large windows to look out and soft couches to relax on. We even have stools at each couch for our smaller guests to get up and down easily! :) If your pup prefers alone time, we have plenty of doggie beds for them to choose from. I strive to offer them a home away from home, all while allowing them to freedom to wander and relax wherever they feel comfortable. I look forward to meeting your pup! I currently work from home with a flexible schedule that is determined by me. I am home all day and can attend to your pet's needs whenever necessary. If they are at my home, I allow your pet to wander freely and find a spot to relax wherever they feel comfortable. My goal is to provide them with as much playtime and attention as they want when we are together. I will live up to your expectations and follow directions completely. I look forward to caring for your pet in whatever way necessary. I have experience caring for dogs with extreme needs and will be sure to give your pet the best care in the world. I will also send pictures and/or videos of our time together if you wish.
“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Jennifer and Devin were amazing to our 2 dogs. Not only were they incredibly considerate of our request (Christmas Day!) but were so great at communicating throughout the entire visit. It wouldn’t have been a better visit. Thank you so so so much.”

“We tried Rover for the first time and are so glad we found Michael! Milo absolutely loved his time, and we felt so at ease knowing he was in good hands. The videos throughout the day were such a nice touch. Overall, a wonderful experience—thank you, Michael!”

“Alisha has been my regular sitter for about 2 months now & I feel very lucky to have found her! My dog, Cooper, is treated like part of the family & is always worn out when he gets home. I feel confident that he is safe & I still get consistent updates on what they’re up to all day. She is one of the best you could find!”

“Ciera is professional, responsive, very efficient and took great care of Abaco (only 2mos. old). I wasn’t at all concern as she updated me with photos through out the day. She’s local in the area and just a text away!”

“Dana was fantastic! She and her pups were great with our dog, making sure our Ziggy got plenty of playtime. Oh, and she was able take Ziggy on Thanksgiving Day, which was a huge plus. Will contact next time we're in town. Highly recommend! ”

“Buster had a blast with the dogs in the yard. He was all doggie smiles when we picked him up! On top of that, I booked for the wrong day and Richard was nothing but nice about it, and completely accommodating. We’ll be back when we come through Pittsburgh again.”

Franklin Park dog parents share their Rover experiences
Benji had a wonderful time, thank you so much Kate! Kate (and her family) are so awesome with my special needs pup. It's so nice to be able to leave him with Kate when I can't take him along or get home to care for him at necessary intervals. The peace of mind, knowing that he's in her good, caring hands is priceless!

Christine is just amazing! For anyone who has had Christine watch your furbaby, you know exactly what I mean! She is the absolute best! I had Christine watch my Brittany Spaniel named "MacKenzie" for years. He just loved her and she loved him. Unfortunately, I lost him to kidney disease six years ago. On December 28, 2024 we adopted a 10-week Golden Retriever rescue puppy. When it came time to need a sitter, I wanted no one except Christine to watch my little boy, Axel. She was just as wonderful, caring, loving and sweet with Axel, as she was with MacKenzie. As she always did in the past, she sent me pictures, videos and texts so that I was comfortable with him being away from me for the first time. In all the pictures and videos that she sent to me, he was having the best time! He had the biggest smile on his sweet little face. She has such a way of making them feel comfortable and enjoying their time away from home. I always said that Christine's home is my little one's second home. I know I am an over-protective doggie mom, but when my puppy is with Christine, I am completely relaxed. My little boy made some new furry friends and I could tell that he enjoyed running around and playing with his new friends! I am so blessed to have met Christine years ago and even more blessed knowing that Axel will have so many more visits with Christine. Thank you Christine!!! You really have no idea how much we truly appreciate you!! Axel sends love and puppy kisses!!
