Melissa’s Dog Haven: Fun & Safe
With over 10 years of experience in dog sitting, I have developed a deep understanding and love for caring for dogs. Currently, I have three dogs of my own, including two who are under two years old. I frequently watch additional dogs for family and friends, such as my sister's and best friend's dogs, ensuring they feel right at home while their owners are away. Our home is perfectly set up for dogs with a spacious, fenced-in yard and a pool, providing a safe and fun environment for your furry friends. We enjoy making frequent trips to the local dog park, where dogs can socialize and play. Additionally, we go on trail walks in our neighborhood, giving dogs plenty of exercise and fresh air. Your dog will always be engaged and well-cared for in our home.

Cooper might have found a new home with Melissa and family, especially with Terri! These folks treated our dog as one of their own and we will have zero hesitation allowing Cooper to vacation with them again. Thanks for providing our dog with a great option next time we can't bring him along with us.

Melissa and her family were so amazing with my dog, Cooper. They graciously took him last minute for 2 daycare visits and treated him just like one of their own. He got tons of outside time and snuggles and was tired out when I picked him up each time. We gradually introduced the dogs and they got along well. You can tell their house is full of love– I felt very comfortable leaving my pup there to enjoy his time.
Melissa & her family are so wonderful! They’re very understanding and attentive. They’ve watched our golden retriever a couple of times now & we can always count on Rosie having a good time (and tired when she gets home)! Highly recommend!
Melissa and her entire family (dogs included) were spectacular! Beautiful home, fenced in yard, and the sincerity and love of pets is evident as soon as you meet them. My dog is a bit timid and he took to them immediately. My only worry was if he would want to come home!

Hello! I'm Melissa, a dedicated dog lover based in the North Hills area. Caring for dogs is my passion, and I strive to provide a safe, fun, and loving environment for every dog that stays with us. I currently have two wonderful dogs, both of which are still young pups under two years old. In addition to my own dogs, we often watch family and friends pups as well, ensuring they feel loved and comfortable while their owners are away. This is what has led me into joining Rover, as we are the go to for many close to us! I work remotely allowing me to keep all the fur babies company throughout the day. I am a dog lover who would happily have a million dogs if my husband would let me! I offer dog boarding and doggie day care services, and I am committed to providing the best care for your furry family members.

Our home features a fenced-in yard and a pool, perfect for playtime and relaxation. We also love taking trips to the dog park and going on trail walks in our neighborhood, making sure every dog gets plenty of exercise and attention. I work remotely allowing me to keep all the fur babies company throughout the day.

A typical day would start with breakfast. We then head outside and relax. They will most likely help wake up our daughter with lots of loves and kisses and in return get cuddles and rubs for the next couple hours. The rest of the day is spend in and out of the house with naps and play mixed in. Early evening we will take a trip to the local dog park followed by dinner. Then we will say good night with cuddles and kisses on the couch.
