I will also stay in contact with client through out the stay with their pet I am a senior at Gainesville high and have a part-time key holder position at palmetto moon I don't work everyday so free after school. About: I have been a veterinary technician/nurse for the past 13 years. My whole life is dedicated to animals and providing them compassionate care. I have worked in a general practice for the last 13 years working with companion animals (cats and dogs) but I have grown up with birds, ferrets, fish, turtles and hamsters. I also have a degree in agriculture and have cared for livestock. I truly love all animals and will always take care of each individual pet as if they were my own. I have a team of veterinary professionals that I can reach out to if there was every animal emergency or guidance needed. In home: I have property where I can take the dogs out on long walks and can play with them with a great deal of space. They will always have access to water and will feed them according to their set schedules. I have space for crates if your pets do better crated while inside and if I’m away. They will be smothered with cuddles and treats if I’m able to. Clients Home: I will make sure to adhere to the routine you have already established at home, whether that’s long walks or playing in the backyard. Stick to the feeding schedule and ensure they are stress free while you’re away.

About: I’ve taken care of my 8 dogs my whole life by giving them baths and walking them and making sure they have food and water. All I’m able to do right now is soccer and a part time job for my schedule. I would love to help dogs whenever I can to make a little more money to help me get to my soccer games. And help pay for my dogs surgeries. I have adopted 3 stray dogs and they are very healthy to this day. I have a very friendly dog that will love to play with new dogs. About: For as long as I can remember, there has always been animals in my house, but the last 13 years are where my real growth has happened for me as a pet parent and carer. In my own home, there’s always been a variety from dogs to hedgehogs to cats to lizards. I have often found myself as a haven for wayward creatures in need of respite. I have experience caring for, raising, and training puppies as well as caring for senior dogs. I work full time as a teacher but I am often around on the weekends and evenings and am happy and able to make pets a part of my routine! Any space I am in is always treated with the upmost respect— I don’t touch what isn’t mine, I don’t touch what I don’t need to. Integrity and honesty are paramount. If there is an issue with anything, I of course will be upfront about it, as that is what I would expect and want from anyone in my home. About: I've been a pet owner are caregiver for over 30 years. I am often contracted by family and friends for pet care and am wishing to expand my clientele/ I am currently exploring several avenues of freelance work, but my availability is still open, especially with notice. Theere are 6-8 weekends I will not be available, the most notable being Memorial and Labor Days weekends. About: I have spent my whole life with pets and have always struggled with who will watch my pet while I am working or traveling. About: Hello! I am Ally, I am 33 and have an 8 year old son and have cared for dogs my whole life. Non smoking with one young puppy in the home. I have always had dogs as part of the family. I believe a pet is like adding another member to the family and will treat yours the same way. Ready to care for your animals as my own! Walks, runs, feeding, grooming, giving medication, baths, vet appts, etc. I do require that all dogs are vaccinated and taking flea and tick prevention. About: I love Rover! I mean, what better job exists than to get paid to spend time with other people's animals? My name is Dan, and I have been around animals my whole life. Currently I am a cat dad of two girls, but I am also comfortable and familiar with dogs, rabbits, and other animals as well. I currently live in a large three bedroom. The property is out in the country, but only a few miles away from Gainesville, so it's far enough to be away from the sounds and stress of the city without really being in the middle of nowhere. It's not the fanciest place, in need of remodeling, but it is calm, comfortable, and pet friendly. There is no smoking inside. The property is not fenced, so I will be keeping everyone inside, except for supervised walks, etc. I am able to board cats, most dogs, and other animals as well. I work from home in addition to doing this, so when I do have a furry guest, I am home twenty four hours a day. I like to actually spend time with the animals I have visiting, so if you have a super playful dog- or one that just likes to hang out on the couch next to someone- I'd probably be a good match. If I am not boarding anyone at the moment, I can walk dogs, feed cats, etc, as well, as long as you are not too far away from where I live. Things I require: 1. I need to meet your animals first (especially for dogs). 2. If I don't feel comfortable , or I feel like an animal is not comfortable with me, I will not confirm the booking. Animals are just like people, we all have those we like and don't like, so don't take it personal if I decline a booking. 3. I do need emergency contact and vet information. I hope I never have to deal with any emergency, but it is better to be prepared and ready, than to be running around scrambling if something does happen. 4. Of course, I need as much food, etc, as is needed for the stay. Things I offer: 1. Lots of attention. Of course, some animals- especially some cats- aren't really keen on it, and that's okay! But if they are, I love to play with my guests! 2. I don't mix animals from different families. 3. I don't charge extra for extra cats, and I only charge a little bit extra for extra dogs. I have been doing this off and on for some time now, and while I don't have as many clients as I want to have, my reviews are good and solid for a reason. I have my own two cats who take up all my time when I'm not out taking care of other people's animals, or otherwise working. The only time I'm usually not available is if I have already made prior commitments. I treat animals like they are children, because to me, they are. My own two are my favorite people in this world, but I love animals in general. I especially enjoy cats, friendly dogs, and giant rabbits. 😃 I like to treat each cat, dog, rabbit, etc, as the unique personality they are. Some cats, for example, are a little more standoffish than others. The best thing to do with them is to not push them. Nobody cat or human likes someone standing in front of them demanding attention ! Some dogs, for example, are very laid back and really just want to lay next to you and snuggle. Others are always ready to play! I am knowledgeable about safety, and when I am doing a drop in visit, I always keep an eye out for anything that doesn't look right. When I am dog walking, I like to go places that are less traveled, I keep my attention fully on them, and on everything going on around us. When I am with your animals, they are my first and only priority.
