I’ve raised puppies from the ground up and currently care for two energetic, lovable dogs of my own — a Lab Collie mix and a German Shorthair Pointer. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 9 when I had my first dog. She had a heart condition so I’m very used to taking care of dogs with special needs as well. So no matter what kind of fur-baby you have I’ll make sure they’re safe with me. Also, through college, I did house sit and dog sit for friends and family and I absolutely love all of them. Currently I’m working remotely- most of the time I’m home all day so I’ll have plenty of time to be with your fur babies! I’m currently working full-time 40 hours during the week. I have time after 6 PM during the week and all day during the weekend. Preferably early mornings. I want to make sure every animal I care for is comfortable And get to know their personality and what they enjoy so it can be an enriching experience for them and not stressful.

“Shyla & John were perfect! Shyla dropped in on our cat once a day for 14 days over the Christmas holiday. She is very responsive, easy to communicate with, and very accommodating. She responded almost immediately when I requested if she was available and was accommodating when I worried about our cat being alone for too long on the first day. She was able to stop by earlier and also dropped by during a few times on the automatic feeder since I needed reassurance that it was actually working! I would definitely recommend to anybody!”

About: I’ve raised 2 puppies in the past couple years and enjoy getting to know your pets. I currently assist 3 clients a couple times a week. I’m available all day and all week long. I can do days and nights. Weekdays and weekends. My availability is flexible and wide open :) I walk, feed, and play with them. Some pets like to play with toys and others prefer just cuddling. I’m a very active person so if your dog likes to run or play rough, I’m down. I talk to them and provide hands on care to them.

About: When people say dogs are humans best friends I completely agree. I love dogs any size. I have had dogs my whole life and currently have a 3 years old GSD who is light of my life. I am very familiar with different kinds of dogs from young pups to senior dogs. I am available to walk, play, feed and keep your four legged best friend entertained while you are busy. Available everyday. Either my husband or I are at home everyday. We have a small backyard that your pup can enjoy. We would have to do a meet and greet with our pup who loves to play and still thinks he is a puppy. We want to make sure we can go above and beyond for your furry friend and making sure he/she is comfortable is our top priority We have a small backyard where your pup can enjoy running around and playing. If your pup is older and like to lay around, we have a great back deck for them to sunbathe and relax. We will make sure your pup is not bored. We have baskets of toys that your pup can play with and beds they can snooze on.

About: I’ve taken care of large, active breeds and smaller, more relaxed pups - all are welcome! All pets will have the opportunity for consistent, safe walks on post with play and attention throughout the day. I am available throughout the work week to help ensure pets are able to get their walks in or to host (at our home or yours) for training or weekend passes and leave. Happy to coordinate a routine schedule or arrange for unexpected care! I have a fenced in yard in Bowden terrace, with a large residential field nearby to take for fetch or for walks around the block. At home, we have a relaxed corgi of our own; your pet is welcome to lounge in the front room, receive healthy snacks (with your approval), and may either sleep in the open or in a kennel for the evening if you prefer. All care will be coordinated with you to ensure your pet feels welcome and comfortable!
