“Lindsey did an outstanding job taking care of our pets while we were away. She showed patience, understanding, and sensitivity to 3 cats that weren't used to their owners being away. Within a couple of day's they warmed up to her nicely, which greatly reduced their stress, as well as the stress from their owners. We really appreciate Lindsey's attention to detail, and she will always be our first choice if she is available when it is time for us to be away again.”

“Elise fulfilled a very special request for us to watch our dog on our wedding day. She was more than willing to go above and beyond to ensure us and our dog had a smooth day. She drove him around and he even got to play with her dog Duke! We got some very cute pictures at the end as well. Our dog was in great hands - highly recommend her care and would use again!!”

“Katlynn was so great with our dogs. We added a puppy to our family last minute and she embraced it head on! Our dogs loved her and even watched her leave. I would trust her with my dogs any day of the week! She should be your go-to-gal for this area!”

“Eliza was great with Ginger. She even followed through with my efforts to help Ginger learn how to use stairs! We also received many photos and updates. I can highly recommend Eliza for her ability to connect with our dog and her easy temperament.”

About: My family has owned several dogs since I was a child and I have helped take care of them since I was about 12 years old. I also gained a good amount of experience working at the local SPCA for 2 summers, where I learned about proper dog walking, bathing, nutrition, and cleaning methods for both dogs and cats. I am also a certified Dog Trainer through Animal Behavior College and worked in a Veterinary Practices program as a Teaching Assistant for 1 year. I have been dog and cat sitting for family and friends for over 4 years and love animals of all kinds. I can care for rabbits, ferrets and guinea pigs as well! I look forward to meeting your pets and giving my clients peace of mind while they are away! :) I petsit full-time throughout the year. Overnight care in your home requires at least two weeks' notice and is subject to a cancellation fee if you cancel less than a week before the service. Please contact me for more detailed availability, as my schedule is subject to change. I meet with the owner(s) and pets prior to house sitting to ensure their animals and I are familiar with one another and I am informed of each pet's individual needs. I try to ensure dogs get a walk every day, unless they have alternative exercise needs. I try to make sure all animals have both breakfast and dinner, every day, and prioritize this. Potty breaks should be given every 4-6 hours at the most, again depending on the age, size and special needs of the dog. It is not possible for me to board dogs at this time. I've also found that dogs are more comfortable in their own homes. I can gladly send you pictures of the dogs and cats (if the cats aren't hiding) so you know they're doing okay (many clients have asked me to do this). Please discuss your pets' needs with me and leave care instructions in some format, either on notes that I take after meeting with you or in writing while you are away, preferably in advance.
About: We have three dogs who are more spoiled than our children. We dont like people, but we love animals 🤣. We love walking and playing, and so do our pups! Our babies are spoiled rotten and we can't help it. Our pups have their own doggie pool that they can use any time in the summer. We have tons of toys and one of our favorite things to do is just be home with them and de stress. We sometimes go to the dog park or take walks on the Black River Trail, too! We care for our own fur babies every day, having extra in the house is just an added bonus. Our animals are loved all day long, and we promise to deliver the same to yours. We have a large fully fenced in yard in a rural area, so we have lots of room for running! Our pups go in and out as often as they want. We do allow pets on the furniture, always! We do ask that younger pups are in a crate at night time unless they are exceptionally well behaved, for safety purposes. If your pup shows behavioral issues that make it difficult to maintain safety, such as biting or excessive aggressiveness, we will add on an extra charge to the booking. This is almost never an issue, and we are able to separate dogs as needed. When staying in our home, your pups safety is always our number one priority.
About: Hi my name is Averi, I have been around animals my entire life but have the most experience with dogs and horses. I do have a charcoal lab of my own who is very spoiled and always looking for a friend. I recently got back from traveling abroad and am looking for a side job to back up my part time job! I have a 1 year old lab of my own so she gets 2 meals a day, plus plenty of exercise to tire her out at night. I make sure to take her on at least one big hike a week to make sure she is getting that experience, and am always taking her into public for socialization I treat others animals as if they were my own, I take pride that I treat animals very well and am always willing to do anything to make sure the owners is as comfortable as can be. I believe that in order to make an animal act right they need to feel comfortable and safe, which requires patience and a soft hand.

About: I’ve grown up with animals in my life since I was born and my mom worked at a Vet Clinic for 13 years so I’ve seen my fair share of all sorts of breeds! From little Pugs to giant Cane Corsos! I’m up for anything and happy to help in anyway I can! I am usually free throughout the week especially with a heads up I should have no problems being able to help you out with whatever needs to be done! And I’ll be happy doing it! I have a dog named Motley who is 4 years old! She’s a mutt but we love her so much and she gets along well with other animals. Sometimes she’s a bit excited with new people/ animals but she is crate trained and potty trained so shouldn’t be a problem!
About: I absolutely love animals and am passionate about treating every pet with love, kindness, and respect. I provide attentive, high-quality care with a strong focus on comfort and safety. I have experience caring for pets of all sizes and truly enjoy spending quality time with them—whether that’s going on walks, visiting the park, or watching them run around happily. Every pet in my care is treated with patience, respect, and genuine love, as if they were my own. I’m currently just stationed out here. Got some weekends off. But always willing to stop by after work if needed. But open schedule on the weekends I have provided care by stopping by and letting the fur animals out and feeding them and have stayed with the animals for a few hours at times.

“Dino was wonderful with our dogs and communication with us. Having never had anyone stay overnight with our dogs, Dino helped put our mind at ease, updating us multiple times through the day with pictures and videos Our dogs had a blast and were very well taken care of. Dino was very polite, punctual and our dogs have a new friend. We will definitely look for Dino for any future visits!”

About: Hello! My name is CeCe and I would love the opportunity to care for your pet as if they are my own. I understand how important it is to trust and feel comfortable with the person you are entrusting your pet to. When my schedule was hectic, I too used Rover and really valued a great walker/pet sitter. I was the happy dog mom of my 115lbs Great Dane named Ava who was my baby. She crossed the rainbow bridge over a year ago now, and I now find myself lonely without my girl but unable to replace her. Rover has become a refuge for my heart, caring for others pets with the same love and compassion I had for mine, is truly my passion. I will treat your pet just the same as I did my Ava. I feel comfortable walking and handling large breed dogs, and have a lot of experience with dogs who have special needs, specific diets and all together just need extra care and attention. We will have walks, tons of play time and I will feed them as well as administer medicine if needed. I would be happy to come to your home for walks, check-in visits and to pet-sit for the day, I also have some availability for pet sitting in my own home . I have open availability as I am home for the entire summer and fall. We have our own house on a large plot of land with lots of space! I’m currently available 7days a week, from early morning walks/check ins, to late evenings. I’m available at all hours so your furry friend will never be left alone without someone to check on them. When it comes to caring for your pet in your personal space I have a “leave no trace” policy. Your home is an important space that should be treated with respect and with me as your Rover sitter it will always be exactly as you left it, plus one happy dog, of course.

About: From young age I've been responsible for many types of animals. I have experience with dogs and puppies, cats and kittens, cows and calfs, horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, iguana, fish, frogs, turtles, salamanders, etc. I currently have one medium dog who lost his litter mate in December 2023. I'm a stay at home dog Mom. We both have lots of energy for walks and hikes. I live on a 1 mile dirt, seasonal, dead end road with lake frontage and massive yard for playing hide and seek in the trees and hunting squirrels. My dog is dog friendly, loves playmates. (No jealousy). In your home care would be provided to your pets as we would discuss with a meet & greet.
About: I have worked in the animal care industry since I was 14 years old. I grew up with my mother whom bred and showed various different breeds of dogs as well as we kept a small mixed livestock farm. I have worked as an equine manager, I have worked at TSC, and currently am employed at a veterinary clinic where I was originally working with boarders. My skills include basic training, basic grooming, administering preventatives and medication (including insulin), providing effective and safe restraint, and I have taken multiple educational courses on animal welfare, behavior, and stress-free approach to handling. I work full time, but only mid day so I am more than capable of doing morning and afternoon visits as well as mid day on the weekends. I take care of animals the same way I would want to be cared for: with patience, kindness and love but above all safely. Working at a veterinary clinic I have learned a great amount about safe animal care (including with reactive animals).
About: I have a 13 year old shitzu yorkie who has been with me since I was 9 and I trained him myself. I have a roomy place with lots of places for individual areas. I currently am taking a break from work and have plenty of time to care for your furry friend as needed! Full time availability and plants of room in my schedule for any hour care. I have a dog who can keep your furry friend company but have enough room to separate them if your dog or cat likes their own space!
