About: Growing up, my dad was allergic to anything with fur. Therefore, I had lizards, fish, birds and every stuffed animal under the sun. I always jumped at the opportunity to spend time with neighbor pets and would beg to give the dogs a bath (my neighbors loved me lol). At the age of 10 I got my first horse (who I still have, 16 years later) and at the age of 14 I got my first dog. He was a Catahoula named Kyser, and he was anything but easy! I lived out of state for 2 years, and during that time I worked at a veterinary clinic and did pet sitting for clients. I miss it! I work M-F 8am-4pm, so I am only available weekends for boarding (potential for weekdays depending on the dog/situation). I am available after work for drop ins or walks! I have a fenced yard with a large male dog named Ozzy. He loves little dogs and female large dogs. He is a bit standoffish with other large males so I am unable to watch them. I would rather play it safe. I would NEVER leave the dogs together unattended. Ozzy is crate trained and has his own room so stepping out of the house would not be an issue.

“Jennifer was great with our pup!! She has an amazing and huge backyard where the dogs could race around. She was very attentive to our concerns and great with our dog. We are leaving on trip and will be boarding her with Jennifer for a week and trust that she is in good hands.”

About: I’ve taken care of many types of dogs and cats from pugs, to raising my 4 year old English cream golden retriever from 2 months to now, to a Bernese mountain dog! Friends and family rely on me to take care of their pets when I am away and I’m all for it! Let me know how I can best serve you and your furry family members! I’m currently attending Yale’s PA program. Most days vary depending on the schedule but I am available for potty breaks. During the evening I will be home and available. Weekends I love to spend outside and would be more than happy to take your pet along! Message me with questions! I have quite a bit of skill with a range of dogs and have learned quite a bit with my golden from puppy age to now (who is rambunctious as you can imagine!) I care for other peoples pets as I would my own.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life growing up. I have done everything from dog boarding, feeding, bathroom breaks and walks. I truly enjoy taking care of animals! I’m currently a stay at home mom with tons of available time! I’m available any weekday or weekend. Morning, afternoons and evenings! I have a 7 year old daughter who also loves animals and is very aware of their space. I live on 2-1/3 acres tucked away on a small private road. My Property does not have a fence however anytime the dogs are out I am supervising. I have a very large outdoor kennel as well. It’s an absolute dream for dogs who love to run around and play! I have an 8 year old mini Australian Shepherd who is full of energy so he can play all day with the super energetics dogs. Or they can have separate space if need be as well. I also have an entire living room dedicated to dogs where there are gates to keep them in. Comfy Chairs, couch and dog beds for them to lay on. For boarding We have dog crates that we can put in the living room or in a separate room if need be.

“Having Jiahna care for Gideon has been a real pleasure. She was very helpful and flexible as we did a meet and greet and evaluated if Gideon would be a good fit. She took time to ask really good questions about Gideon and learn all she could so it's the better care for Gideon. From the get-go, Gideon loved being at her house and sharing time with her puppy. It was a good fit. I always knew that Jiahna had Gideon's best in mind, and I always got good reports at the end of the day. So very glad that I got to meet and have Gideon stay with Jiahna. I highly recommend her as a safe and professional Rover person for your canine needs. Gideon will miss her for sure and I have really appreciated the care and great connection that she showed in caring for Gideon. 💜🐕”
