“Caroline kept Koda for a week and sent pictures and videos at least once a day. Koda takes a little while to adjust to a new environment, which means he didn’t eat at first. Caroline went to the store and bought him chicken to add to his food, which got him eating. Not only did Koda have a fenced in yard to run around, but they also went on walks. Bruce is extremely organized and professional. From the moment we booked to the moment we picked up our dog (Bernard), my husband and I were extremely confident with Bruce. He only takes on a certain number of dogs to provide the best service possible. When my husband dropped off Bernard, Bruce kept all Bernard's supplies together and wrote down all his belongings on Bernard's information form. Bernard has some behavior issues like leash aggression and marking his territory, and Bruce was clearly experienced and very professional at dealing with those issues (just call him the "dog whisperer"). He introduced Bernard in a safe way to the other dogs in his care, and all the dogs had a fabulous time playing! When my husband picked up Bernard, all of his belongings were packed up and Bruce was waiting outside with Bernard on a leash. Couldn't be happier with how well cared for our dog was! “Tia is truly amazing! Our normal sitter wasn’t available, so we ended up meeting with Tia and knew she’d be perfect for our fur babies. She sent so many updates throughout their stay with her, so we knew they were doing well. Lenis and her son, Jose, took really good care of both of my dogs. One of them is a rescue who is very shy and they were very understanding, giving her the space she needed to be comfortable. Their dog Oliver is also very sweet and played very well with my miniature poodle. House is very clean and has a nice yard for the dogs. Will definitely book again!!
Pricilla is just the best. I’m big on punctuality but I had an emergency and was late for my original drop time and she was so patient with me. Which I appreciated so much. As soon as I drop my baby off and we drove off I received a picture from her I was surprised. But it was reassuring to see that she was already settling in. Each day I received pictures and videos update to seeing my baby playing with other friends and having fun. It was never delayed when I ask about how she is doing. I would get a response from her with seconds. After day one away from her I was more missing her than worrying about if she was okay. Priscilla took extremely good care of my baby and I was elated with her professionalism and making my heart settle just to see her giving me update when and when I don’t ask for it. We have Boarded with Lisett many times because she gives Juniper the best of love! She treats her just as her own dogs to the point where Juniper seems excited when she gets to stay at her house! Juniper is a toy destroyer and even tho I try to prepare Lisette the best I can but she also provides some for her too. She keeps Junipers schedule and takes her on fun activities!!!
Alex & Natalya were fantastic! This was my first time taking a trip away from Remy and they eased every fear and worry I had about leaving. From our first meet, Tisha showed a caring demeanor towards our dog Leo. We had a great experience with her! She was reliable, caring and seemed to treat Leo like her own.
