Hello to whom it may concern… My name is Matthew Arnold. I have known Ian since 2022. In that time I have noticed Ian’s compassion towards animals. He has been entrusted with caring for my cat during that period from time to time and without any reservations by me. To me that says quite a lot about Ian the person as well as Ian the potential employee for your organization. I don’t trust my cat to just anyone and I knew that Toby was safe and well cared for. Beyond feeding Toby, Ian would make the extra effort to brush and play with Toby. Most people think putting that kind of effort into a cat is unnecessary. Schedule
Full time stay at home avalible from 6am to 10pm dog park trips each morning are generally between 8-10am. Depending on weather I like to get the dogs well exercised early in the day so we are inside between 10am and 2pm to avoid the heat of the day Plenty of time for training, outback play, and socializing or pack walks If I have other out of the house apointments I keep my area of care to a 15/20 miles radius to do stop in care or walks so your dogs wont ever be alone for longer than a couple of hours tops

I have a 8ft fenced in back yard multiple crates if needed as well as a 4 foot fenced partitioned side yard to seperate large and small dogs if needed. I own one female standard poodle excellently behaved so your dog will get socialized unless requested otherwise. Multiple food/water bowls are inside and outside. Bathing is optional but if your dog is a digger and gets particularly dirty i will to do a simple rinse and dry for free. We can arrange for full shaving/sanitary trims after shampooing, or de-shedding shampoo and brushing for double coats like huskies

A typical day
I have all the toys, treats, training exercises, extra collars leashes and harnesses multiple food and water bowls and crates in multiple sizes. At the very least my dog will always be home for socializing and a play mate but I do handle up to 10 dogs a day max so the number will very based on booking and availability. The house is dog friendly so all couches dog beds and floor pillows are around for their comfort. There is a dog park and state park less than 2 miles from home, as well as complete neighborhood sidewalk loop ,my back yard is 8ft fenced in so anything they need to keep them mentally and physically stimulated is avalible. Puppies can get reinforcement with crate training, adult dogs can get solo leash walking training if they are pullers with or without a training collar, the 5 basic ques with hand signs are drilled each day. well behaved and socialized dogs can go on outings to the state park or dog park in the area to explore the trails or swim with your approval. Its also know by all the dogs at the apopka dogpark that I give the bestest dog pets around and speak fluent dog and am very attentive to body language and ques to manage multiple dogs at once.
