“Anahis took great care of my furbaby. I had to leave town on an emergency and she was quick to respond and meet with me prior. She provided picture updates and was attentive to bring up any concerns to me. She was also kind enough to feed my desert tortoises. I would book check-ins with her again!”

About: I have had a passion for caring for animals since I was a child! I have volunteered at a veterinarian’s office and a wetland animal rehabilitation center, and was in an animal protection club in college. I love animals, and treat them as my own family. I am currently a college student, so I will have a set schedule always! I will be free most weekends, and some week days depending on classes. I will be free most nights, and am willing to work on homework while watching your fur-babies. I have one cat in my home, and I keep her safe by keeping dangerous items out of reach, and keeping her environment safe. I am aware that animals can get into things they shouldn’t, but it is all about the environment you put them in. I will keep a close watch on what your animal is doing, and what environment they are in.
About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up with both dogs and cats has given me experience caring for pets of all sizes, from small breeds to large German Shepherds. I’ve also helped raise puppies, so I’m familiar with the extra patience, attention, and consistency they need. I have experience giving oral medications when needed and don’t mind cleaning up accidents or messes that can happen with pets. I believe every animal has its own personality, so I like to match their energy and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. That means going for a walk, playing fetch, or simply relaxing together, I treat every pet like they’re part of my own family. I understand how important pets are to their owners, so I’ll always follow your pet’s routine, respect any special instructions, and provide updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. As a part-time worker and student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide dependable care for your pets. My availability is even more open during summer and winter breaks, making me a great option if you’re traveling. Feel free to message me with your dates, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your schedule. As a pet owner myself, I know every pet has unique needs and routines. I believe an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, so I always double-check gates, leashes, doors, and windows to keep pets safe. I’ll follow your care instructions, respect your home, and keep you updated with photos and messages while you’re away.
About: I have pets of my own, more specifically I've had the same chihuahua for 13 years who I bathe, clean, feed, and overall take care of. I try to take her and my other dog on runs in the morning if I'm able to and try my best to keep them physically active. I also feed and take care of multiple stray cats that I come across simply because I want to be, sometimes, the one person that cares for animals who don't have homes. I have a part time job where I mainly work only 25 hours a week so I have more than enough time to take care of your animals! My job is very close to home so there would be no hassle for me to be on time. I have two dogs, a senior 13 year old chihuahua who can still be very playful, but likes to chill more than anything, and a playful 1 year old maltese who can befriend ANY animal! My 1 year old cat can be shy, but not intimidating whatsoever to any animal he meets. I have more than enough space outside and inside depending on if your pet would rather want to chill inside or outside!

I’ve welcomed many animals into my life and even helped find safe, happy homes for those in need. “I provide reliable, loving care with daily photo updates and flexible scheduling. I’m active, patient, and experienced with energetic and senior dogs. Your dog will get safe walks, playtime, and lots of attention. I have plenty of time, patience, and love to give to your fur baby and the attention they deserve and need having a flexible job means I have more than enough time to make time I can care for your pet exactly how you prefer. As someone who had a pet , I understand how stressful it can be to trust someone with your baby — I’m very cautious and protective with my own pets, so yours will be treated the same way.

I have a two story home and a friendly baby who loves other dogs especially puppies. I also live across from a huge park that has a very nice dog park and many of my own fur babies friends.
About: Making your pets comfortable and stable while your away is my priority. My attention revolves around them even if its for 1 hour or 10. My weekends are open to any pet sitting available. Along with my own dogs at home we have a set schedule we stick to everyday. With taking care of pets at home I'm always observant of everything around me. What this mean is looking out for sharp or off putting objects on the ground that can be hazardous to your pet. Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Florence-Graham
I was a first time Rover-user and Alejandra was communicative and made the whole process very easy. She did a drop-in visit for our senior cat, which included administering an oral pill. We really appreciated her patience and attention to not only our cat but to our apartment space as well. We would definitely work with her again.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
