About: Hi there! I'm an experienced and loving caretaker for dogs, cats, and all kinds of pets: including chickens, horses, and even the occasional bunny! I live in a dog-friendly neighborhood perfect for long walks or runs, and your pet will have plenty of love from my partner and animal-loving friends while you're away. Whether your pet needs cuddles, structure, medicine, exercise, or just good company, I’ve got it covered. A couple of notes: I’m not able to accept bookings in homes that use synthetic air fresheners or otherwise strong/harsh scents (unless it can be unplugged or not used beforehand) as it disrupts my ability to be comfortable! I generally prefer stays longer than a single night but will consider one offs especially for repeat clients! Thank you for understanding. NOTE: I am still taking bookings in Asheville, NC - I will travel to you! I am currently living with my partner in Charlottesville VA I happen to work remotely from my computer with a schedule I determine myself. So I am very flexible and able to give lots of attention. I know it can be nerve wracking for your pets and I always meet your pet where they are. I understand that all pets are different with varying emotional and physical needs. I am very empathetic, understanding, and attentive when it comes to adjusting my care per animal. I am active person and love to take dogs on walks but if that’s not their jam, I am happy to curl up with a book on the couch with them.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
