“Nicole did a couple drop in visits for my 2 dogs and took great care of them! She asked great questions at the meet & greet, excellently communicated her visits, and is just an all around pleasant and trustworthy person. My pups loved her. I would definitely use her again in the future!”

“Amber was very professional and communicative. I really appreciated her daily updates about my cat. Additionally, Amber was extremely personable. I highly recommend.”

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and have always had a love for caring for animals. I currently have two dogs and a cat, so I have daily experience with pets of different personalities, needs, and energy levels. I’ve also cared for sick cats in the past, giving me experience with providing extra attention, monitoring their well-being, and following specific care needs. I understand how important it is to treat every pet with patience, care, and attention, and I’ll treat your pets like they’re my own. I work from home and deal with multiple pets every day. I can easily make time during a lunch hour, after work or even if you need a stay I can try to work it into my schedule. As a pet parent myself I understand the need for wanting to get your babies to the bathroom and have someone to be with them if youre gone for more than you want to be so I can always try to work something into the schedule to take care of them. I play with my dogs outside and take them for multiple walks daily. One of them loves to play fetch nonstop and the other loves to be chased so we cater to each of their playtimes individually. My older dog is adopted and I have been working diligently with him as he attention barked nonstop when we first got him and now he rarely does. I understand the individuality of pets and how each pet has different needs and desires. My cat is a big cuddler as well so I'm always hanging around her when its food time and cuddling her whenever I get the chance so she never feels left out

As a full-time educator, I know how important consistency, safety, and connection are—yes, even for our four-legged friends! I bring that same gentle, attentive energy to every visit and walk. ✅ Available for drop-in visits, dog walks and companionship ✅ Experienced with different sizes and temperaments ✅ Patient, playful, and calm energy ✅ Happy to support feeding, litter cleanup, and routines ✅ Updates and photos every visit for your peace of mind Let’s chat—I’d love to meet your furry family member! As a BCBA working in the school system, I am currently off for the summer, so my availability is wide open. In the fall I will work regular school hours 7:30-2:30pm 4 days/ week. During the week I am available for afternoon and early evening visits. On the weekends my availability is open! I build in dedicated time for each visit to ensure I’m never rushed, and every pet gets my full attention. I care for pets in their own home with the same respect and attentiveness I would offer in my own. I follow all provided instructions closely—whether that includes feeding schedules, medication, preferred walking routes, or favorite toys—and I always take time to observe how each pet is feeling that day and send updates and pictures. During drop-in visits, I offer gentle, calm energy and prioritize connection so your pet feels safe and seen. I’ll make sure they’re fed, comfortable, and get affection or playtime based on their needs and personality. On walks, I stay alert and keep pets secure while still giving them time to sniff, explore, and enjoy the moment. I will always leave your home just as I found it—or even a little better. My goal is for both pets and owners to feel completely at ease while we’re on our routine together
“Sabrina was scheduled to do drop-in visits beginning Friday evening through Sunday morning, every 12 hours. Thor requires medication for his severe heart murmur and prolapsed valve - his medication helps to keep him happy and healthy. Sabrina arrived promptly at 6:00 pm, medicated Thor, fed Matilda and Winston (Ralphie was a no-show all weekend), but the others were fed, pet, and their litter boxes cleaned. Clearly, some fun was also had with the many toy options. The cats were well-maintained, safe, and happy - this is what matters to us! Thank you Sabrina for taking such time and care with our babies - and especially for sharing their pictures.”

About: I’ve always had dogs in my life since I was a baby, mostly large dogs so I know how to handle them and care for them. I’m able to administer medication if necessary, and I’m patient and attentive, so I can make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable and loved while you’re away. I understand each pet has their own personality and routine, so I always follow owners instructions carefully to minimize stress and keep things consistent. I currently work full time as a bartender, so my mornings and early afternoons are totally open for any care. Nights are a little harder as I get out pretty late. I have 3 cats of my own, I have to administer medication to one of them twice a day, and monitor his litter box use as he has chronic urinary blockages. I am able to feed, clean litter, walk and play with clients pets.
“Kayla took care of our cat CeCe while we were away. She followed all instructions and was able to send us a picture of our shy cat. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter!”

“We have difficult dogs and Becca was amazing! I loved that she updated us with pictures and messages from each visit so we knew how everything was going while we were away. Thanks Becca!”

About: I have been a dog owner (small. medium, large, house and sporting breeds) for 55 years and cat owner for 10 years. It is my passion to now take care of others pet needs. I am now retired and have plenty of time to help other manage the love of their pets when they are not available to do so. I cannot take care of pets in my home at this time. I rent and have 3 pets, significant other, a daughter and a grandson in the house.
“Katie is awesome and our dogs love her and even our stubborn boy is starting to warm up to her! Thanks so much for taking care of our pups on our special day!!”

“Cara took care of our little guy Duncan with plenty of attention and making sure he was comfortable. She was EXCELLENT in communicating with us. We are delighted to have found her to be our pet sitter!”

“Meghan did a fantastic job with my two dogs. She followed my instructions for snacks and dinner, arrived on time and shared great photos. My girls really seemed to enjoy their time with Meghan! Would absolutely have her drop by again!”

About: I am athletic and have always grown up around animals. I work at a pet boarding/daycare facility that allows me to get additional experience. With that being said, I have handled several breeds including different diets. I have handled Yorkies to Mastiffs and love them all! Puppies are the show stoppers but tend to lose control at times so I am willing to work on standard obedience commands as well. I’d be more than happy to play according to the dogs ability and health. I understand how important it is that animals receive their medications and meals at a timely manner. I am available most of the week besides my few shifts at my job. I am excited to get to know your furry friends!
“I highly recommend Lila. She did an amazing job with my three cats. She is very diligent and honest. Gustav needs a pill and she was able to give him that. Betty is very timid but she went to Lila. Lila kept me updated with texts and photos everyday. She went above and beyond. I look forward to having Lila take care of my fur babies whenever I travel!”

About: I’ve cared for all sorts of pets ever since I was young. Dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, farm animals..pets are family and should be cared for as such! I love being around furry friends and have experience caring for all ages. I am comfortable administering medication with dogs and cats. I currently have an open schedule as I am transitioning in careers. I do prefer a little notice so I can make sure I’m fully available. Pets are part of the family and are treated as such. I would get details on each pet to ensure I’m caring for them the way they normally are.

About: I'll care for your pet like it's my own, and will provide ample ear scritches and snuggles as needed while they miss you during your time away. Our dogs share the couch and family spaces with us, but are crate trained as well. We go for walks daily and have playtime in the yard every 2-3 hours during the day if the weather is appropriate. We have two dogs, and an elderly cat that keeps to himself. Our yard is about an acre on a quiet dead end road and we have an electric fence for our pups, but can of course use leashes and leads as well!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
