About: If I spot a cat, chances are I'm heading over to say hello! Cats have always held a special place in my heart, and I absolutely adore spending time with them. I've been caring for cats for many years, including my own as well as the cats of friends, family members, and coworkers. Whether they're playful, chatty, shy, or happiest curled up in a sunny spot, I love getting to know them and making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I'm also a proud cat parent to a sweet kitty with asthma, so I understand how important it is to pay attention to a cat's individual needs and provide extra care when needed. Caring for him has taught me patience, attentiveness, and just how much trust our feline friends place in us. From playtime and treats to quiet cuddles and companionship, I'll care for your cat as if they were my own. My goal is to make sure they feel happy, loved, and well cared for while you're away! I would be sure to send you plenty of updates so you can relax knowing your furry friend is in good hands. 🐾💕

Lila kept me updated with texts and photos everyday. She went above and beyond. I look forward to having Lila take care of my fur babies whenever I travel!”

“Our 6 month old kittens Elsa and Jack were well cared for. Sabrina loves animals and it shows. Her space was great and our kittens had their own suite with a huge glass floor to ceiling window. About: Hi, my name ius April. Cats didn't come into my life fully until I was an adult, I had a severe allergy to dander when I was younger which I wonderfullyand fully outgrown! I have cared for and shared homes with cats of all ages, even one with a neurological disorder, her nickname is shaky kitty.😻 I adore playing with or just quietly petting them depending on their personality or mood. I even once taught my daughters cat to play fetch, she loved the exercise of running up and down the staircase. I am always very sure to clean their litter boxes as my (older and now wiser) daughter used to neglect it sometimes. Phew! that smell. I also recently completed a Red Cross certification in Cat and Dog fist Aid which enhances my ability to provide safe and responsible care for your pets. If your looking for a reliable and diligent caretaker who will treat your beloved pets like best friends, I would love to connect.
“Cara took care of our little guy Duncan with plenty of attention and making sure he was comfortable. She was EXCELLENT in communicating with us. We are delighted to have found her to be our pet sitter!”

“Becca was fantastic! We had a weekend getaway planned and our regular house sitter got sick. Becca was great - if I could give her more stars I would! I will be adding her in to our regular rotation!”
“Again, Katie did a fabulous job with my fur babies. My very skittish boy made an appearance 2 consecutive days without running by like the flash. Thanks again Katie. Looking forward to the next time.”

“Jessica is amazing- she truly loves animals and has a lot of experience handling them! I needed help giving my kitty an injection over the weekend- Her expertise and professionalism made it quick and low-stress for him. He's a squirmy, anxiety filled mess but Jessica knew exactly how to help him! She answered all of my questions quickly and has great communication. She's a warm and friendly person and helped us feel at ease. I give her my highest recommendation for all of your pet care needs!”

“Zulma was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to allow Russell to get acquainted with his surroundings and safely meet her dog, Luna, who was a great teacher and playmate for him. We were so impressed by her understanding of dog behavior and especially her insight into Russell’s behavior and skin condition. We feel very comfortable and confident leaving Russell in her care, and we would highly recommend her!”

About: Hello! I’ve been professionally caring for animals since I was 12 years old and got my first dog sitting gig. Over the years, my family has had every kind of pet: horses, sheep, dogs, cats, birds, iguanas even! I find great joy in showing the animals I work with lots of love and guidance. I’ve trained my own and others' horses, dogs and cats over the years and it’s just the most rewarding experience. I work part time and mostly from home which allows me to be available all day to care for pets. I’m a big fan of a consistent routine with animals rotating stimulation (exercise, play, training or enrichment) meals, rest and balancing the three. I care for pets on my property which is almost entirely fenced in. I have professional kennels in a mixed use building with a residential portion attached. So I have the luxury of providing secure and roomy kennels with the addition of our cozy home area. I can take most types of pets and I’m especially suited to care for animals that do not do well in large boarding facilities, don’t do well with other pets or just want a more personalized, quiet boarding experience. I don’t believe it is always necessary to socialize dogs with dogs and right now that’s not something I do (unless they are boarding from the same owners). I focus on routine, a bit of training and connection with humans! I have a fenced in run where dogs can be off leash for playing, enrichment etc. I designed our kennels myself and had them custom built. Each stall is separated by concrete walls to provide a private and safe space. I chose mental fencing for the top of the partition and the door. I chose this instead of the plastic, glass or solid door options because it provides optimal airflow and allows them to see out. I also have private suites separate from that area.
“I left my dog Pretzel with Sabrina overnight, and she was absolutely wonderful with her. My puppy, Hunter, also joined for doggy daycare and had a great time. He absolutely loves her, and she even shared some really helpful training advice for him. I definitely recommend Sabrina—she’s knowledgeable, caring, and truly great with dogs. I’ll absolutely be using her services again in the future!”

About: I'll care for your pet like it's my own, and will provide ample ear scritches and snuggles as needed while they miss you during your time away. Our dogs share the couch and family spaces with us, but are crate trained as well. We go for walks daily and have playtime in the yard every 2-3 hours during the day if the weather is appropriate. We have two dogs, and an elderly cat that keeps to himself. Our yard is about an acre on a quiet dead end road and we have an electric fence for our pups, but can of course use leashes and leads as well!
About: My children and I absolutely love dogs, especially my 8 year old son. I work in the school system so we have the whole summer off to enjoy taking care of your pets! I live seconds from a walking trail so your pup can get plenty of exercise, love, and snuggles! I am available all summer long while school is out. July 1 through the end of August. “Keri and Amy did a wonderful job watching Phineas. They sent us some wonderful pictures of him enjoying his time with them. We would definitely recommend them and we will hope to use them again in the future.”

“Paola and her husband are so great! They communicated throughout the day, and sent pictures of two very happy dogs spending time in their home. I’m glad we found them. Max and Mylo will be back soon!”

About: I’ve volunteered at Dakin so my expertise is felines. I have rehabilitated, fostered, trained, and socialized any type of cat or kitten. Believe me, they’re just like dogs. My partner and I are both on-call medical professionals so one of us is always home during the week days. I’m at home during the weekends studying for school. Our time is very flexible! It’s best to keep pets separated until a day or two if they come into my home and then there’s a meet and greet. Otherwise, a meet and greet is essentially a day before before entering into their domain.
About: I have lifelong experience caring for a wide variety of animals, including rodents, farm animals, dogs, and cats. I’ve lived in a dog-filled home for over 10 years and have extensive experience with bully breeds. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and temperaments and provide patient, loving, and reliable care for every pet as if they were my own. Book now for a peace of mind and wagging tails ! Feel free to message and reach out by phone Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine because animals are already a big part of my everyday life. I’m home throughout the day, which allows me to provide consistent supervision, regular potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of one-on-one attention. Walks, feedings, and cuddle time are built into my schedule, not rushed or squeezed in. I enjoy keeping pets on their normal routines so they feel comfortable, relaxed, and right at home while in my care. Fenced in yard on 3 acres of open land. I spend a lot of time outside with my dogs. I can make sure your pets are in a loving caring and attentive environment
“Our first day with Melissa went very well. We wanted a sitter who had a small young dog to socialize with our Louie, and her Casper was a great playmate. We'll do it again! Thank you!”

About: I’ve cared for dogs most of my life and truly treat them like family. I grew up in a home with four dogs, so I’m very comfortable with different personalities, sizes, and energy levels. I also adopted and lovingly cared for a difficult senior dachshund for years, which gave me valuable experience with patience, senior dog needs, routines, and extra attentiveness. Today I have a large Bernedoodle, so I’m confident handling bigger dogs as well as energetic pups who need exercise and structure. I’m active and love taking dogs on walks, runs, and outdoor time when appropriate, while also making sure they get plenty of affection, snuggles, and supervision. What sets me apart is that I’m dependable, attentive, and genuinely love dogs. I understand every dog is different, and I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I work remotely from home, which gives me a very flexible schedule and allows me to be present throughout the day for the pets in my care. Because I’m home most of the time, dogs get plenty of attention, regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, and companionship instead of being left alone for long stretches. My flexible routine also makes it easy for me to stick to your pet’s normal schedule for feeding, medications, exercise, and any special needs. I’m able to provide attentive, consistent care and make sure your pet feels comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. Safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I provide a calm, loving home environment where pets can feel relaxed and cared for. I have a friendly, social dog who enjoys having visitors and does well with other dogs, while always making sure introductions are done thoughtfully and safely. I have a yard for outdoor time, and while it is not fenced, I use a secure runner/tie-out system and close supervision so dogs can safely enjoy fresh air, potty breaks, and time outside. I also keep dogs leashed on walks and anytime they are outdoors for added safety. If your dog is crate-trained or more comfortable with their own space, I’m happy to accommodate crating and follow your normal home routine. I always aim to keep pets on their regular schedule for feeding, exercise, rest, and any medications or special instructions. I treat every pet like my own—with patience, attentiveness, and lots of love.
About: I have had pets in my life since I was a baby. We have enjoyed a lab, standard poodle and currently a mini cocker spaniel poodle mix. I love getting outside and being active with pets. I am at home with my daughter most of the time and I enjoy doing side hustles like selling vintage clothing online and seeking out antiques. We get outside with our dog, Carl often and would love to get a chance to offer outside time and love to other pets on Rover too! I always approach pets slowly with care and love. They feel our energy big time and have so much to share with us when we give them the chance.
“Elizabeth was amazing with our two dogs. They were well cared for and loved all day long. She sent photos of them playing and having fun throughout the day as well. We will definitely be using her again and are so glad to have found someone we trust with our babies!”

About: I have taken care of cats, dogs, and horses for as long as I remember. I also volunteered at an animal shelter for a few years. I'm working full time from Wednesday to Saturday 1 pm to 11:30 pm. But I'm available Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. If it's just to walk your pet or drop in, I can come over before work. I can house sit starting Sunday, but can't stay until I have to go to work Wednesday. I absolutely love pets and will treat them like my own. I can't board or take them to my house. I'll keep them safe while in my care. I have always been an animal lover since I can remember. So their safe in my hands when I'm walking them, coming for a drop in, or house sitting. Due to my work schedule, I am available Wednesday through Thursday for walking, drop ins, and house/dog sitting. I can either spend part of my day or my whole day with your pet. I try to fit in as much time with my animals as I can. Taking my dog for a walk, groom my familys horses, and even cuddle with my cats. I can make some exceptions with house sitting and drop ins. HOUSE SITTING: I'll gladly accept! If i am in college as well, I'll bring my laptop to work on homework. DROP INS: I will come in before work to feed/walk them and I can come in after work for a check up. If your yard is fenced in, I will gladly sit outside with your pet. Maybe even take a book with me so your dog can stretch their legs, play for a little bit and get some fresh air for a while. I will treat your dogs and cats like their my own and give them as much care as I can along with play times.

About: I am very open in my schedule and absolutely love dogs. I have grown up with at least one dog in my home my whole life and now own my own black lab mix. To me, pets are family! I have been a nanny for many years and all of the families have also had dogs that I would take care of simultaneously. I also worked for a few families to care for their dogs in the past assisting with feedings, play time, and walks. I have some experience training using a clicker as I have trained my own dog and know of little tricks. Dogs brighten up my day and I love being around them whenever I can. I love all breeds and sizes of dogs as well as all other animals. I have been doing this full time for about a year and a half, and am excited to continue! I am always accepting new clients and am working on becoming a certified dog trainer. I am currently pet sitting full time, so my schedule is very open depending on my bookings. I have current dog walks mid-day Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri and those are my only repeat clients weekly. I offer caring for pets in my client’s homes and always make sure to ask about fenced in yards, typical behaviors of the dog, any behaviors I need to watch out for for instance if a dog resource guards or is aggressive with other dogs or people, allergies, and any other precautions I need to be aware of to safely, effectively, and empathetically to take care of the animal. I also only do walks on sidewalks or non busy roads when possible.

I am more than willing to adapt my schedule to meet your pet’s needs. I have long leads to take your pet on exploratory walks and for enjoying supervised outside time.
“It was too wet/rainy outside to walk Gidget, but I kept the appointment time anyway. I wanted to start once a week walks for Gidget to get used to seeing Katie around before house sitting for us. Hubby said that she took the time to get to know her and vice versa. Very pleased with Katie.”

“James and Mallory did a wonderful job making my dog and I feel comfortable. It was the first time I left her with anyone and they made sure that we did a meet and greet as they have two dogs of their own. She appeared very comfortable with them. They sent me pictures while I was away and that enabled me to relax and enjoy my vacation.”

Her home was spotless and provided such a clean, comfortable environment that immediately put me at ease. Chelsea’s attention to detail was incredible—she followed all of Dexter’s routines perfectly and made sure he felt right at home. What really stood out to me was her patience and genuine care. Dexter can be a little shy at first, but Chelsea took the time to help him feel comfortable and safe, which I truly appreciated. She kept me updated with pictures and messages, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. “Kristin was absolutely amazing! As a first-time pet owner, I was nervous about leaving my 6-month-old puppy for three weeks, just two months after adopting her. Kristin went above and beyond, providing not only shelter, food, and affection but also invaluable training. She ensured my dog got plenty of exercise and even introduced her to swimming! Kristin sent daily updates with pictures and videos, keeping me constantly informed. When I picked her up, Kristin gave me a detailed report on everything—from her food intake (with tips on avoiding digestive issues) to her training progress. She even provided advice on making frozen treats and other ways to support her health. As a new pet owner, I was incredibly grateful for this guidance. This wasn’t just pet-sitting; it felt like a boarding school for dogs! Kristin, along with Mark and sweet Kaia, created an incredible experience for my dog. I can’t recommend her enough—she is the most knowledgeable, caring, and well-rounded dog sitter you could ever ask for.”

He obviously has a nice way with dogs and sent photos and video of Wilbur at random times. Wilbur was well taken care of, walked dependably, and was happy with Gabrielle and co. I highly recommend Gabrielle and look forward to seeing him again!”

From the start, Layla was kind, understanding, and clearly experienced with pets. They kept me updated with messages and photos, so I always felt at ease knowing my dog was comfortable and safe. When I came home, my dog was relaxed, happy, and clearly well cared for which is exactly what we had hoped for. I would absolutely recommend Layla as a pet sitter to anyone, especially those with senior or special needs pets. They truly were wonderful!”
