“I requested services from Amy to walk my dog Penny while I was out of town. Although I was unable to meet her in person, Amy exceeded my expectations. I was a little apprehensive about someone else walking my dog because she is still a young lab in training, Amy understood my concerns and made me feel comfortable with her services. On the days Amy would take Penny out, she constantly sent me updates with photos and videos of Penny playing with other dogs. Penny was also very well behaved with Amy, which was my concern, and that she listened to Amy. When penny was dropped off at my parents house, my mom would tell me how exhausted Penny would come home after a day with Amy and how well behaved she was after the walks. I always recommend crates for any situation but in my own home I would crate all dogs and rotate based on how they all get along. Feeding in the crate or separate from other animals. Daily walks or hikes depending on the animal. Cats would get daily enrichment. If weather doesn’t permit or the animal isn’t able to get that day I’d offer mental enrichment such as lick mats, food puzzles, play, training, etc.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
