About: Hi, I'm Gretta! I have had pets in my home my entire life, dogs, cats, parrots, cows, sheep, and even a turkey or two. I have also worked as a licensed childcare provider in my house. I know little people are not the same as pets but caring for the needs of others (two or four-legged) is a part of who I am. I'm an empty nester and have recently lost my dog to old age. Instead of replacing my Lola, I would love the opportunity to care for your precious pup while you are away. “I requested services from Amy to walk my dog Penny while I was out of town. Although I was unable to meet her in person, Amy exceeded my expectations. I was a little apprehensive about someone else walking my dog because she is still a young lab in training, Amy understood my concerns and made me feel comfortable with her services. On the days Amy would take Penny out, she constantly sent me updates with photos and videos of Penny playing with other dogs. Penny was also very well behaved with Amy, which was my concern, and that she listened to Amy. When penny was dropped off at my parents house, my mom would tell me how exhausted Penny would come home after a day with Amy and how well behaved she was after the walks. Overall, I’m very happy that I picked Amy and would definitely consider asking her again for her services again. She’s awesome!”

About: I take care of many dogs and have had them at my house or stay at their owner’s house. Either way I am very comfortable with all sorts of animals. I have taken care of goats to bunnies, dogs in diapers and some in wheelchairs with love and expertise and compassion. I am currently not working and have lots of love and time for your fur babies. Dogs bring me a lot of joy. I also really love walking so I can exercise your dogs anytime. I have a fenced yard and lots of space for animals. I also have a corral if the dog needs to be locked us at night.

About: I grew up on a ranch with dogs, cats, horses, and cattle, and my boyfriend who I live with has had dogs his whole life. We love dogs of all size and ages and hope to adopt more in the future. Our schedules line up to where someone would be home with your pup 95% of the time! We offer daily walks and adventures if that’s what your pup needs as well, and lots of toys of course. We have a large fenced yard that your pup can play and run around in. We have a dog as well that they can play with outside or inside. We have crate that your pup can use if that’s what they need.

About: I am a former dog trainer at Dog Gone Amazing training and boarding in Reno Nv for the past 4 and half years. I moved to Eureka to have a new start and would love to continue to work with animals. I’ve worked with many different breeds and many different temperaments. I currently have two dogs of my own and a cat as well. I’ve grown up with all sorts of animals, such a horses, chickens, sled dogs and cats. I would love to continue working with new pets and their owners! I currently have 2 dogs and a cat. I’ve also worked as a kennel tech at a boarding/training facility and then moved on to become a trainer at that same facility. I always recommend crates for any situation but in my own home I would crate all dogs and rotate based on how they all get along. Feeding in the crate or separate from other animals. Daily walks or hikes depending on the animal. Cats would get daily enrichment. If weather doesn’t permit or the animal isn’t able to get that day I’d offer mental enrichment such as lick mats, food puzzles, play, training, etc.

About: I've always had a love for animals, especially dogs. I've had dogs around me since I was a child. I'm able to care for puppies, to older dogs. I’ll always treat your fur babies with compassion and the same amount of love I give to my 3 year old doberman/lab mix dog named Oakley. I am a current nursing student that works full time, but flexible on checking in on your fur babies and making time for some play time!
