“Marie is the most kindest person ever! She went above and beyond when watching my cat and dog. She watched them for 2 weeks in my home. She checked in daily, sent pictures and videos of both of them. Both of the animals love her. I will definitely continue to use her for any services I need”

“Salem was fantastic with my very particular animals & keeping their routine normal. She was incredibly easy to communicate with, she sent daily pictures & even took out our trash can & collected our mail. She is a rockstar & we are so glad we chose her!”

“RaeAnna was so great! It was extremely helpful that she was available last minute, and then took such great care of my pup. She was timely, responsive, and sent very sweet updates.”

About: With 20+ years of experience caring for dogs, cats, and even rabbits, I understand that pets are family. As a fellow pet parent, I provide reliable, consistent care — giving military and first responder families peace of mind. I live in Palmer and commute to Anchorage. I can provide after work care (Monday-Friday) lunch breaks and weekends of full care. I am willing to work with my schedule and yours, if other times are needed. I can transport, if hikes/parks are encouraged. If your fur babies are dog friendly, my pups would love to have playmates. If individualized attention is needed, I’m more than happy to provide that.
“Elizabeth went above and beyond for my dogs. Before I booked her to watch my three dogs she came over to the house to meet them. My dogs can be jumpy and needy and she handled them easily. I booked her for one week and I couldn’t have picked a better dog sitter. On my return home, My flight home got cancelled last minute and Elizabeth was so helpful and responsive. She went back to my house at like midnight to go stay with my dogs for an extra night. She made my flight cancellation so much less stressful knowing I could count on her.”

“She did such an awesome job with our dogs and house while my little family was away! Very quick to respond and sent regular updates! My dogs can be a handful to new people but she loved them like her own :) the house also looks just like we left it! 10/10 will be booking with Hailey again !”

“Jennifer took such wonderful care of my dog Lucy while I was away! She kept me updated throughout the stay and sent me so many beautiful pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear Lucy was happy, comfortable, and well loved the entire time. I really appreciated Jennifer’s communication, kindness, and attention to detail. I would absolutely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone caring and reliable to watch their pets!”

About: I’ve lived with pets my whole life, gaining years of hands-on experience with animals of all kinds. Volunteering at an animal shelter has allowed me to care for pets with a variety of needs, including special medical or behavioral requirements. I’m always ready for long adventures on trails with active pups or a quiet day at home with relaxed furry friends. My goal is to provide love, attention, and customized care to ensure your pet is happy, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. I’m currently an online college student and work full time, but I can make accommodations. My online classes give me a flexible schedule, and I’m happy to work with you to find the best time to care for your pet. I’m dedicated to ensuring every pet gets the attention and care they need, no matter the schedule. Safety is my top priority when caring for pets. On Alaska’s trails, I take extra precautions to ensure pets are secure, safe from wildlife, and prepared for the weather. At home, I create a clean, hazard-free environment and am vigilant about managing allergies or specific sensitivities. I’m trained to handle emergencies, including performing the Heimlich maneuver on both cats and dogs, and I maintain a strong focus on personal safety while caring for animals. My goal is to provide a safe, secure, and enjoyable experience for every pet in my care.
“Kira took fantastic care of my two dogs over Thanksgiving week. They absolutely loved her, and it was clear from their relaxed, happy behavior that she gave them lots of attention and affection. She also went above and beyond with my chickens. She noticed their heater wasn’t working, figured out how to build a functioning fixture from parts in the garage, and then continued to check it daily to make sure it was still working properly until we got back. I will definitely be asking Kira to watch my animals again. She’s competent, communicates clearly, and is truly compassionate with animals. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter. And here ADA dog is a sweetie too!”

“Kacy did a wonderful job of taking care of my kitty. Sadie is an elderly kitty who has lots of quirks but Kacy worked really hard at winning her over and was very conscientious to notice her habits to help reduce her anxiety. Kacy kept me informed every day and was open to suggestions about taking care of Sadie. She took care with my house just as if it were her own. I can't thank Kacy enough! .”
“Mary was a wonderful house sitter. We came home to happy pets and a clean house. She did a great job communicating throughout her stay and sent pictures and updates regularly. We will definitely book Mary again!”

“Robin was ann my amazing. She is very easy to work with and was flexible on exact leaving and returning times. She even took time to send pictures of our dogs. We definitely plan to use her again.”

“Jaelyn was a fantastic pet sitter and home sitter! She was very pleasant to work with and watched my pets at my home for several days. I was sent many photos of my pets and texted updates on their days. Both my fur babies seemed relaxed and totally comfortable in her care. Jaelyn administered medication for my senior cat. My dog enjoyed walks and play time each day. She also watered plants, brought in mail, and took out trash for us. This was my first time using Rover services and she made the experience very easy. We will definitely request future services from Jaelyn!”

About: ‼️I can only provide services in the Palmer/Wasilla area! My whole life my job at home was to care for the cats and dogs, and it was my favorite thing in the world. I'm currently a cleaner for Janco Cleaning Company, 3-4 hours per night, and I provide services on Rover on the side with my whole day until dinner time reserved for pets! I live in an apartment with 2 adorable kitties, I am only able to house small dogs and cats in my apartment, as much as I love big dogs I have to control myself!

“Tunde is such a wonderful person and so loving towards our dogs. Our 5 year and 4 month old dogs both got plenty of attention and care. Tunde asked great questions and followed our care plans / training plans. We are so thankful we booked her, already reserving her for next month! Your animals are in great hands! 10/10”

“Melissa was amazing! We booked her fairly last minute for a weekend trip, but she responded fast and was cheerful and kind. Our animals seemed so much happier and relaxed when we got home compared to times we’ve taken them to a boarding facility. Will definitely book her again!!”

I especially love helping out with farm animals whenever I have the chance! I currently work part time so have plenty of time Wednesday through Sunday to care for your pets. Farm Loop pet parents share their Rover experiences
Robin is incredible! She took such good care of our dog while we were away. She took him for walks, played ball with him in the yard, and loved on him just like we do. She sent us photos so we could see what he was doing. What a peace of mind having Robin care for our fur baby. We will definitely hire her again!!

Madelyn is amazing! She took great care of our dogs, was super responsive, sent us pictures, and made it easy for us to fully relax while away on our trip. Our house and dogs all looked beautiful when we came home! We highly recommend Madelyn and are grateful she was able to sit for us.
