We incorporate long walks, hikes, and adventure-style pack walks to build confidence, improve behavior in new environments, and allow dogs to decompress in a healthy, fulfilling way. These outings aren’t just for exercise they’re intentional training opportunities that help dogs learn how to exist calmly and neutrally around new sights, smells, and distractions. I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of dogs, from police K9s and sport dogs to beloved family pets and rescue cases. At the end of the day, my focus is on building clear communication, confidence, and trust so both you and your dog feel supported every step of the way. For the past four years, I have immersed myself in working with dogs across various fields, from pet dogs to police K9s and protection dogs. This diverse experience has enriched my skills and deepened my passion for canine care and training. My part-time job provides me with the flexibility to dedicate ample time to these incredible animals, allowing me to focus on their training, well-being, and development. She also went above and beyond with my chickens. She noticed their heater wasn’t working, figured out how to build a functioning fixture from parts in the garage, and then continued to check it daily to make sure it was still working properly until we got back. “Erica cared for our little guy Milo who requires someone who has a lot of patience and understanding and at this particular time would be needing additional attention to post manage a recent recovery from where Milo was treated for severe back pain from compressed discs-which gave us reservation about leaving him for 2weeks… but upon meeting Erica and shortly after leaving AK -it was no time at all that we were 100% rest assured that Milo was in good and caring hands. Erica stayed in our home to care for Milo and was so very helpful and considerate. ( not to mention this was during the holidays) Erica was excellent in caring for Milo and was so very thoughtful in sending us photos and updates. She is responsible, caring, a great communicator and would highly recommend her. We would most definitely seek her care and assistance/ availability for future care. Can’t thank you enough Erica!!”

I’m a Nurse and work Monday through Friday from 7:30-4:00pm. More than happy to be to your home before work and after work as needed! Before meeting Yuna Sharika asked several questions about Yuna to make sure she knew everything she needed to know about her. This really reassured me and made me feel very comfortable leaving her with Sharika. She kept open communication with me the whole night so I didn’t ever feel worried about Yuna. I will definitely be rebooking Sharika in the future P.s. Sharika even walked Yuna in the morning while she waited for me to come back and I didn’t even ask her too.
