“Justin is completely awesome. I had an urgent trip to go on and he took me in right away and was very flexible with me on bringing my pups in. He watched them for 5 days and he made sure my pups were being good. He sent daily updates on and pictures. I would highly recommend Justin!”

“Kassandra did an amazing job taking care of my anxious dog. We got updates and appreciate the activity and attention given. My pup came back home happy, calm and relaxed. Wow!!!”

“Ashley took great care of our babies! I feel so lucky to have found a sitter that goes the extra mile, especially with our senior diabetic dog! Thanks Ashley!”

“Nari was happy and healthy with Paula. She kept me informed as he was adjusting to being with her. Nari comes to work with me every day and hangs out in the car when I'm at work. Paula did the same with him to keep it as normal for him as possible. Will definitely re-book with her in the future.”

“Jessica’s home was warm and inviting and extremely dog friendly. My 8 month old doesn’t have manners yet and is a bit rambunctious but Jessica was so patient with her. Sent me pics and videos of her days. If my dog Tilly could speak the day after I picked her up I just know she would have said I want to go over to my friends house! Thank you so much for loving her during my absence. You are my person I will always call you first! Thank you again!”

“Jamie is awesome with dogs. She is gentle and directive and my pup responded well to her. She also went out of her way to interact with my dog the way we do at home. She spoke to her in Spanish and kept up with practicing her usual tricks. And I was really impressed to hear that she ventured out to the river with her three dogs plus my little one who swam and played fetch. That is more than I could ask of any sitter. Thanks a million for your kindness towards animals including my very own!”

“Amanda had a great setup for our dog Minnie, we revieved updates everyday and Minnie had constant company from Amanda and her family. I have no complaints, Amanda had the perfect price for the care Minnie needed.”

About: ’m a dog lover at heart, with 10+ years of professional dog sitting and walking experience. We enjoy daily walks in beautiful Alaska nature, and my doggie guests truly get to have a “HAY DAY” here! 💕🗻☀️🐶😄 Our home is cozy, calm, and full of love — with comfy couches, plenty of doggie toys, and lots of gentle attention. My sweet doggie Buddy and the friendly Chihuahua in our household both enjoy the company of well-mannered, friendly furry guests who like to play, relax, or simply be part of the family during the day. 🐾 Our Guest Vibe (Important Please Read) Because we also have a Chihuahua here, and to keep everyone safe, relaxed, and happy, we now welcome: • Small to medium-sized dogs, or • Friendly, gentle “neighborhood dog” types (such as Labs, Retrievers, Poodles, mixes with similar temperaments) For everyone’s comfort, we are not a fit for dogs with: • Chasing instincts toward small dogs • Territorial, food-guarding, or toy-protective behaviors • High prey drive or rough play styles This helps us maintain a peaceful, loving, all-friends-together environment where every dog feels safe and cared for. 🏡 A True VIP Experience This is a kennel-free, home-away-from-home vacation or day-stay experience — not a high-volume boarding setup. I intentionally keep a small, compatible group so each dog receives calm attention, affection, and a family atmosphere. If your dog loves: ✨ Cozy home vibes ✨ Daily nature walks ✨ Friendly companions ✨ Gentle care and personal attention …then this may be their perfect little vacation retreat 💖🐾 I’m always happy to chat beforehand to make sure it’s a wonderful match for everyone — dogs and humans alike! I work from home, and take just a few doggies at a time (doggie sitting is my happy side gig) - so they get to have a home away from home experience that’s not overwhelming, but cozy, full of personal attention, love, and fun. Your fur baby will have exclusive personal company and care here: it’s a safe, good energy, and very dog friendly environment. See the main description 🐶💕
“They are some of the best dog sitters we’ve ever had! They are always very responsive and send lots of updates and pictures. Our flights have been delayed on 2 separate trips and they have been so understanding and helpful with keeping him a little longer. We always know our boy is safe and happy with them!”

“We are so happy to have found this family to take care of our fur babies! We received updates while we were gone and knew our boys were in good hands. I’m sure they really loved being around the 4 kids and in a home versus being in a kennel somewhere. Thank you!”

“Tanner was fantastic with our dog, Kubo. We were gone for almost two weeks, and Tanner sent regular updates and photos. He has a very large yard for dogs to play in, and he took Kubo on a fun hike. I definitely would have Tanner watch our Kubo again.”

“Jennifer was awesome with my spoiled boy. She didn’t hesitate to include him as part of her family and spent a great deal of time making sure everything was just as I asked. I’m probably a helicopter dog mom, but Jennifer was more than willing to comply with all my quirky boy’s lifestyle. Would def recommend if you have a kiddo requiring extra attention or if you need piece of mind while your baby is in her care.”

About: My name is Cameron, and I’m a dog trainer offering personalized training and boarding services designed around the unique needs of each dog. I take a thoughtful, intentional approach prioritizing structure, environment, and overall well-being so every dog in my care feels safe, understood, and set up to succeed. No two dogs are the same, which is why I tailor each stay to match their temperament, behavior, and needs whether that means building reliable obedience, working through behavioral challenges, or enjoying a balanced and structured day-to-day life. When dogs stay with me for boarding, they’re not just being watched they’re cared for with purpose. Each dog follows a structured daily routine that includes exercise, enrichment, rest, and play, all adjusted to their individual energy level and personality. I’m very intentional about creating a calm, controlled environment, whether a dog thrives in a social setting or needs more one-on-one time and space. A big part of my program includes getting dogs out into the real world in a safe and structured way. We incorporate long walks, hikes, and adventure-style pack walks to build confidence, improve behavior in new environments, and allow dogs to decompress in a healthy, fulfilling way. These outings aren’t just for exercise they’re intentional training opportunities that help dogs learn how to exist calmly and neutrally around new sights, smells, and distractions. I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of dogs, from police K9s and sport dogs to beloved family pets and rescue cases. That experience allows me to confidently adapt to different drives, temperaments, and challenges. At the end of the day, my focus is on building clear communication, confidence, and trust so both you and your dog feel supported every step of the way. For the past four years, I have immersed myself in working with dogs across various fields, from pet dogs to police K9s and protection dogs. This diverse experience has enriched my skills and deepened my passion for canine care and training. My part-time job provides me with the flexibility to dedicate ample time to these incredible animals, allowing me to focus on their training, well-being, and development. This journey has been immensely rewarding, fostering a profound connection with each dog and enhancing my expertise in handling and training them. Ensuring the safety and well-being of dogs in my care is my top priority. I implement strict safety protocols, including secure environments, proper nutrition, regular health check-ups, and personalized training programs tailored to each dog's needs. I vigilantly monitor their behavior to prevent any potential issues and provide a nurturing atmosphere that promotes their physical and emotional health. By fostering a routine that balances exercise, socialization, and rest, I create a harmonious environment where each dog can thrive safely and happily.
“Denice was so kind and takes her role as a pet sitter very seriously. She knows animals and once I saw her set up I knew animals are her passion in life. Not a single thing will be missed with Denice watching your furbaby!”

“Absolutely fantastic... constant communication... Bailey was obviously happy and completely comfortable... and sadly... probably didn't miss us because of how wonderful Jaymie was... HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER”

“Who loves Madelyn more?? The humans or our kitty?! Madelyn continues to go above and beyond when she takes care of Cookie. She cleans up our home when our kitty makes a mess and she was even down to take him on leashes walks, in addition to usual cat stuff. Even though we miss Cookie dearly when we’re gone, our hearts are happy knowing Madelyn gives him love! And we also love the detailed card comments💕”

“Kacy did a wonderful job of taking care of my kitty. Sadie is an elderly kitty who has lots of quirks but Kacy worked really hard at winning her over and was very conscientious to notice her habits to help reduce her anxiety. Kacy kept me informed every day and was open to suggestions about taking care of Sadie. She took care with my house just as if it were her own. I can't thank Kacy enough! .”
“Hailey did a great job. She always kept in contact with me each day and let me know that she could find the cats if I asked her. Let me know their food and water levels as well. Great job, thank you!”

“Mary Jo just sat for my kitties for the first time. She was great - left the house well cared for and both the kitties were calm and content. She was flexible enough to change my booking on short notice. My house isn't the easiest - being a dry cabin, but she did great. Thanks! I'd love to book her again if she is interested.”

“Heaven did great for a seven day house-sit! I had quite the menagerie at the time - fish, frogs, birds, cats, and came to all of them happy and healthy and the house just as tidy as when we left.”

“Salem was fantastic with my very particular animals & keeping their routine normal. She was incredibly easy to communicate with, she sent daily pictures & even took out our trash can & collected our mail. She is a rockstar & we are so glad we chose her!”

“Jennifer went above & beyond! She’s very sweet & bubbly, also professional & kind. She adapted to all my crazy-cat-lady antics & took care of my cat so well! She even cleaned up after a surprise bird massacre…”

About: I’m not a teen :) so I will show up without fail on time every time. I’m not the cheap option but I guarantee that there’ll be no surprises if you hire me. If you have multiple pets, please reach out to me, we can discuss a personalized rate. (Pet Sitting/night rate covers me being with your pet 17hours/day, usually from 5 pm to 10 am) I am around dogs and cats all my life, that’s my happy place and I love every aspect of it, even the not so glamorous parts like cleaning, listening to barking, or dealing with emergencies. I worked at a pet Resort for years here in Alaska working with all types of furry friends. I have a soft spot for seniors, I also have a lovely old lady in my home, a 12 year old German Shepherd, Molly. If I may suggest something to any pet owner in our valley: please don’t choose your sitter based on who’s the cheapest available option… taking care of your pets in your home is a big responsibility. Great joy as well of course but it must be done with 100% attention, care and love. I can promise that 100% because that’s the only setting in my book when it comes to animals. Please feel free to reach out to me if you need help, I would love to be there for you and for your pets. I raised three children, all grown-up now. I have the time now for your pets. Because of my love for animals, I look forward to helping you when you need it! Safety is THE most important aspect of taking care of a pet, so before I start working with one I always have multiple questions to the owner. Knowing your doggie, knowing the routine, the environment etc is a crucial factor in providing a safe and quality service.
“Katie has been our trusted cat sitter for some time now. She is great with our two cats and has gone above and beyond on visits, such as cleaning up after our cats have knocked over plants, bringing in mail, and sending fun updates and pictures. We highly recommend her!”

“Another wonderful week with Justin! Justin and his family take exceptional care of Felix. Cheerful communication, frequent pupdates, and what’s most reassuring: they are highly attentive to Felix himself, always noticing if he has a new lump or a weight change (realities of the geriatric doggie phase). So grateful for the care and attention Justin and his family give Felix. They tell me he’s “like part of the family”; could a dog-mom working long hours dream of anything more for her beloved old pup?! Thank you thank you to Justin and his family for the excellent care they give Felix. 10/5 stars! :)”

“Astrid is very loving and has a very calm and patient demeanor. She has been great to work with getting my anxious pup socialized and comfortable. Her dogs are calm and welcoming. Her home is very dog friendly, everyone has a comfy spot. She has really put in the effort to make sure my lil pup is feeling loved.”

Looking to add some income doing what I love most. Caring for animals. I have a large home to accommodate pets of many varieties and sizes. I have a large yard with a heavily wooded area surrounding the rear and lined by a fence on one side and a large hill on the other side. I have experience in emergency care for pets if ever needed. About: With a strong background in working and high-drive dogs—especially German Shepherds—I bring a structured, intentional approach to pet care. I’ve raised and trained multiple dogs through advanced obedience and sport foundations, with a focus on clear communication, calm handling, and routine. My experience has shown me that not every dog thrives in chaotic daycare environments, which is why I prioritize individualized care, low-stress transitions, and purposeful engagement. Whether your dog needs stability, mental stimulation, or simply a quiet, well-managed space, they’ll be handled with the same level of consistency and respect I expect for my own dogs. Pet care is built into my daily routine from start to finish—it’s not something I squeeze in, it’s something I structure my day around. Mornings begin early with kennel checks, potty rotations, feeding, and a calm reset for the day. Throughout the day, I run scheduled rotations for exercise, engagement, and rest, ensuring each dog gets individual attention without overstimulation. Evenings include additional potty breaks, wind-down time, and a final check to make sure every dog is settled, clean, and comfortable. This consistent, predictable routine allows me to provide attentive, low-stress care while maintaining a calm and controlled environment for every dog. In my home, pets are cared for in a calm, structured environment designed to reduce stress and provide clarity. Each dog is housed individually and follows a consistent daily routine that includes scheduled potty breaks, feeding, rest, and purposeful engagement. I focus on calm handling, clean transitions, and one-on-one attention rather than group chaos or open play. Dogs are monitored closely throughout the day, and their environment is kept clean, quiet, and predictable. This approach is especially well-suited for working, high-drive, or more sensitive dogs who benefit from structure, routine, and thoughtful care.

“Faelyn was very careful with introducing my shy, reluctant dog to her two dogs. My dog loved playing in the large fenced in yard with her dogs and was welcomed like one of the family. I hope to use her services again.”

“She took amazing care of my pup. It's always hard to be away from your furry kids, but I had no worries with Zhenya P., I know my pup was is in great hands! She is was very knowledgeable about animals and truly cares about your pet. And also the updated pictures made my trip even better thank you again :)”

“Kimberly took amazing care of my 6 month old German Shepherd, Nova, during her 11-day stay. She kept me updated throughout the entire stay with frequent photos and videos, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that Nova received plenty of attention, exercise, and mental stimulation. As anyone with a young German Shepherd knows, keeping them active is important, and I could tell Nova was happy, well cared for, and had all the stimulation she needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be booking with Kimberly again in the future. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, experienced, caring, and communicative dog sitter.”
