About: Pets have been a cherished part of my life for as long as I can remember. From a young age, I've always considered them true family members. The love they give to you, and being such loyal companions who deserve the same care, respect, and devotion we give to our own children. Throughout the years, I've taken full responsibility for their well-being, from feeding them on schedule, ensuring they get plenty of exercise and outdoor time, providing comfort when needed, and always prioritizing their happiness and health. I would and have gone to great lengths to ensure their safety and joy, treating them with the unconditional love they so freely give in return. I recently left my full-time job to pursue my families dream of owning and operating our own business, which we have now actually started together. With this significant life transition, I am seeking a flexible side opportunity that can generate additional income while aligning with helping those in need, all while getting to work with animals, especially dogs! When I discovered this app, it felt like the ideal combination, connecting with pet owners who require assistance with dog walking, playtime, check-ins, or basic care. It perfectly merges meaningful work, while providing companionship and support to animals. This opportunity fits perfectly with my values and allows me to make a positive difference in the lives of both pets and their owners. I am excited about the potential and eager to get started! “Christina is amazing! We have a super anxious chihuahua mix and a blind senior dog with tummy issues. We typically board them when we travel. Neither of them have ever been left at home alone more than a day. Christina watched them for 3 days and kept us informed of their activities the entire time. She was patient and kind and won our two pups over in no time. They were calm and relaxed when we got home. They clearly were comfortable with Christina. Starla was amazing, she did better than we had hoped and although we still worried about our animals every second of our trip, we felt immensely better knowing Starla was there looking out for them. She was great at communicating with us before our booking and got to meet everyone and helped us come up with a plan and then during our trip she always sent multiple photos of everyone and we always looked forward to reading the Rover Cards after each visit. About: My love for animals has given me experience in pet sitting with cats and dogs. I had two childhood dogs that taught me everything I know about pet care. Before my neighbor moved away, I would drop by her house after school to check on her cat while she was at work. As I got older, my mom would recommend me to her clients from her cleaning service when asked if she knew any pet-sitters who could watch their dogs or cats for a couple of hours, weekends, or on holidays. And while in college, I pet-sat and walked my roommates' dogs whenever they needed it. My experience as a pet sitter ensures that your beloved family member will be safe and content while in my care. I am available for full-time house sitting any day of the week or drop-in visits/walks Monday through Friday from 11 am to 6:30 pm. But I am willing to accommodate earlier or later times. I will follow your pet's schedule to the second to ensure they are happy and healthy while in my care. If anything happens or I have questions, I will contact you immediately.

The report cards and narratives quickly put us even more at ease. She knows our dogs tendencies better than we do! The pictures that were sent were SO CUTE. About: Hi! I’m Kyla, I am 21 years old and have always loved animals. I have rescued three dogs, and hosted adoption events to help our furry friends. It is important to feel comfortable with those who care for your pets, and I am committed to earning your trust. I am currently a local real estate agent who is trying to grow their business. I will be available Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8-3. I am very aware of my surroundings, and more importantly your animals. About: My love for animals began early. I was placed on a horse at 1 and spent years attending horse camps. At home, my brothers and I cared for a variety of pets, from little dogs to big ones, along with cats, hamsters, chinchillas, gerbils, and our favorite service dog for medical needs. My mother taught us how to care intentionally for each pet’s routine and medical needs to the best of our ability. Her compassion even inspired me to consider becoming a veterinarian. After leaving home, though, I mainly helped friends and acquaintances with their pet care needs through drop-in visits and overnight stays as needed. Now, as a full-time mom, I want to pass on both love and a sense of responsibility for animals to my children by providing your pets with attentive, compassionate care during their stay with us. We have a dedicated space for your dog to stay comfortably with us, and my oldest son has determined himself to be the food placer already XD. If you only need a drop-in or simply to walk the dog during the day we got you! I look forward to giving you peace of mind while you are away, knowing your pet is in good hands. My current full-time role is caring for my 2 children at home while growing another little one inside. We have a fairly consistent but flexible daily routine. We are mostly homebound which will allow me to provide all the hours needed to care for your doggy while he/she is with us. We have a dedicated space for dogs that includes pet barriers to allow them to eat and sleep well (separately for dogs from diff pet parents). The kids’ play area is in a separate room to prevent overstimulation. We have a grassy area right outside our unit for convenient potty breaks with plenty of baggies in stock. Our community has a "Bark Park" to let the bigger energetic doggy run free. For hygiene needs, we can do simple dog baths, brushings, wipe downs.
