My last dog was with me for 15 years and eventually became blind-she was also epileptic, so I’m very comfortable with patience, medication routines, senior care, and providing calm, attentive support to anxious or aging pets. I currently have a well-socialized 2-year-old Mini Schnauzer that I raised from 8 weeks old, so I understand the importance of structure, consistency, exercise, and positive interaction. As a retired military veteran, I’m dependable, detail-oriented, and home full time, which means pets in my care receive a lot of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. I genuinely enjoy creating a calm, safe environment where pets feel comfortable and loved while their owners are away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I’m retired and home full time. I have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to provide frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, feeding, medication support if needed, and lots of supervision throughout the day. Because I don’t have children or a demanding work schedule, I’m able to give pets consistent attention and maintain a calm, low-stress environment. I have big fenced backyard for dogs to run around in and a park right across from my house so I can give them walks. I am a teen volunteer for Grady once a week from 8am-12pm, and from there I have the rest of the day free to care of your pet. I have a fully fenced yard with plenty of space for them to play. I’m experienced with crates and I do own some if needed. Also, safety is my top priority, and I always follow your pet’s needs and preferences to keep them comfortable, happy, and secure.

About: I’ve taken care of lots of humans, babies, puppies, elderly dogs and more! I love taking care of dogs and I’ve grown up with them my whole life. About: My love for animals began at a very young age, but to pin point, it would be 2006 when I brought my labrador retriever named Jasmine home. I grew up learning how to train and take care of Jasmine, and then a chunky pug Tony, two bunnies and three cats. In more recent years, my husband and I have our own family, a 7 year old golden retriever named Aspen, a 5 year old black cat named Kona, a 3 year old siamese mix, a 2 year old black cat named Peter and a one year old golden retriever named Magnolia! Friends have relied on me to walk, feed, play with and bathe their pets for 15+ years. I am available Monday through Friday from 9am-8pm for drop-ins and walks. But I am always willing to negotiate with you for you and your pets needs! *** Cat boarding drop off/pick up hours are 8am-8pm Mon-Sun YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $25 FEE FOR LATE PICK UP! NO EXCEPTIONS! *** In regards to cat boarding, we have an entire basement closed off to our pets so your feline friends are safe and comfortable. Water/food bowls, toys, a cat tree and a litter box will be provided. I understand the time and attention any pet needs, but especially cats and dogs. I can’t wait to meet your dog or cat and understand their personality as well as their needs!

I’ve been around animals my whole life and currently have four French Bulldogs who are like my sons. About: I’ve had a pet since the age of 8 years old! I am experienced in walking, feeding, bathing, and more for all pets. I’m a college student home for the summer looking to continue working with animals as I am an aspiring veterinarian. I’ve worked with big dogs, small dog, hyper dogs, cats, and more on my veterinarian journey and hope to work with your pet as well (: I have a pretty flexible schedule as I am only working one other job part time. I’m always near my phone and available on short notice if needed! The dog I have right now, Belle is a small breed chihuahua and pug mix. I house trained her myself when she was a puppy. She has free range of the house as she’s potty trained and knows she’s not allowed upstairs without an adult.
