“I got to the airport w/ my son, so excited to go my Grandpa's 90th birthday! We'd been planning & looking forward to it for months! There was a bug problem w/ the passports & we had to cancel the entire trip! I wasn't even going to call Claire about it because I figured my dog was already dropped off, so there was no way out but to lose that money too (added the hotel & airline tickets etc.). I called & she was soooo understanding. Btw the "meet and greet" a couple days beforehand went great, her husband & her dog Murphy were so fun and kind to us! She allowed me to pick my dog & get some money refunded (which I really needed!). She had already txt me pics of my dog w/ her Murphy & updated me on how my dog was doing! I even had to drive to her place in the worst thunderstorm & she kindly told me not to rush & helped with directions! Surereal was great with my dog it was my first time using rover. When I meet her I felt very comfortable leaving King with her, she sent updates daily.
