“First time using rover, and it was a great experience. My partner and I just rescued our pup, and didn’t want to leave her alone for a long period of time while we worked, so we looked into different options. Overall this seemed like the best choice. I was nervous trusting a stranger with my dog but after reading reviews, i knew Nelson/Nancy were the best choice. They were amazing with the updates and made me feel so comfortable. They were flexible about drop off and pickup times, unlike many doggy day-cares.”

“Sarah was wonderful. She was really welcoming to her home. You can tell she is a pro with dogs. Our golden retriever, Sadie had a great time. Sarah send me updates which I really appreciate it. We got to do a meet up first and like I said she was wonderful and kind hearted. 10/10 thanks Sarah!”

“Robin looked after our baby while we went to Disneyland for the day. She sent photo updates throughout the day showing us what a fun time our dog was having playing with her and her dogs. She even sent us a Disney themed photo which was amazing for us to see while we were in the park. Our dog got a fun day out too.”

“Aaliyah accepted a last minute request to provide doggy day care for my dog, Olive. She took the time to meet him prior to accepting the job to ensure a good fit. Aaliyah provided wonderful care and attention to Olive, which included providing regular eye drops to prevent eye build-up. While in her care, Aaliyah mentioned that another dog in her care was reactive with Olive. She was communicative with this and gave us peace of mind by assuring us that she had separated the dogs in different rooms, just in case. We would love to have Aaliyah watch Olive again in the future!”

She was so accommodating even last minute and save me at a stressful, busy time and I’m really thankful for all her help being so flexible, accommodating, and sweet. “I have NEVER met more kind and calm, and compassionate people. They had the expertise and patience to make my blind aged diabetic dog feel safe and cared for. I was having my Celebration of Life event for my husband. I was under so much stress and they were so wonderful and made me safe leaving my doggie with people for the first time ever.
