About: I've been caring for animals for 15 years and have had pets my entire life. While living on a farm for many years, I was responsible for the daily care of a variety of animals, including feeding, watering, cleaning, monitoring their health, and making sure they felt safe and cared for. In addition to my own animals, I've regularly cared for family members' and friends' pets while they were away, providing dependable, loving care and giving pet owners peace of mind. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs, and I take the time to make them feel comfortable, loved, and well cared for. As a lifelong animal lover, I treat every pet as if they were my own and strive to provide a safe, happy, and stress-free experience while you're away. As a mom and animal lover, I know how important it is to trust someone with the ones you love most. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. As a lifelong pet owner with years of experience caring for animals, I'm accustomed to feeding schedules, potty breaks, exercise, playtime, and providing plenty of love and attention throughout the day. My schedule is flexible, allowing me to accommodate your pet's needs, whether that means regular walks, drop-in visits, overnight care, or sticking to a specific routine they're used to. I understand how important consistency is for pets and will do my best to maintain their normal schedule while you're away. Caring for animals has always been a part of my life, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with them. Your pet's comfort, safety, and happiness will always be a top priority. Your pet's safety, comfort, and well-being are my top priorities. While my yard is not fenced, all pets are closely supervised when outside. My own dog either uses a secure cable for potty breaks or stays by my side while outdoors and is well-trained to remain close. For visiting pets, I follow the owner's preferences and take extra precautions to ensure their safety. Pets are never left unattended outdoors and are always kept on a leash, cable, or under direct supervision. Inside the home, I provide a calm, clean, and loving environment where pets can feel comfortable and secure. When caring for pets in a client's home, I respect their routines, follow all care instructions carefully, and provide regular updates so owners can have peace of mind while they're away.

About: Lifetime pet owners of cats and dogs alike, Maeve and Jason have shared decades of pet-sitting duties for friends and family and all that entails from crate training to medication administration. We have flexible schedules, reliable transportation with dog seatbelts, a large wrap around fully fenced-in yard, and several forested acres with private nature trails to share with your best friend. Maeve is a WFH graphic designer and Jason is a self-employed carpenter living with our two sweet velcro cavalier king charles spaniels — Cricket & Disco. We have very flexible schedules with lots of love and attention to spare. We can easily break away for walks and drop-ins. We live across from Eagle Lake with a large wraparound fully fenced-in yard overlooking 15 private forested acres with trails for leashed nature walks. We have oodles of experience walking, camping, hiking, swimming, and playing with dogs in all environments and elements. Crates and gates are available if your best friend needs their space, but everybody is allowed to make themselves at home. We have lots of cozy nooks and beds. We work to ensure smooth introductions.
 Our home is very dog-friendly but to that end, kept very clean. We do tick checks and our girls are always up to date with their vaccinations and preventative meds. JIC, we have reliable transportation and are not far from Michiana Veterinary Hospital. We are also able to drive to your preferred vet.

About: I have grown up taking care of many different dogs and cats most of my life. Walking, feeding, grooming and playing! We have boarded animals for family and friends many times. We have lots of love and attention to give your pets when you need help! We currently do have a new dog in the home, an 11 month old female goldendoodle but she loves all other dogs and cats! She is a big teddy bear. Currently I am a stay at home mom to 6 kids total. (2 elementary kids and 4 teenagers) so my schedule is very flexible to meet your needs. Available during the day, evenings and overnights. We have a spacious fenced in backyard. We live in a quiet neighborhood right next to thurston woods park which makes it an ideal area to walk your pets! We have a ranch style home with lots of room and baby gates for basement stairway to keep animals on the main level. We also have dog toys to play with your pet! Any food, crates or specifics you have for us to use while having your animal we will keep safe and separate for easy transfer. We have a clean home and smoke free!

About: We have a good sized house which we share with our sweet rescue dog, Penelope, 2 kittens, Lilo and Stitch and our almost 2 year old daughter. I offer dog walking, sitting, overnight, part day hang outs and even training! We live near several parks that are dog friendly which we frequent regularly. I've always lived with dogs but began training the family and neighbor's dogs around the age of 10. I want to make note that I understand it is a big responsibility to care for someone else's fur child and that I take it very seriously. I am home each day with my young daughter who is great with animals but in case you prefer she stay separate, we have gates and even a heated barn if full separation is needed. Our old girl has free rein of the house, even our kitties get outside every once in a while but we have the ability to set up a small fenced in area or a zip line style tether, and of course walks as needed. We love to snuggle all furry friends but also know some prefer their space.

About: We had a small dog when our children were out of high school and our world revolved around him. We miss him a lot since he crossed the rainbow bridge but I am lucky to be a grandma to 5 dogs—a Saint Bernard, a chihuahua mix, 2 terrier mixes and a German Shepherd mix. All rescue dogs with some quirky personality traits that make them a challenge and fun. I have also cared for my sister’s senior Maltese and a neighbor’s senior Boxer. Dogs are my favorite animal and I just love spending time with them! I recently retired from being a paraprofessional at a local school so I have a pretty flexible schedule. My husband works on Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays so those days I am much more available but he is flexible if I’m working or have something scheduled. We live out in the country and have a fenced in yard so dogs can play and have some fun time running free. Our neighborhood is safe to walk dogs (we used to walk our little guy around the block daily—1 1/4 miles) and there are also 2 parks close by that we could walk if they seem bored with the block.

Your pet will be my main focus for the duration of their stay whether it be training or sitting. The same goes for sitting or training in your home as well. I adapt well to new houses, don’t mind cats as well. I like to keep clean around the house, and I do offer deep cleaning as an extra.
