She is very well organized, giving me lists of things to prepare for Rover and our stay. One of my dogs is nervous about being left and Krista did a great job of making her feel at ease. She sent many pictures twice a day and gave me lots of information about daily functions and emotional well-being. My dogs were well cared for and I really liked dealing with Krista. Kimberly was wonderful taking care of Ruby (a Corgi/CattleDog mix) over the Christmas Holidays. She sent great pictures & updates so I could relax knowing Ruby was comfortable and in good hands.
