● Im super friendly, fun, & a calm pack leader. ● I work at home as a care giver for my disabled mother. ● I'm available to provide walks, play time & boarding for your pooch in a loving home. ● I do require Vet records for shots & spay/neutering. (Post to Rover or a copy given in person) ● I DO NOT accept unfixed pets ● I am now requiring pet parents to drop off and pick up thier pets between either 7am to 9am or between 7pm and 9pm. Please notify me in advance of your arrival time for drop off as well as pick up. ● I can keep 7 dogs at once maximum. ●I'm skilled in taking care of all sizes & many breeds. ● I've pet sat for neighbors, family, & friends. I've been a dog sitter for over 8 years, part time. ● I'm well adapted for multidog families & capible of walking more than one dog at once. ● I've handled elderly dogs with medical conditions & hyper puppies that nibble & chew. ● Im flexible, understanding, & good with cats also. ● Im very reliable, dependable, & i take my job seriously. ● Im good at following directions & keep my clients happy, healthy, & safe. ● I love nothing more than to cuddle up with a pup on the couch & brush/pet them to ensure they arent scared or upset from being anyway from thier owners. ●I'm willing to care for other animals (in the owners home if I'm doing a drop in) ● Most of all I try my best to keep things entertaining & busy so dogs dont anxiously await thier owners return. ● After you're done reading please click my door wreath above for pictures and additional information of my home & more. Our Louie had the best time at Krista’s. Loved receiving the daily updates and photos of Louie. We feel he was in the best care while we were on vacation for a week. Highly recommend Krista for your pooches care!
This was the first time I left my boy Jett with Krista. She was amazing with twice a day updates and pictures and she had no problem giving him medication three times a day. By the looks of the pictures, he had a great time and met lots of friends! I would absolutely board my dog with her again.
Krista is a total sweetheart. For the first time, I didn’t feel any anxiety leaving my dog behind. She kept on giving two updates a day with lots of pictures. who does that? I know my dog was loved and well attended. Thank you so much Krista you are exceptional. 😍

I am so glad I chose Krista to take care of my two dogs while I was on vacation. She was great with them and provided status of my babies twice a day with photos. They seemed happy and loved in all of them. I will only use her to watch my babies from now on. She is awesome!

Schedule
☆ Since I work from home it's a win-win for everyone! I also do college classes online which makes my schedule pretty flexible. My weekends are typically the same as my weekdays. I do work around the house & caring for my mother, but a pup is always welcome to tag along. I can take frequent breaks to give tons of attention & potty breaks.

☆ I keep up to 7 dogs at once, so your dog will be gently introduced & socialized & have buddies to play with. The dogs are never left unsupervised. If I have my hands full my mother chips in as my helper for a few minutes. I have a fenced backyard, perfect for high energy pups or a calm & quiet setting for more sensitive pups. I have baby gates at doorways, so I have the ability to separate dogs if needed.
A typical day
I am now having pet parents drop off pet(s) and or pick up between either 7am-9am and 7pm-9pm so things can get a bit busy around this time. This is to help combat any scheduling conflicts. ☆I typically send updates around Noon-1pm & 8-9pm. *I play classic doggy games like fetch, tug of war *I work with basic commands like sit & stay. *I keep my walks peaceful & at their pace * We enjoy some fun in the sun or shade. Toys, back scratches, belly rubs & being brushed. Who can resist that?

- I like to know favorite activities, what they like or dislike overall, allergies, & medical conditions. I also like to know potty needs. For example do they give you a signal to go to the potty. ☆I like to know if your pet has ever been boarded before either at a facility or with family. ☆If your pet is friendly with others. If not, there are sitters who provide one on one care. You can search for them under your search settings. I sadly do not due to high client volume.
