I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care — that’s why I provide a safe, structured, and loving home environment where pets are treated like family, not “boarded animals.” I provide in-home pet care with a strong focus on safety, routine, and individualized attention. My home is designed to offer a calm, supervised environment where pets feel secure, understood, and comfortable throughout their stay. I am Pet CPR and First Aid certified with over 40 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats in personal, rescue, and foster settings. I have worked with puppies, seniors, anxious pets, large breeds, and high-needs cases requiring rehabilitation, structure, and behavioral support. I also have extensive medical experience, including administering insulin for diabetic pets, subcutaneous fluids, oral and injectable medications, and specialized topical treatments. I am confident and gentle when caring for senior and medically complex pets. Fluent in English and Spanish, with additional working knowledge of Korean, I am able to clearly communicate and follow detailed care instructions from a wide range of pet owners. Daily Rates are based on a 24h stay (anything over each 24h is an additional stay) *All intact canines over the age of 18mo are a $50 daily rate and holidays $60 **All puppies under 18mo are a $45 daily rate and $55 on holidays ***All canines over the age of 18mo who weigh over my Rover weight limit is a $46 daily rate & $56 on holidays

Charli has been taking care of our dog Jack since 2019, and he always has the best time. She has always gone above and beyond, for example: taking him on walks, bringing him along on outings like trips to Renninger’s, and making sure he feels comfortable and loved while we’re away. Now that Jack is a 15 year old senior, it means even more to us to have someone we trust completely. Charli took exceptional care of him during our most recent mini-vacation, and it’s clear how much she genuinely cares for him. We can tell Jack is happy and relaxed in her care, and she treats him like part of her own family. She even gives him a bath when on longer stays. We highly recommend Charli to anyone looking for care for their loved ones!

I cannot recommend Charli & Mimi enough! It is such a relief to find someone so truly loving and knowledgeable. My Coco clearly adores them , and most importantly, always comes home happy, relaxed, and well-cared for. It’s a huge weight off my shoulders knowing he is in such great hands.
We have a feral dog that still has a fear of abandonment Miss Charlie is the Only dog boarding ‘home’ that she happily stays we drop her off and she runs to Charlie. I cannot recommend her highly enough. There is nothing like knowing your fur baby is in good caring knowledgeable hands
Our experience with Charli was absolutely fantastic!! Charli is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares for her clients. Our Louie has some personality quirks, but Charli helped put him at ease. I received pictures and/or videos With Lou everyday that we were away. She really went above and beyond to provide exceptional care for our fur baby. We will DEFINITELY book with Charli again!

Schedule
Because I operate my pet care business from home, my daily schedule is fully centered around the pets in my care. This allows me to provide consistent supervision, structured routines, and timely attention throughout the day. Pets are never left unattended for extended periods. My schedule is built around feeding times, potty breaks, playtime, medication routines, and rest periods to ensure each pet receives reliable, attentive care in a calm and stable environment.

Safety and structure are a top priority in my home. My property is fully fenced with additional enclosed outdoor areas designed for safe, controlled activity suited to different sizes, ages, and temperaments. Pets are always supervised in a calm, structured environment where their safety and comfort come first. This includes active oversight throughout the day to ensure each pet is secure, accounted for, and emotionally at ease. For the safety of all animals in my care, I do not accept reactive or aggressive dogs. Each pet is carefully screened through a meet-and-greet to ensure compatibility and a safe, balanced environment. My own pets are professionally trained and well-socialized, contributing to a stable and peaceful home atmosphere.

A typical day
A typical day in my care is structured, calm, and centered around each pet’s well-being. Morning begins with supervised outdoor potty breaks and structured activity in a secure fenced environment. Evening outings are provided before dusk, with additional potty breaks throughout the day as needed. Feeding is provided twice daily unless otherwise instructed, typically between 7:30–9:30 AM and again between 3:30–4:30 PM. Fresh Primo water is always available and replenished multiple times throughout the day using clean, pet-safe fountain systems. Outdoor time is always supervised and adjusted based on each dog’s age, energy level, and health condition. I focus on calm, structured activity rather than overexertion. No toys or treats are given unless specifically approved by the owner to ensure consistency, safety, and avoid resource-related stress between pets. Above all, each pet is cared for with patience, structure, and emotional awareness so they feel safe, comfortable, and at home.
