About: Hey there my name is Danielle, I have taken care of dogs of all ages ranging from puppies going through their first heat to senior dogs with lack of abilities. Growing up I had all sorts of pets in my home and enjoyed sitting and dog walking in my neighborhood. Also one of my first jobs was at a dog boarding and day care facility. I love all breeds of dogs and cats and just want to keep them happy and healthy and have a fun time. I am available on the weekends and I love the outdoors so any chance to get some sunshine is my favorite. Meeting new people and pets is something I always look forward to. I have a fenced backyard, and my dog is friendly. I do not leave dogs unattended outside because I want to be sure they won't try to escape the yard or dig holes. When in a client's home I am sure to read all instructions given prior to my drop in. I make sure that the their pet is given my full attention during my time there. About: I am a certified veterinary technician with a bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science and Technology and have grown up training my own animals (although I am not a professional trainer). I spend lots of time with every animal I care for and have been offering house and pet-sitting services to friends and neighbors since I was 9. About: I am the known pet sitter within my friends and family from puppies, kittens, and senior animals. I treat all of them like my own children. I am currently in the position of not working as I am an electrician apprentice. My schedule is very open during the week. I also am a student so Tuesday and Thursday nights I have class from 6:30 to 8:30 In my own home, I have a 5 month old kitten and my roommate has a 6yr old blue heeler. My kitten is free range in the house, we have gates to put up so the dog doesn’t get into his food or his litter box. The dog is crated only sometimes every now and then. About: I've been around dogs since I was born. I decided to go to school for animals. I have a certification in Veterinary Assistant and currently I’m working on getting a degree in Veterinary Technician. I also work at a kennel and a pet store so my days are just filled with animals and I love it. I currently do work two jobs and go to school for Vet Tech but I will be doing this typically in the morning and early afternoon. I currently live on a farm so all the animals I somewhat take care of all have a large piece of land to run around and be free. We have a fences to make sure they don't run out into the road. walkers on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
