“We appreciated that she spent time with our dogs and kept them company while we were away. It was clear they were being given attention, which meant a lot to us. However, there were a couple of concerns that are important to mention. We have cameras in our home, which she was made aware of in advance. While most were turned off, we left the front door and one camera in the dogs’ area on. At one point, one of our dogs had an accident in that room. The footage showed that it was seen multiple times but not addressed. I only became aware of the situation after receiving several notifications and had to reach out to ask that it be cleaned. This made me feel that it may have been left unattended otherwise. Additionally, we had left our house key in a lockbox on the door. While the key was placed back inside, the combination was not reset. Since we were out of town, this felt like a safety concern, as it left our home more accessible than we were comfortable with. That said, I’m still giving her 4 stars. I know she’s just starting out, and these are all things that can easily be improved with a bit more experience. Overall, we’re grateful for the care she showed our dogs and appreciate her help.”

“This is the first time we've used Rover for house/pet sitting. Our first choice was Lana. Lana came to meet us and our pets and we felt very comfortable w/ her from the moment we met. She cared about our pets and was interested in their individual needs, likes, and dislikes. We were very comfortable going way w/ Lana here to take care of our fur babies. She kept in touch, sent pictures, and ask questions when needed. She also cleaned up after herself and washed the bedding, towels, and dog blankets before she left.
