She came to meet us a couple of weeks ahead of our travel, and spent time answering questions about her knowledge and experience caring for puppies. She also asked us questions about our preferences for their care, and for her use of our home. By the end of the visit, we felt far more comfortable with our decision. During our trip, Sierra kept us informed about her schedule, how the puppies were doing, and sent us photos of them. It was clear from the way she talked about them that she genuinely cared for them, and was taking excellent care of them. Upon returning home, we found the home and our puppies in good shape, with minimal cleaning needed (I should note that we have very high standards for cleanliness). Overall, we were very impressed with Sierra. She was very friendly and personable while also being very professional and responsive. We would gladly use her to care for our puppies again when we travel.”

Sam went above and beyond, even rearranging his work schedule to make sure our dogs were well looked after. He maintained their regimented routine, preparing their unique meals twice a day and taking them out for potty breaks and exercise an additional 3-4 times per day. His conscientiousness really showed in everything he did. Sam stayed overnight in our home, ensuring our dogs felt safe, secure, and comfortable in our absence. It was clear from the photos (and when we returned!) that our dogs were happy, calm, and well cared for. Honestly, I don’t think they even realized we were gone!
