About: In my preteen years I looked out for many of our neighbors dogs when they were away. I always grew up having many different types of dogs small to big as well as very young and old. My family owned many goats and different types of fowl so I am used to being surrounded by all kinds of animals. In the apartment that I currently residence my boyfriend and I are not allowed animals so we are looking to fill that gap by compassionately looking after your loved one. I am currently in a waiting period in between jobs so I have plenty of free time to spend with your pet as well as check in during the day. I am willing to cater to the preference of your pet. I would love to take them on longer walks or visit their favorite park. I am also open to keeping your pet more local and playing fetch or with toys in your yard if applicable.
“We love having Victoria watch Lucy! This time we had her house sit and watch Lucy for 2 weeks. I wasn’t worried at all because I knew Lucy was in good hands. There were no issues and when we returned our house looked great and Lucy was a happy girl. I will be asking Victoria to watch Lucy in the future.”

“Emma took great care of our very affectionate pet. She sent pictures, shared activities and asked questions as needed. I highly recommend Emma to anyone looking for in home pet care.”

“Madison was absolutely phenomenal! All the animals seemed to really like her, even my shy kitty! I received so many pictures and updates, even with this being just a one night stay. I will definitely be reaching out the next time we need a sitter!”

“Thank you Pam for taking such good care of Mona! We got home to a happy cat!! Mona and her humans are looking forward to using your services in the future. :) We hope the Cash Tip was sufficient. We will be in touch for future needs.”

“Gerry watched our dog and cat while we were gone for 10 days. He was really good with the animals and kept in touch with us daily letting us know how things were going. We will definitely use Gerry again!”

“This is our first experience with Vonda. Our longtime dog sitter unexpectedly moved out of town for a new job, and we needed to find a new sitter quickly. We contacted Vonda and she was available to meet with us the same day – and we booked her the next day. Vonda responded to any questions or requests we sent her way during our travels. We are very happy with the excellent care Vonda provided for our fur baby and for our home while we were away... We recommend Vonda and hope to use her services again should the need arise.”

“Hallie was absolutely wonderful. The moment she walked into our home we knew our neurotic little pup was going to be in good hands, she won him over in less than 2 minutes and that’s never before been done. From the photos and videos she sent over the 4 days we were gone I’m not sure he even missed us! She is the sweetest, most conscientious person you could hope to have taking care of your beloved fur baby when you have to be away from them - would not hesitate to recommend her and Lukey can’t wait to see her again 🤎”

“This was my first time using the Rover app, and I am so happy I found Niku. She took incredible care of both my dog and my home while I was away. Her communication was excellent; she kept us updated with pictures and videos, which really put my mind at ease. She took my dog on long runs, ensuring he got plenty of exercise and attention. I truly appreciate her dedication and care. She was amazing, and I highly recommend her service!”

We were fortunate to have her when needed!”

About: Hi! My name is Alicia. I am a Licenced Veterinary Techician, and graduated from IMBC. I have two cats and two jumping spiders currently. I was a full-time LVT at NEAH for 3+ years, but left due to compassion fatigue. I recently started working full time at Balance Veterinary Rehabilitation Services and have learned a lot about canine physical therapy so far. I have experience with exotics as I used to own rats, a fire skink, and have cared for bearded dragons in the past. I would like to get to know you before coming into your home and caring for your pets. I think establishing trust between each other is an important step to becoming a valued pet sitter. I’m very excited to meet you and your little companions! I am currently working part time doing odd jobs and would love to add this to my routine! I have so much love for animals! Cleanliness is a top priority of mine when it comes to feeding and potty time. Additionally, I know the basics of first aid and CPR in a situation where the worst would occur. I believe this is important knowledge for any sitter to have.
